Regulus sat in silence for a moment in contemplation, unsure of what to say, or how to feel. The only thing he really knew at the moment was that it really was an amazing blanket. Finally, he looks up at Viktor. "What did you say?"

"I thanked him for the blanket, and told him that I'd show it to you," he said hesitantly. "Then ve started talking. Mostly knitting stuff," he said with a nod, relieved that Regulus hadn't blown up at him.

"Right. So I guess... you guys are friends again, then?" he asked, his voice hollow as he looked up at Viktor questioningly.

"Um. Vell, I- I guess ve don't hate each other. Ve're trying to be civil again at least. I don't know if ve'll ever be as close as before. Ve haven't talked since he gave me the blanket though," he said as he glanced back at the blanket.

"Oh. Okay," he said, staring out at the grass in front of him. "If you see him- tell him I said thanks. It's nice. It was really nice of him. I still hate his guts, but it was nice."

Viktor nodded. "I figured you vould," he said quietly. "I'm glad you're not mad though. Scorpius vos nervous. He didn't think you'd like the blanket because he made it."

Regulus raised a brow. "I know I'm moody, but I'm not going to be angry at a blanket, Viktor. I still loath him, but I'm not going to be upset he did something so sweet. Besides, I like fishies. And rainbows. So rainbow fishies are kind of awesome. Even if Scorpius isn't awesome..."

Viktor laughed. "They are pretty awesome," he said admiring the blanket. "Though, I'm not gonna lie. Rainbow ducks vould have been so much cooler."

Regulus laughed as well, kissing him lightly on the lips. "You really do like ducks, don't you?" he teased, sighing happily and hugging him close.

"Mhm," he said with a nod as he kissed Regulus again. "They're only the greatest bird in existence."

"... I would argue that and say phoenixes are pretty amazing, but I feel like that'd be arguing with a brick wall, somehow. You can keep your ducks. That is why I got you the duck slippers, after all. Are they still comfy and quacking?"

[Viktor Krum - Inactive]

Viktor grinned. "They are! My friend, Neville, vos pretty jealous. He comes to visit my dorm all the time. I'm not sure if it's for me or to see the slippers," he said with a laugh.

Regulus smiled, looking up at Viktor more relaxedly than he had before. "I don't blame him, they're pretty awesome. So are you, I mean, but not even Viktor Krum beats quacking duck slippers."

Viktor smirked, then tried to look offended. "Vell, thanks. I feel great now," he teased. "In Bulgaria, I'll sleep in the bed, and you sleep on the couch vith the slippers. How does that sound?"

"... Is your couch comfy?" he asked with a straight face, then burst out laughing. "No, I would not trade snuggling up to you every night for some time with the duck slippers. If I wanted them that badly I'd get myself a pair, after all. So no, you don't get to kick me onto the couch. I'd be quite hurt if you did."

Viktor laughed and kissed Regulus on the nose. "Fine. If you say so," he said with a smile. "Just you, me, and the duck slippers."

Viktor groans. "Er- I suppose so. Are you sure you vant a cat?" he asked, hoping he could persuade Regulus. "I've alvays vanted a dog, and I hate cats to be honest."

Regulus stared at Viktor. "... How can you hate cats?! THEY'RE OMFG SO CUTE AND YOU CAN FEEDZ THEM CHEEZBURGERS AND THEY CAN RIDE INVISIBLE BICYCLES AND THEY SAY THAT KITTIES CAN FIND THE CHAMBER OF SECRETS OMG LOLKITTYS ARE SO COOL! What do dogs do? They poop. And you have to clean it up. Ew."

"...But dogs can do cool tricks. They're big too, and loyal. You can hug them and not have to vorry about squishing them. And they're just totally awesome in every vay. I even found a dog for us, but I'm guessing I should forget it? Sounds like I'm not convincing you," he said with a sad expression. Viktor. Wants. A. Dog.

Viktor is getting the dog. He is just not telling Regulus. And if Regulus gets a kitty, Padfoot will eat it. Or at least run it off.

Regulus hugs Viktor because his love bunny is sad. "You already found a dog? When? What kind of dog? Is it the kind Eowyn likes to punt?"

"Not too long ago. It's a big Black dog. He's really friendly and likes to snuggle. I figured you'd like that," he said with a small smile as he wrapped his arms around the cuddle bunny.
