Adrian jumped at a baby being dumped on the floor. She stared wide eyed at Dee and tried really hard not to laugh at the look on her face.

Adrian clapped her hand over her mouth to keep her laughter inside. She turned away from Dee and tried not to look back at her. It was just too ridiculous. I don't even remember her being pregnant.

Dee disappears with the baby and goes to the nursery, where the fairies are waiting.

Narcissa wandered into the Common Room, looking for someone to talk to; hopefully to get her mind off things. She flopped down on the couch once she didn't realize she knew any of these people and sighed, ignoring the person running around.

Adrian looked up to see who sat down and was actually glad to have recognized someone, even if she didn't actually know her. What did Severus see in her? Adrian studied her and was surprised to actually find her beautiful. Hmm. Nice one, Sev.

Narcissa felt someone's eyes on her and turned to see Adrian, who, although she didn't know personally, seemed to have something of a reputation. Nonetheless, Cissy remained polite and smiled at her, vaguely recalling her from the party. "Hi there! I'm Narcissa Black," she said, sounding as energetic and welcoming as possible.

Adrian was surprised by her civility. Especially after the death glares she gave her at the party. She deserved her scorn.

"Black?! I'm Adrian Black! We must be cousins," she laughed. Narcissa seemed like a girl who was easy to get along with.
