Viktor walks down to see Regulus after receiving his note. He's not sure what's up, but he has a feeling that it has something to do with what he saw last night. "Hey, Regulus," he said quietly as he sat down next to Reg at the end of the dock.

Regulus smiled a little sadly as he saw Viktor, and quickly threw his arms around him, desperately needing to feel his touch after everything that had happened. He embraced him tightly, wishing with all his heart that he could truly feel like Viktor was his, but he simply couldn't, not after what he'd seen, and he sighed and pulled him closer. "I love you. I miss you. I'm tired of us not seeing each other at all. Why've we grown so apart? I don't like it," he murmured, burying his face in Viktor's shoulder, wishing he had the nerve to tell him how badly his memories of Gellert were upsetting him again, but unable to as he couldn't possibly explain what had triggered it in the first place.

Viktor hesitated before he hugged Regulus back, feeling quite confused considering Regulus looked perfectly happy with Lucius the other day. "I miss you too, Regulus," he murmured as he rested his head on top of his innocent ukes'. "I guess ve've both been really busy. I don't like it either. Ve never talk, and if ve do it's because ve're fighting over something stupid," he admitted sadly. He looked down at Regulus, lightly using his hand to lift his chin so they were looking each other in the eyes. "You look upset. Is there something else bothering you? Did that Malfoy guy hurt you, Regulus?" he asked, suddenly concerned. Now that he thought about it, it had been Lucius who was all over Regulus last night.

"Huh? Lucius? What-- oh, no. I'm just... I don't know. Dwelling on things that I shouldn't be anymore," he muttered, kissing Viktor lightly on the lips. "Like the fighting. We need to stop dwelling on stupid shit. I don't want to fight you anymore, I just wanna love you, okay? I just want to love you." And be loved by you. Am I loved by you still?

"I vant to do the same," he said sadly, knowing how difficult it had been to feel like he actually did love Regulus recently. "I hate fighting vith you, but-- ve're just really different, Regulus. Ve've alvays been different, but ve never talked about it before. It vos bound to happen eventually. I don't vant to fight vith you though. I hate it, and I hate not seeing you as much as ve used to."

"Well, since we both seem to hate it so much, why are we doing this? Can't we just stop avoiding each other?" Can't we stop the lying, and just be honest? Regulus sighed and looked away at the lake, sliding an arm around Viktor's waist possessively as he continued leaning on his shoulder. "I just want to be close again. I know we're different, but does that matter? We still love each other for who we are, right?"

Regulus paled slightly, terrified at the variety of questions that Viktor could possibly wish to ask, but nodded slowly, knowing full well if he denied him an answer, he'd only be pushing him farther away. "Yeah. Anything," he said, though he looked rather sickly at the thought.

"Vot do you vant to do after Hogvarts?" he asked quietly, not sure if he wanted an answer. Though, he wasn't sure Regulus would be honest with him. If Sirius was right then Viktor already knew what Reg was thinking, and he knew that Regulus would be more than hesitant to answer that question in front of Viktor. That is, unless he had changed his mind which Viktor truly hoped he had.

Regulus was rather surprised at the question, not at all what he'd expected, and his confusion is clear on his face. "After Hogwarts? I-- I don't really know. Not anymore, anyway, I guess," he muttered, looking thoughtful as he drifts away with his thoughts for a moment, looking contemplative. "It's been a really long time since I even thought about that. Probably not a good thing, considering I'm nearing the end of fifth year, and need to choose NEWT courses soon," he said, now looking rather anxious.

Viktor smiled slightly, feeling rather pleased at this answer because the Black brothers honestly are not very good liars. Besides, he didn't think Regulus would lie to him anyway. Not now, though he was still thinking about Lucius...and Cedric. "Oh. Just vondering," he said as he leaned over to kiss Regulus on the cheek. "So? Ve don't talk anymore...Vot's new, Mr. Black?" he asked, starting to feel a lot better about things for the time being.

Regulus shrugged, not really wanting to share what was really new in his life. "I've been spending time with Lucius- oh, and Narcissa, too!" he said brightly, looking rather happy about that. "We're still close, even if we don't talk for a while. I'm rather amused, I'm pretty sure her and Lucius have a thing going on," he said with a slight smirk. "I told her I approve," he said with a small laugh. "What about you?"

Viktor blinked. Regulus' cousin and Lucius? "Right. Your cousin and Lucius," he said slowly. "I don't like this Lucius guy, but I'm really glad you're making friends, Regulus," he says, trying to be as nice as he can about this situation. He really had no right to question Regulus about last night considering what happened with Cedric only hours before that. "I've mainly just been hanging out vith Sirius and Herm-own-ninny. She got pretty hurt recently, so I haven't talked to her much," he said sadly, not wanting to think about it. "Oh..." He smirked and leaned in to whisper in Regulus' ear. "I found somevon who's even bigger than me, and if I ever catch you running off vith him, I'll kill you on the spot, understand?"

Regulus promptly lost his balance and falls into the lake off the dock, then climbs out onto the shore, spluttering water, now drenched and rather grumpy looking, though he laughs and sits down next to Viktor. "Great to know, Viktor. I'm not even entirely sure I want to know who," he said, rolling his eyes. "Why, was it a blow to your ego? Don't feel bad, you're the only one I have any desire to blow anyway," he said with a wink.

Viktor smirked and kissed a soaking wet Regulus on the lips. "Er- You know vot? I vos sort of expecting it. I er- Somevon told me I vouldn't do it, so I sort of had to. You know, prove them wrong. Anyvay, it's Hagrid," he said innocently as he smiled at Regulus. "And for the record, you're the only von I need to do any blowing because to be honest, you're quite good at it," he said as he tapped Regulus on the nose.

Regulus grinned and shoved Viktor playfully. "Yeah, yeah, well my boyfriend happens to be Viktor Krum, can I really be blamed? But can we seriously not talk about this, unless you plan swimming back out to that cove in the next ten minutes? I'd actually like to talk to you for once, seeing as we don't seem to do that, but I might end up dragging you away as is usual if we're not careful."

Regulus nearly falls off the dock again, because he hadn't really noticed it when Viktor was with Cedric, being rather distracted at the time. "YOU-- TATTOO-- WHEN-- WHAT-- HOT!" he exclaims, because we already know how Regulus feels about tattoos... -looks at Gellert-

Viktor turned back to Regulus, not bothering to put his shirt back on. "Vait, so do you like it?" he asked, knowing very well that Regulus was in love with the bear claw on his back. "Oh. I got these too," he said as he took the earrings out of his pocket to show his very amused boyfriend. "I forgot to put them back in after I cleaned them this morning."

Regulus laughed in surprise because Stan's earrings are very sparkly, and it makes Eowyn laugh a lot. "Feeling pretty, are we? Aren't I supposed to be the girly one? Or do you just wanna rock the bling?" he teased, kissing him on the cheek. "Or has Fabian's need to sparkle 24/7 rubbed off on you finally?"
