Leo nodded approvingly. "Of course. It's not as big as the one at Hogwarts, but I think you'll find it's sufficient for anything you may need to do." Pansy stayed quiet, keeping her dislike for potions to herself. She didn't mind too terribly, she'd just take a few books and sit with him and read while he worked. "If you'd like, I'll show you the room now." He gestured toward the door and once they were up and following him - Pansy carrying her tea along with her - he headed through a series of small rooms, a few hidden doorways, and finally reached his potions lab. There were cabinets lining the walls, stocked with every ingredient he could get his hands on. "You're welcome to use anything you need, except what's in that black cabinet." After showing Draco where a few essential things were, he left them, telling them lunch would be sent down in a while, but for now he had a meeting to attend and some paperwork to finish and they were on their own again.

Draco thanked Leo and picked up some books before following him through to the other room. After thanking him again and watching him leave Draco turned to Pansy and offered her an apologetic look, "Sorry about this, but I promise it won't be much. It's just some simple things and I thought that maybe it would be better if we went out to the garden at night instead?" He put his book down on the table and held out his arms to her, "Forgive me?"

Pansy originally was going to shrug and give him a smile, because she didn't mind too terribly. But instead she smirked and crossed her arms, looking at him for a moment. But not for long. In a moment she stepped forward into his arms and wrapped her own around him. "I guess I'll forgive you. Maybe. We'll see." Stepping away, she left the room for a moment to find a few books to entertain herself with before coming back and settling into a chair off to the side to read while Draco played with his little potions things.

Draco raised his eyebrows when she paused but smiled when she hugged him. He squeezed her a little tighter when she said maybe but let her go to get books or whatever. He pulled out some cauldrons and such and saw her sit on a chair to the side. He wanted her to sit on the table but he knew he needed to get some stuff done and a couple of bases brewing before that happened.

Pansy finished reading through one of her books, and though she started the second one, she was quickly bored. She sat them down and got up, walking over to where Draco was working. She put a hand on his shoulder and peeked over at what he was doing, not really having the remotest idea what any of it was, but she didn't so much care. "How's it going?" She stepped to the side and turned around, hopping up onto the table next to where all his stuff was spread out, leaning to the side to peer into the cauldrons.

Draco leaned his head against hers in greeting when she peered over his shoulder. "It's good. This book is great, it gives small variations on preparation to help speed up steps or slow something down. But I won't bore you with the details." He smiled at her as she hopped up next to him, grabbing the bowl from next to her and separating some of the dried tails and shredding them.

"Well thank you for sparing me. It's quite kind." She grinned, watching as he continued to work on the potions. "Slow it down huh? Well, would you like to do that?" Pansy tilted her head a little, watching as he concentrated on what he was doing. His eyes shone in that one particular away, his eyebrows pressing together in focus and his hands moving with precision. She reached over, tilting her head a little more as she put her hand on his cheek and turned his face toward her. "I'm bored."

"You might need more time for a certain ingredient to activate or you'll have several potions that would reach the same stage at the same time where you can't monitor them all so you need to put some on a break." He had just dropped the tails in when she pulled him over. He glanced at the potion but knew he had a little time before he needed to do the next step and so he let her turn him and put his hands on the table next to her. "Are you really? Well what can we do about that?"

Pansy laughed a little, smiling at him. "Well I meant would you like to slow them down now." She watched as he glanced at the potion quickly before looking at her again, putting his hands on the table. Giving him a light shrug, her hair fell over her shoulders as she leaned toward him slightly. "I don't know, what could we do about that? It'd be horrible for me to be bored while you play with your cauldrons."

Draco brushed some of the long hair back and smiled at her, "I can do that, just give me one second. And then we can figure out something amusing to do." He turned and flipped a page in the book, reading the next paragraph quickly and figuring out that if he crushed the beetles instead of slicing them that would give him a decent amount more time and adding the syrup now gave him a full hour. He quickly did those two things and then put a cap on the potion and turned back to her, "You now have a full hour of my time. So have you had any ideas?" He reached up and pushed his hair back, some of the steam making it stick a little to his forehead.

Pansy sighed and glanced at the ceiling as he moved away and started working on potions things again. She boredly looked at her fingernails, picking at them in a pointedly distracted manner and not bothering to look up at him when he finished whatever he was doing. She waited until he spoke, flicked her eyes up to meet his for a moment, and then looked at her fingernails again, figuring the best way to get him riled up. "I dunno maybe you could make another potion or something. You like it better anyway."

Draco smiled at her and reached to cover her hands with his, "Maybe I could, then again I'd rather spend time with you right now, especially because I've slowed down my potion so I'd be bored too." He slipped his fingers between hers, "Though if we're both bored then maybe we'll finally figure out something to do."

Pansy stopped messing with her fingernails when his hands covered hers, and she looked up at him with a skeptical glance. "Oh, would you?" She moved her hands with his, letting him put his fingers between hers and link their hands together. "Well in that case, what do you suggest? Because if I'm bored, and you're bored, that's a problem." She gave him a rather serious look, leaning forward again, her smooth hair falling over her shoulders as she brought her face somewhat close to his, mesmerized by the way his eyes flickered in the low light of the room, the flames from beneath one of the little cauldrons reflecting on the silver irises.

Draco stared into her eyes and reached up with his hand not holding hers to brush her hair back, his fingers running through it, amazed at the smooth straightness of it. Leaning in a little further his hand moved up to slip around her cheek, leaning in further and giving her the chance to pull away before he pressed his lips to hers.

Pansy blinked at him as his hand moved through her hair before resting on her cheek. She hardly breathed as he leaned closer, but in an instant she had closed her eyes and the gap between them was gone. It felt right to be kissing him again, like things were going back to normal, but a better normal than before. They'd been working on an actual relationship prior to any real snogging, and things were working much better this time. But Pansy had to admit, despite really enjoying the slow pace they had taken this time around, she really did miss kissing him like this. She kissed him back gently, letting him control it, and she moved her hand to rest on his shoulder.

Draco had missed this too, though he definitely wanted to make sure that in their relationship now they made sure to keep going on dates and kept up working on this as a real functional relationship as long as they could before their parents ended things. He moved his other hand from hers to sit on her hip, his lips moving against hers for another moment before he pulled back with a smirk. "You know we still haven't decided what we're going to do until my potion needs tending to."

Pansy continued to kiss him until he pulled away, at which time she leaned back a little as well, blinking at him slightly. 1.0 Pansy wants her to say something like 'well I need tending to', but the unicorn won't do it. "That's up to you, Mr. Malfoy. I'm not the one getting distracted by leaning in for a kiss. Though I guess I should apologize if my lips are that much of a distraction to you. Maybe I should hide them." She sat up straight again, trying to figure out some way to cover her mouth, finally grabbing her hair and pulling it across the bottom half of her face like a veil over her lips, effectively hiding them from him while she waited for his boredom solution. Her foot wriggled distractedly, and perhaps accidentally moved up and down his leg. Just a bit.

Draco laughed when she pulled her hair over her mouth and reached down to put a hand on her very distracting foot. "Well it's not my house so I think you should be the one alleviating my boredom, not the other way around." He bit his lip slightly, holding back more laughter at the way she had her hair across her face. It looked almost like a very dramatic mustache and he couldn't look at it for too long without cracking up again. He reached up and pulled her hair away from her mouth, his fingers trailing over her lips as he did.

Pansy stopped moving her foot, finally realizing she'd been doing it once he stopped her. She smirked at him, though he couldn't see for the way her hair was covering her mouth. Letting him pull her hair away, she kept the smirk on her lips as his fingers brushed over them. "Well I am not here to entertain you. You came along of your own free will. And yeah, it is my house, so I can command you to entertain me should I wish. Or else I could go get daddy and you'd have to go home. Shame."

Draco shook his head in amusement, "But if you got rid of me you would be even more bored. And you would be very cold at night." He glanced back over at his potion and timer and saw that he still had 45 minutes left. Her hair was slipping back over her shoulder again and he reached forewords to twist it behind her back to it stayed put for a while. As he did so he leaned in to make sure he had gotten all the hair and was once again distracted by her lips.

Pansy pouted a little, because he had a point there. She'd be bored without him here, so there really wasn't much of a good threat when it came to sending him away. "Well it's still up to you." She watched him carefully has he gathered her hair in his hand again, twisting it behind her and leaning closer all the while. His lips were on hers again, and though she had to admit she'd seen that coming, it was nice all the same. She closed her eyes and let him kiss her, leaving it up to him if it was broken off for more discussion of what to do, or continued as their momentary form of entertainment.

Draco kept the kiss light, letting her decide if she wanted to take it further or not, but he didn't pull away this time. His hand stayed in her hair, holding it back, and his other was resting on the table next to her. This wasn't how he had envisaged them spending the day but he wasn't going to complain. He had spent the last week or so thinking about their picnic and that kiss but he wasn't sure what it had meant, whether it was a restart of the physical part of their relationship or whether it was just a moment.

Pansy continued to kiss him for a while, but noted the lightness of it all and eventually she pulled away a little, their faces still close and his hand still in her hair. "You've still not decided... unless that was your decision." She quirked an eyebrow at him, shifting forward to press her lips against his for only a moment until she sat up again. "After all we've still got forty-three minutes to waste." She let her hand slide down off his shoulder, traveling slowly over his chest and down his side, resting at his hips where the top of his pants were.

Draco eyed her for a moment, his hand moving from the table to her waist. "We actually only have forty two minutes. And I think that sounds like a good decision, as long as you're not going to protest?" He gave her a second before leaning back in, moving his hands around her and pulling her a little closer to the edge of the table. Her hands on his hips were distracting and he leaned in and pressed his lips harder against hers, still not deepening the kiss.

Pansy stared him down carefully as he moved his hand to her waist, the other still in her hair. "Protest? Hardly." She'd only managed to whisper it before he kissed her again. She slipped closer to the edge of the table when he pulled her toward him, and she moved so that he could stand between her knees. Her hands stayed where they were, fingers resting lightly on his hips as he pressed his lips against hers harder. She managed to get one hand past his shirt and hook her fingers through his belt loop, using that to pull him a little closer to the table.
