Re: The Library: A Study Table
Viktor chuckles and gets up to sit next to Scorpius rather than across from him. Makes it easier to teach a spell that way. He pulls out his wand and waits for Scorp to do the same before teaching him the incantation. I don't feel like coming up with that right now, so lets say it's secret. Only Scorp and Viktor can know, okay? Okay. Some times passes. Scorpius masters the spell and such. "And that's the colouring spell I created. It really does come in handy."

Re: The Library: A Study Table
Scorpius listened very carefully to what Viktor said and did EXACTLY WHAT THE BULGARIAN BON BON SHOWED HIM. After all, Scorp was a great student. How else was he supposed to best that pathetic Rose Weasel at every subject? "Thank you so much mate!" Scorp says happily. "That is one amazing spell. I feel very honoured that you have taught me such a thing after only knowing me for the equivalent of fifteen minutes on AWF."

Re: The Library: A Study Table
"It was very lovely meeting you," he said with a grin as he packed up his crayons. "I hope to see you real soon, hopefully to colour again." Scorpius already adored his new buddy and hoped that they would get to be even closer friends really soon. "See you around," he said with a wave. He walked over to the bookshelves, hoping to possibly see Layla. Especially after all that porn star and pineapple talk.

Madam Pince walks past now that the Viktor fellow has gone off to do his own thing. She's putting books back on the shelf, wondering where Filch is. She notices Scorp wandering the library and winks at him from her spot near the shelves.

Re: The Library: A Study Table
Scorpius' eyes widened as Madam Pince winked at him. Well that was sufficiently awkward. He's in to Cougar's and all that...the Mrs. Robinson type...but Madam Pince was just...helllll no. He quickly left the library, deciding Layla just wasn't worth it and decided to go to the Great Hall where he was going to be having hot sex with Alecto anyway.

Madam Pince goes to the back room to have kinky sex with Filch while Mrs. Norris watches.

Re: The Library: A Study Table
Katie looked around for any skulking Slytherins. Two inparticular. But when she could see none, she sat down, convinced she wouldn't be disturbed. Apparently people enjoyed disturbing her, and frankly she was sick of it. Plus, Marco was a Slytherin, he would never come into a Library.
Re: The Library: A Study Table
Luckily, Marco wasn't skulking, so on Katie's skulking Slytherin search, she didn't see him. He was walking through the aisles like a normal person, glancing at titles and pulling out a few here and there, putting some back as he found them uninteresting. Out of the corner of his eye, he spotted a familiar blonde, and though his first instinct was to walk right over and sit beside her, he paused. He had to go about talking to her differently this time. He continued, quickly, his search for the books he had been wanting, picking up two that seemed like good choices, before circling around behind her table so she wouldn't see. He sat casually at the other end of the table, a few seats away from her, on the opposite side. He pretended he didn't notice her sitting there and cracked open his book to glance through.

Re: The Library: A Study Table
Katie got out her work, then realised she didn't actually have her book to work from. "Oh for goodness sake..." She murmured getting up and walking over to the bookshelf. As she walked past the other chairs in the library she knocked someone. She turned to apologise, "Oh gosh, I ma so sor..." But the words died on her tongue as she saw who it was that she had knocked. "Oh. Its you."
Re: The Library: A Study Table
Marco smirked at her greeting. "Oh, just me. Now that's not the way to say hello you to someone you pounced on the last time you saw them." He stepped to the side, opening up her path to continue through the library. "As you were." He made a sweeping gesture with his hand, allowing her to pass without further harassment, though it was quite tempting to reach over and straighten her ruffled up shirt from where they'd knocked into each other, if only to let his fingers potentially graze the skin at her hips that had revealed itself.

Re: The Library: A Study Table
"It was nothing but a slight moment of weakness Montague. Nothing more nothing less" Katie lied easily. Why was he being so civil? It was so much easier to be mean, and judge him when he was being sarcastic and rude. So much easier to ignore how absolutely beautiful he was, and how much she wanted to run her hands through his hair. Or they way his eyes hardened over when they were arguing. Katie saw him move to let her through, but she could not make herself move. She needed him to fight back.
Re: The Library: A Study Table
"Really?" He asked, lifting his eyebrows at her. He waited for her to storm past him and not look back, but she didn't move. This was interesting. Why didn't she go, when she obviously detested him? He leaned down a bit closer to her face, the smirk returning on his face. "So if I were to kiss you again?" He paused, getting a bit closer, his voice light and teasing, and of course in his delicious accent. "What then? Still nothing? Hit me with a book? Tell me I'm a horrid Slytherin and you are above that?"

Re: The Library: A Study Table
Katie leant back flattening herself against the bookshelf, wishing she had the will power to move. "I would most defiantly do more than hit you with a book if you touched me again Montague. I have had enough of over touchy Slytherin's this week thank you very much." The memory of Scorpius came back to her and how rude he had been. Hadn't Scorp mentioned something about Marco. "Bet you thought that was funny didn't you? Sending Malfoy to harass me too? Well I can tell you it was utterly childish" And, with those words she found the will to move and turned to carry on her working.

Re: The Library: A Study Table
Marco was momentarily frozen, wondering what she was talking about. But as he saw that she was walking away, he acted quickly, grabbing lightly onto her arm. "Wait." He spun her around, still holding her arm and looking at her with quite a confused look on his face. "What are you talking about? Malfoy? What happened?" Sometimes he regretted being associated with the Slytherins of Hogwarts. Sure, he shared their cunning, ambition, desire for power and love for competition, but that was where the line was drawn. He still had morals, where as many of them never had a chance in their little Pureblood families. He supposed that was a plus to growing up so far from here, an overbearing mother and respectable father to guide he and his siblings. He met Katie's eyes, his own narrowing a bit in worry. If Malfoy screwed this up for him...

Re: The Library: A Study Table
Katie wrenched her arm out of his grip remembering her threat from early about what she would do to him if he touched her again, "Oh don't act innocent." but Marco still looked confused at her, almost... concerned. She shook it off. He was the enemy. All Slytherins were. "Maybe it was teh fact that you sent little Scorpius out to harass me and say some very inappropriate things when I was in the courtyard." She crossed her arms across her chest measuring his reaction. He was part of it. She knew it. "Bet the first thing you did after you kissed me was rush back to your commonroom and tell all your friends what an easy slag I was!" She said furiously, the image of Marco in the common room sharing all the details, and maybe even exaggerating it a little.
Re: The Library: A Study Table
Marco shook his head, staying calm despite the spectacle she was probably making by shouting such things in the library. He kept his voice quiet. His hand returned to his side as Katie pulled forcefully away from him. Scorpius had gone after Katie? He could understand why, he supposed, seeing as Malfoy had a reputation for going after any girl with nice features, and houses didn't typically matter to him. Him hitting on Katie didn't prove at all that Marco would have had something to do with it, and he wanted her to understand that. "Katie, I hardly even eat dinner with them, much less tell them things like that. I'm not exactly one of the Slytherins favorite housemates. I'm a little disappointed you've been so quick to judge me, and that you think I'm low enough to send someone after you like that. Maybe I was stupid giving you a chance to show me you were different too." He stared at her a moment, his eyes roaming the planes of her face as if he was trying to memorize it before he turned around, picking his books up off the table.

Re: The Library: A Study Table
Katie was stunned into silence. That was never the way it went. She had not expected that. Maybe she was to easy to judge. Maybe he was in fact a nice person, that really liked her. Was it so hard for her to realise that? Was she as bad as the Slytherins with this, by being prejudice towards the Slytherins even though they had done nothing to her. She was a Gyrffindor for merlins sake. They were supposed to be fair in judgement. Katie grabbed his arm and turned him around before he could finish packing his books. "No... wait... I'm ... I'm sorry. I just- I don't know ho- Its weird, I can't trust... I'm sorry" She finished lamely, unable to put her thought into words.
Re: The Library: A Study Table
Marco turned around, but didn't stop putting his books into his bag. He shook his head at her. "If you can't trust me, how can I ever trust you? I can see now. I'm just wasting my time with someone who despises me for what I'm not." He shoved his last book into his bag with a little more force than necessary before he turned and walked slowly down the aisle, slinging his bag onto his shoulder. Dammit. He'd actually really thought he liked her. But now... no. She was just like the rest of them. Hated him for who he was associated with. Stupid judgemental temperamental Gryffindors. Despite all this, he still wanted to give her a chance. How stupid was that? he wondered.

Re: The Library: A Study Table
He was judging her? Oh hell no. That was not cool with Katie. She was the judger. Not him. He didn't have a right to do that. "Hey. Thats not fair!" She called after him, ignoring the fact that they were in a library and were probably about to get kicked out. "You can't just lable me like that, and in the same sentence tell me you can trust me because I judge you! That's not how it works!" She started at him just incomplete shock that he was doing that.
Re: The Library: A Study Table
Marco turned to look at her, but stayed standing where he was a few yards away. "Like you've never contradicted yourself before?" For the first time, he had raised his voice. "What about that kiss, huh? And then how you're talking to me today? Yeah, that makes loads of sense, Bell." He walked back toward her, staring at her hard. He was upset now, as he didn't view himself as the bad guy like she was making it seem. He felt perfectly justified in judging her, because she'd judged him first. He lowered his voice, ignoring the stares they were getting from people walking past. "Shit happens, and I'm sorry to have wasted your time."

Re: The Library: A Study Table
Katie was starting to lose her head, and when she loses her head she talks shit. Sorry, "I am ALLOWED to contradict myself. I am a girl!" She said raising her voice. She looked around and realised just how many glares to pair were getting. She marched forwards, grabbed Marcos hand and dragged him into a dark corner, "You were the one that kissed me first thank you!" She hissed angrily. She couldn't help notice how her eyes came alive when he was angry, how attractive and more appealing he seemed when he flared up.
Re: The Library: A Study Table
"Oh so you deserve special treatment for two reasons, Miss Gryffindor?!" He followed her into the corner, continuing his frustrated sarcastic yelling as they went. "Should I take off my shoes in your presence and bow at your feet too? Feed you chocolates and bring you offerings, spill my damn blood in your honor? Please, tell me what I have to do now that I've insulted this blonde deity of Katie Bell who can do whatever the hell she wants." As they reached the corner, his hand found her arm again and he held her to the wall. Not rough, but enough to let her know he didn't mean for her to move away. His voice dropped to something very low and husky, angry, just above a furious whisper. "And if I recall, you pushed me away and leapt back into my arms on your own free will. You can't put the blame fully on me for that one."
