[Neville Longbottom]

Audrey smiled and when he first tried she reached up and pulled her hair to one side, "There, that'll be easier." He was so sweet and innocent.

Neville nodded to himself. "Um, Yeah. Right." He said nodding to himself. He wrapped the necklace around her neck, that sounds like he is choking her but he is not, and he clipped the little clasp. "There you go." he said, taking her hair from her hand and attempting to put it back how it was, all nice and pretty.

Audrey held the pendent up in her hand and admired it then turned her head slightly to smile at him. "Thank you Nev, I love it." She let go of the pendent and took his hand, squeezing it gently.

[Neville Longbottom]

Neville smiled at her. "You're welcome." He said smiling and sat back down. "I'm glad you like it." He said, a big smile still on his face.

Audrey took another sip of butterbeer and then propped her elbows on the table, "So I'm curious, what do magical children do before they come to Hogwarts?"

[Neville Longbottom]

"Well, It kind of depends on your blood status." He said smiling. "Pure bloods are usually home schooled." He said nodding. "My grandmother home schooled me up until I got my Hogwarts letter. Then muggle borns of course usually go to Muggle schools and then half-bloods its kind of up to the parents. Some of them go to muggle schooling and some are home schooled." he said nodding.

Audrey nodded, "I've always wondered because it seems like you need a thorough primary school education to succeed here. Did your grandmother homeschool you in magical subjects?"

[Neville Longbottom]

"Um, Well, She didn't teach me things like we learn here. There was no charm teaching or potions or any of that. I am pretty sure just normal classes like you would a muggle school." he said nodding. "English, Math, the basics. Just things you need to know to live."

[Audrey Stevenson]

Audrey nodded, "That makes sense. I always wondered if I had missed something, some sort of basic training before Hogwarts."

[Neville Longbottom]

Neville shook his head. "No...Not really. I mean, a few kids know a little about magic and such before they come to Hogwarts but not most. For most of us our first time really learning magic is here."

[Audrey Stevenson]

She smiled, "Well I'm glad to know that there isn't something that all us muggleborns are missing out on." She glanced around, "It's getting late, I think we should probably head back to the castle now."

[Neville Longbottom]

Neville smiled and nodded. "Yeah. We probably should." He said nodding as he stood up from the table and took out his wand and performed some kind of charm that cleaned all the stuff up. Yup.

Audrey stood up too, "Tonight was great Nev, I've had so much fun."

[Neville Longbottom]

Neville smiled at her and stepped over to her. "Yeah, I had a lot of fun too." He said and awkwardly looked around and tried to nonchalantly scoot closer to her. He wanted to kiss her but he didn't exactly know how to initiate it.

Audrey noticed the scooting and smiled, stepping closer to him. This time though she wanted him to initiate. And now Tam is thinking of Hitch again and the 90-10 rule. The guy goes 90% of the way and the girl goes the last 10%. Yup. Love that movie.

[Neville Longbottom]

Neville looked over at her and smiled and swayed on his feet a little before leaning over quickly and pressing his lips against hers.

Audrey would have laughed when Nev almost fell into her as he kissed her but instead she put her hands on his shoulders, half to steady him and half to hold him there, and kissed him back a little, not deepening it too soon so she didn't shock him.

Neville was glad he didn't fall because he probably would have fainted from embarrassment. He did exactly what Dean told him to do and tried puckering his lips a little, finding it to be a lot less awkward doing that then just keeping them normal. He stepped closer to her and put one of his hands, which are really big by the way, on her hip, a little hesitantly.

Audrey is pretty impressed that not only is Nev kissing her but he's also not fainted or run away yet. Or frozen for that matter. And Audrey likes his big hands yes she does. After a few more seconds she pulled back and smiled at him, "Shall we walk back then?"

[Neville Longbottom]

Neville smiled at her as she pulled away and couldn't help but let out a little happy laugh. He was a very happy camper right now. He nodded. "Yeah, It's getting late." he said and grabbed her hand in his.

Audrey smiled as they held hands and walked back to the castle. At the castle she gave him one last kiss, "Thanks Nev, I'll see you soon." And headed off to bed.

[Neville Longbottom]

Neville smiled at her and waved as she walked away. "Bye Audrey." he said with a smile and then he went back to the common room. Without standing there for 1 hour +.

Audrey asked a passing Puff where she could FIND Neville and they said down in his garden so that's where she went. MmHmm. She walked through the little gate and knelt down next to him, "Hey darling."
