She was a little shocked. A guy, that wanted to talk. That was rare. "I guess that works for me." She smiled.

Truth is. Marcus didn't want to talk and share their feelings. He just had no idea what else they would do. He nodded and smiled. "Yeah. Sounds great." He said and turned towards the server, waving him over and ordering two butterbeers.

So, Illie would be drinking tonight. Well, this could get interesting... "I probably shouldn't have too many of those tonight..." She blushed at how much of a lightweight she was.

Marcus looked at the drink, and then back to her, and then back to the drink, and then back to her and then back to the drink and then back to her, and then he shrugged. "You're decision." He said and picked up his drink and took a large swig.

She watched him curiously as he looked between her and her drink so many times. "Well, I just can't hold my alcohol very well and I like actually being able to remember my nights." She nodded.

He put his drink down and nodded slowly, trying to understand, he thought it was quite funny when he couldn't remember his nights, it made it more like a mystery. "Why?" He asked curiously. "Don't you like a little mystery in your life?"

"Well, I don't know how I act when I'm drunk. I could make a complete fool of myself and not even remember it. Plus, someone could probably take complete advantage of me and I wouldn't even know." She took a small sip of her butterbeer.

"Well, You don't make a complete fool of yourself when you're drunk for one thing." he said and smiled at her. "Wait wait wait, hold up." he said, staring at her. "Are you saying that you think I would take advantage of you?" He asked, raising an eyebrow at her.

She shook her head. "Well no. I mean, if I came across some scary creeper dude. Besides, I'd be all to willing, drunk of sober, if it was you." Suddenly she realized what she had said and turned bright red.

He couldn't help but grin at her comment. "Ahh, Well, I have two things to say to that." he said, taking a sip of his butterbeer. "One; I wouldn't let some scary creeper dude near you, drunk or sober." He said nodding. "And two; I totally get where you're coming from I mean, who wouldn't want to get in my pants...Right?" He asked with a smirk on his face.

She couldn't help but smile at the first thing he said, it was rather sweet. Soon enough though, she was rolling her eyes at him. "You are so full of yourself!" She laughed anyways.

He shook his head. "No...I'm really not." he said shaking his head. "It's all your fault. You just give me all these examples of how great I am...That's what it is. Yup." he said nodding his head.
