"Oh," Arthur says quietly. "I've never been particularly good with clothing; I usually grab whatever's cheapest. Billy has been trying to get me to go shopping with him for years, but I'm afraid I'll come out covered in glitter and sparkles." Arthur shudders at the thought of a Billy-approved wardrobe. "I'm not offended, don't worry," Arthur adds when he notices Molly nervousness.

Molly greams, thrilled she hasn't offended him. Then she tuts and shakes her head. "Silly boy - you don't have to spend, like, heaps of money to look good! Um, I mean, not that you don't already look good or anything. You do. I love your hair. I was talking about your clothes is all," she babbles. "And I totally promise there will be no glitter and sparkles with me - that's more Fabian's thing."

Arthur blushes nervously when Molly says that she likes his hair; he's always been self-conscious about it from years of red head jokes. "Thanks," he stutters nervously. "Maybe Billy and Fabian should meet up sometime; they both seem to have an unnatural love for sparkles from what I can gather."

"Maybe it'll be, like, a match made in heaven and before we know it I'll totally be catering for a pink and sparkly wedding," Molly giggles. "OhGod - I hope Billy isn't as much of a Groomzilla as I expect Fabian would be. We'd all be, like, dead before the wedding because the glitter didn't shine enough or whatever! Oh, I love weddings, don't you? They're so pretty and romantic and they make me want to hug people."

"Billy's relaxed and laid back for the most part - definitely not a groomzilla. If he was, Ron and I would kill him," Arthur says with a laugh. "Wedding are really nice. I like looking at all the pretty decorations and seeing how the couple is together and wishing that that could be mine someday," Arthur says, blushing toward the end. He doesn't know if he'll ever get the happily-ever-after, but he wants it badly. Not so much the wedding part, but the whole waking up next to the same person for the rest of his life thing. It seemed almost too good to be true.

"I think Gideon would just, like, disapparate and leave Fabian to deal with it if he ever chucked a groomzilla tantrum or anything. And then Fabian would come yell at me and I would smack his pretty, pretty face with a frying pan," Molly shrugs lightly. Then she smiles as Arthur admits he wants that kind of thing someday - it's not something Molly is used to hearing. Generally speaking, her measure and example for masculinity has always been Gideon, and Gideon is less the marriage type and more the silent-and-understated-show-of-affection type. "Not many guys are like that, I don't think. Well, like, not out in the open about it anyway. It's really nice."

"Thanks," Arthur says, hoping that hasn't revealed too much about himself. He shuffles nervously, looking at his feet. "I'd like to see you hit someone with a frying pan. I can see you doing it, and I hope I don't anything that would provoke that kind of anger from you. Not that I think you're violent or like to hit people...I just can see you having a temper...that's not what I meant," Arthur stammers, wishing that he would think before he spoke for once in his life. "I don't think you let people mess with you, that's all." Much better, much less insulting, Arthur.

Molly's jaw drops and she stares at Arthur for ten full seconds. And then she breaks into giggles so violent and overwhelming she has to sit down. "OhmyGod, you're, like, so cute," she squeals. "I've been known to take care of business," she says, her attempts at nonchalance drowned out by the incessant giggling. "It's not so much that I won't let anyone mess with me, it's more that if you, like, mess with my family I'll totally pull out your ribcage and wear it as a hat."

Arthur nods nervously, not sure if he knows if what Molly is saying is good for him. Girls gigglng confuses Arthur, for he is a typical oblivious male. "I hope no one ever messes with your family. I'd hate to see you in a ribcage hat; it'd be really disgusting." {*coughBellatrixLestrangecough*}Arthur prays that it will never be his ribcage on her head, figuratively or literally.

"It would be, like, so gross," Molly agrees. "I mean, all that cleaning involved because I totally wouldn't want to get bits of blood or whatever in my hair, and it would be a total fashion disaster. I bet Fabian would try for an intervention or something." She pauses for a moment, and smiles a little softly. "I hope nobody messes with my family, too. I hate to see them upset; it, like, totally kills me."

"Same here," Arthur says, thinking of all the times he wanted to hurt someone simply because they made fun of Billy in his sparkly clothing or little Ronnie for standing for Billy. He doesn't understand why his brothers deserved that kind of treatment. Granted, Arthur received his fair share, but it didn't bother him as much - or least that was what he told himself. "Though I don't know why anyone would try to hurt to the Prewetts...you seem too fabulous for that, from what I can gather."

"Haters gonna hate, I guess," Molly shrugs. Then she wrinkles her nose. "Remind me to, like, never ever say that again. I don't know - people who really know is like us of course because, like, how could you not, you know?" she says with a quick grin. "It's mostly all those pureblood elitist families that don't like us because we totally don't buy into their inbred pureblood crap and stuff. And Auntie Muriel hates us too, but that's because of what the twins did to her cat a few years back."

Arthur nods in agreement. "At least our children someday won't have three heads...not that we'll have children together or anything, but our own children...shit." He laughes nervously at the mention of the cat, praying that he hasn't screwed up royally bringing up children. "What did your brothers do it? I can't imagine it would be anything good."

Molly giggles. "Puh-lease, with my genes, my kids are going to, like, be the best freakin' kids on the planet," she says, tossing her hair over her shoulder and looking supremely confident. "Whoever I marry is just gonna be, like, 'whoa....', he'll be so in awe of the awesomeness." She breaks off, giggling again as she remembers the cat incident. "Oh, um, let's just say that Auntie Muriel's cat, like, totally wasn't born hairless."

"I can imagine that," Arthur says. "Though they might have some competition with mine; the Weasley family genes are pretty good." {Actually, they will mix to form the amazing bunch that is the Weasley family.} Arthur laughes when the cat is brought up. "Is the cat still hairless? And did it deserve it?" Arthur personally despises cats; he's a dog person, so a hairless cat doesn't upset him but just makes him laugh.

"Well, all that ginger-ness has to be indicative of something, like, totally awesome," Molly agrees with a grin. [Indubitably, my friend. <3] She puts on her most innocent look and gives an adorably sheepish shrug. "The hairlessness is totally permanent, it turns out. Who knew, huh? And it, like, so deserved it - the stupid evil cat scratched Alice! Gid and Fay were just looking out for her!" Of course, when Alice swung the cat around by the tail she probably should've figured it would scratch her, but details details.

"Cats are just stupid creatures anyway; dogs are so much better," Arthur says with a smile. "We have a dog at home, Happy. We got him when I was six, and I named her Happy because I thought it was a happy name." Arthur laughes at the memory of his six-year-old self jumping up and down for joy. "I love Happy. Whenever I go home on vacation, she sends the first hour I'm home attacking me with licks and pounces."

Molly smiles brightly, but her eyes flash with just the tiniest hint of jealousy. "OhmyGod, that's awesome! I love dogs. I, like, really really really want a puppy, but my parents won't let me get one because they say us kids are enough to handle. Alice has a.... well, um, she says it's a cat but it's kinda creepy, so whatever. But one day Giddy is, like, totally gonna buy me a puppy, I know he will," Molly chatters, because she still maintains that 'we'll see' is big brother speak for 'yes'. "What kind of dog is Happy?"

"Happy's a German Shephard. She's beautiful and so strong and protective. And I would definitely buy you a puppy if I could. Are you a big dog person or a small dog one?" Arthur says. "What does Alice have? Is it part-Kneazle, because those are the worst pets in my opinion. They're too smart for me; I don't want my pet to know more than I do and then be pretentious about it."

"Ooh, pretty! German Shepherds are so beautiful. I, like, totally love big dogs! I mean, what's the point of a little dog? You can't play with it or anything because it's too small, and you can't even properly cuddle it or anything! Pfft, whatever." Molly tilts her head to the side, nose screwing up as she tries to think about the best way to describe Gollum. "Um... no, I don't think it's a kneazle, even though they're kinda freaky too. This is, like, I don't even know how to describe it. It's hairless and wrinkly and small and it's like a demon cat or something. Ugh."

"I love big dogs too!" Arthur enthuses. "And Alice cat's scares me. But then again, cat's in general scare me. Maybe it was because my Uncle Benjamin's cat tried to claw my eyes out when I was five. I swear, I didn't even touch Furrball. He just came at me. Granted, I did drop my toy Muggle truck next to him and it made a loud noise, but still. I was five!"

"Pfft, cats. They're just, like, not friendly creatures. I like friendly things, you know? What's the point of something if it's not going to be nice or whatever?" Molly asks, Furrball going right onto the list of Things Molly Doesn't Like for trying to blind Arthur. Molly likes Arthur's eyes just as they are, thanks.

Arthur nods in agreement. "I wish they would let you bring dogs to Hogwarts. I don't understand why they let cats in, but never dogs. Cats are mean-spirited creatures - they must be the pet of choice for the nasty people in the world." Arthur thinks that Lucius Malfoy must own a cat, for someone that awful has to have a malicious Furrball at their side.

"I know, right? Like, who wouldn't love a puppy running around? Well, Alice isn't mean. But then I still don't believe that Gollum is really a cat, so that's cool," Molly smiles. "But according to all the muggle movies, bad guys, like, always have fluffy and evil looking cats sitting on their lap while they plot to destroy the world and stuff. So it must be true."

"True. I never realized that before. Muggles are really brilliant, you know. And maybe Gollum is...a hybrid of some sort. Granted, a pretty strange hybrid. Or a mutant. Or a zombie cat," Arthur says, thinking about the all typical Muggle horror movie explanations. He's impressed by Molly's knowledge of Muggle films - maybe he could ask her to a movie over the summer. It would be fun to have someone to go with him, for while Ron always went with him, Ron almost always fell asleep on him in the movie theater.
