A Nearby Park 445108-bigthumbnail

Oh, how pretty. And look, it's night time too, 'cause you see, it's getting late and all.

Sirius slips his arm around Apolline's waist, leading her into the empty, quiet park and smiling contentedly at her. "Isn't it a lovely night? I love Autumn, with its brisk winds, all the evil squirrels to chase everywhere, and all the colors. What's your favorite time of year?" he asked curiously, as they strolled along.

Oh, it is pretty! Polly was smiling happily, looking around. "Wow, zis park ees lovely." she thought for a second after Sirius asked what her favorite time of the year was. "Hm, I zeenk I like weenter ze best. Even zoh eet ees cold, zat just means you get to snuggle up near ze fireplace. Plus I love eet when eet snows. Eet makes the grounds look so beautiful."

"That's true. You'll love Hogwarts in winter, though I warn you not to walk the grounds by the bottom of the Gryffindor tower-- you're liable to get a snowball to the back of the head, and I'll deny that it was ever me, of course," he teased, pulling her slightly closer as he looked up at the stars overhead. "Winter is nice, but it can be cold, if you're lonely-- it's not so bad, if you've got someone to cuddle up with, especially since it gives you an excuse to do so," he grinned.

"Eef you even attempt to throw a snowball at my 'ead I will retaliate, Mr. Black." she giggled, poking him in the chest. Inner!Remus is not very happy about how close they're sitting together...though he denies it when Amethyst teases him about it. Polly is quite aware of how close they're sitting together, but it's warmer this way so she isn't moving away. Inner!Remus throws a shoe at her.

Eowyn giggles, and Sirius is utterly oblivious honestly, though he can't wait to tell Remus all about Polly... oh dear. Sirius smiles at that, though and reaches up to brush a strand of Polly's blonde hair out of her eyes, and tucks it behind her ear. "Oh? And just how would you plan on retaliating? Because let me tell you, when it comes to snowball wars, there isn't anyone better-- except James, but he's always on my team. You're in for a challenge, Miss Apolline."

Ohmygod. Snowball wars.

Remus is going to pout...a lot. "A challenge, huh? I love zose." she grinned brightly. "I'll find someone to make a team with and zen we'll get you back. Eet'd be lots of fun." she looked over at the trees, watching the wind blow the leaves about.

Sirius is going to melt, then. Also, apologies, but Pervy!Eowyn couldn't resist, and blames the fanfiction she's reading instead of studying German. Sirius smirks at that, liking Apolline all the more, the more he learns about her. "Well, a challenge it is. I most certainly accept, Polly," he laughed, making a mental note to tell James about this ordeal later. "It would indeed be lots of fun, since you certainly seem up to a real challenge-- you're a feisty girl aren't you?" he teased, moving his arm from around her waist to drape around her shoulders. "Well that's a good thing, I think. I'd probably have found you entirely boring if you weren't quite so spunky and exciting, after all."

Eowyn just really wants to hug Remus really badly right now, and thinks it's a good thing she can't have Wolfstar right now, or Sirius would be hugging the air right out of Moony like he's never going to let go, because that's just the kind of mood Eowyn is in right now. Eowyn hasn't snuggled anyone in a week and a half, and it's just not cool, because she gets huggle deprived, and that makes her cranky, because she hates being lonely. So in order to make up for that, Sirius smiles down at the pretty girl on his shoulder, reaching up to twirl her hair around his fingers, and using the arm around her shoulders to close the last of the space between them, rather liking the feel of her small, warm body against his own. "Exciting is fun, after all," he murmured, and for the briefest moment, he rather wonders what Remus would say about this, and what he's going to say when Sirius tells him all about this-- wait, why is he even thinking about Remus right now? Where the hell did that thought come from? His mind should be focused on the blonde leaning on him, and he turns it back to her, and the way her hair shines under the light of the streetlight. "Now, I suppose that makes you just about the perfect girl, doesn't it? Exciting, beautiful, and witty. And apparently brave enough to challenge the great Sirius Black to a snowball fight," he joked, letting his fingers curl around her shoulder.

Amethyst is hugging Remus very tightly and telling him not to pout. Polly turns her face to look up at Sirius' and smirks, "Ze great Sirius Black, huh? We'll see 'ow great 'e ees after 'e loses zat snowball fight." Polly wasn't going to comment on that 'perfect' comment..cause she really wasn't all that perfect.

Eowyn dies of laughter at the double entendre of the word snowball in this conversation.

"Oh, what makes you so sure you'll win? I'm not in the habit of losing on purpose for pretty girls, even one as gorgeous as you," he teased as his hand found hers, lacing their fingers together once more. "And you, m'lady, are most certainly gorgeous. A challenge, maybe, but worth it, for the great Sirius Black," he observed, grinning down at her.

"Are you now?" he asked, smirking right back at her as he licked his own lips, his grey-blue eyes boring into hers, as he vaguely realized he's been hesitating this whole time and hasn't the slightest idea why. "Well, I happen to like that about you, Apolline. And just about everything else, for that matter," he replied evenly, his eyes bright in the moonlight, as he took her chin between his forefinger and thumb, tilting her face up as he bent down and pressed his lips to hers gently, undemanding and tender, even if it did take just about all the self restraint he had.

*is currently ignoring the very angry wolfy who is locked in his room right now pouting*

Polly smiles against his lips, kissing him back for a few seconds and lightly running her tongue along his lower lip before pulling away. There was no way she was going to let that last - she didn't want Sirius to think he could go further than just kissing. She wouldn't deny that he was good looking and interesting, though.

Lame post was lame cause I'm distracted by this show.

Eowyn passed out last night, sorry. Eowyn is now currently dying of laughter at Sirius because Inner Sirius just realized that if he gets a hard on he'll have a tough time concealing it in those leather pants-- you'd think he'd have learned from the past by now, but nope.

Sirius is not Caradoc, and he is not 1.0 Sirius either, so luckily for all of us he is not a sex addict and nor is he particularly looking to get laid all the time, just so you all know. *sticks out tongue* He's rather good about that, actually, and he's mostly all talk when he claims to want sex that often, really. He lets out a quiet sigh of contentment as she runs her tongue along his lower lip before pulling away, and his eyes flutter open as he smiles at her. "You know, I would have said earlier that it wasn't possible for you to be more beautiful than you were, but I do believe that's changed, thanks to the moonlight. In fact, I don't think I've seen anyone quite so beautiful in my life," he said, because let's face it-- Polly is half veela, he's bound to say cheesy things. "And you might say there's no such thing as perfection, but if that's the case, you're about the closest thing to it."

Eowyn has never had to deal with someone saying exactly that before... nope. *lie* I'm feeling uncreative, bite me. *steals lines from ex boyfriends*

Amethyst sometimes wants to kick Blain when he says lines like that...because as much as she appreciates them, she doesn't know how to handle them and just ends up feeling awkward. Which sucks and is very uncomfortable...but then again Amethyst has a habit of being awkward in general anyway soooo...votever.

"Well, you sure know 'ow to flatter a girl, don't you?" Polly can't help the slight blush that creeps across her face. "Zis ees one of ze best eveneengs I 'ave 'ad in a long time."

Sirius smiles at Polly, liking the rather cute way she blushes in the moonlight. "Flattery? Can't say I know much about that. But the one thing I do know about is pure honesty, and I can honestly say I mean e dry word of it," he replied, leaning down and kissing her lightly on the lips again. "And I'm glad you're having a nice time-- that was my intention, after all. So tell me, Apolline, do I meet your expectations? Or were some of your previous assumptions incorrect?"

"That I do," he replied, winking at Polly with a cheeky grin as he leaned down and pressed his lips to her cheek, slipping his hand into hers easily. "Shall we head back? It's gotten quite late, and while I'd love to stay here with you, I've a feeling you're going to want to get back to your dormitory tonight."

Draco and Pansy waited for their food then when they got it they walked out and over to the park, Draco conjuring a waterproof blanket for them to sit on on the snow. He put all the bags to one side and charmed them to stay dry then sat down, patting the space next to him, "I love the snow so much."

Pansy followed him out and took a seat on the blanket beside him, rather closely mind you, because it's cold out. "It's so pretty." She tugged her gloves off so that she could eat, and the air was bitingly cold on them. She picked up a chip from her basket and munched on the end of it. "This was a much better idea than just hanging around bored in the castle."
