Al couldn't sleep. He hated being upset with Scorpius and knowing that his boyfriend couldn't trust him. Being sure to be careful, he removed Scorpius' arm from around him and slowly got out of the bed. He needed music, but he couldn't play. Not without waking Scorpius up. He grabbed his guitar and headed towards the window. He took his time as he opened it up, not wanting to wake Scorpius with the noise. He gently placed his guitar on the roof outside, before hoisting himself up onto the window sill. He smiled to himself as he got out on the roof. He always came out here when he was younger and needed time to think. He scooted down a bit, leaving the window open so he'd be able to get back in later. He picked up his guitar, and as he sat on top of the roof of his house, he began playing the first song that came to his mind. He played quietly, not wanting Scorpius to hear him and wake up. "Please swallow your pride, if I have things you need to borrow. For no one can fill those of your needs that you don't let show. Lean on me, when you're not strong, and I'll be your friend, I'll help you carry on. For it won't be long, 'til I'm gonna need somebody to lean on."

James was rather relieved that they had managed to get away from all the sexual comments because they were really starting to cloud his thoughts with inappropriate things. He thought carefully about the next question before answering. "Well, I guess cooking or baking," he replied with a small shrug. "I just find it really relaxing to spend time in the kitchen and make food. What about you?" he asked.

The sleep that Scorpius had fallen into was light, for he didn't like the way he and Al had fallen asleep. He hated when they had disagreements or were irritated with each other and he never slept well when it happened. He awoke to the sound of a window opening, the slight creak stirring his thoughts. It took him a moment but he found that when he reached out to the bed, Al wasn't there. That realization made him sit up, instantly wondering where Al had gone off to and he noted that it was still dark out. Glancing to the window, he noticed that it was open and after climbing out of the bed quietly and moving towards it, he saw Al outside. He remained quiet, choosing to listen to Al's soft singing and not wanting to scare his boyfriend. After all, Al tumbling to his death would put a damper on things.

Parvati smiled at him as he said he liked cooking and baking. She really did like watching James when he was in the kitchen and he was making something. He always seemed to get so into it and take it seriously. All his time in the kitchens have definitely paid off though because he is a master chef. "Hmm, I think cheering, or just working out in general." She said nodding. "I like running a lot. Something about it just relaxes me and it helps me think."

"Understandable," James said with a small nod. "It's a time when you're able to be left to your own thoughts and just think things through. That's sort of how I am with cooking since I don't really like working out very much," he said with a small smile. "Alright. How about...favourite candy?"

Parvati gave Al a curious look. "I don't understand how you can not like working out but still have a body like yours." She told him with a small smile. "Ummm, Hmmm, I would have to say, chocolate, but Bulgarian chocolate is the best." She said with a nod.

Al continued playing guitar and singing, oblivious to his creeper of a boyfriend watching him. "If there is a load you have to bear that you can't carry, I'm right up the road. I'll share your load if you just call me," he sang softly, before pausing his strumming to beat on the soundboard of his guitar as he sang the next few lines. "So just call on me brother, when you need a hand. We all need somebody to lean on. I just might have a problem that you'd understand. We all need somebody to lean on." He smiled as he went back to strumming, forgetting all about his boyfriend sleeping inside. "Lean on me when you're not strong, and I'll be your friend. I'll help you carry on. For it won't be long, till I'm gonna need somebody to lean on."

James just shrugged slightly. "Probably just from the all the practices for Quidditch," he replied. "Oh, chocolates my favourite too!" he said, instantly breaking off two pieces of chocolate and popping a piece in his mouth before holding one out for Parv. "I've tried stealing some from Al a few times. He always manages to catch me," he said before sighing dramatically.

Scorpius can't help but to be creeper, for he loves listening to Al play and can't help but to just listen to his boyfriend. He loved Al's soft and soothing voice, for it always put him in a calm state. He leaned against the window frame, smiling as he continued to listen to Al's voice though after a moment he felt the smile slipping slightly. He really began to listen to the words and thought about the stiff silence that him and Al had fallen asleep in earlier, knowing that he had triggered it. He hated upsetting Al and felt as though he was entirely responsible for what had happened. He chose to remain quiet, not wanting to scare Al at all, though he did feel tempted to go back to the bed to just wait for Al.

Parvati decided it would be best to just take the chocolate from James with her hand this time, and pop it in her mouth. For giving James a hard on while in his parents house would not be good and she figures that if she keeps doing and saying dirty things, something will arise and not go back down. "Well, I would catch you too if you stole my chocolate." She said with a light laugh. "Hmm, okay, What is your favorite." She said as she pursed her lips slightly, trying to think of something to ask. "Favorite time of day."

James greatly appreciates the fact that she is not going to mess with him anymore. He really doesn't care about where they are, but rather because of all that had already happened that night. "Hmm," he said, thinking carefully about her question. "I'd have to say dusk or night time," he replied. That was prime sexy time after all.

As the song ended, Al stopped singing, though his fingers continued strumming random melodies on his guitar. Eventually he stopped and rested his hand on top of the guitar. He missed Scorpius. He hated when they stopped talking to each other. Either a huge fight would break out, or they'd both just ignore each other and things ended up being stiff and awkward whenever they did talk. He sighed and moved one arm behind him, steadying himself as he turned around to crawl back inside the house. "Holy shit!" he exclaimed as he nearly stumbled off the roof after seeing his boyfriend in the window. "How long have you been there?" he asked as soon as he reached the window, sitting outside the window as he waited for Scorpius' answer.

Parvati smiled and nodded. "Yeah, me too. I like it better when it's dark. I don't know why. I just do." She said with a small shrug, breaking two pieces of chocolate off and popping one in her mouth before she held the chocolate near his mouth for him to eat. If he eats it out of her fingers she won't get a boner so it's all good. Or maybe he will just completely ignore the fact that she broke him off some like last time. >.>

Scorpius' eyes widened when Al turned around and then nearly fell of the roof. He had a bad feeling that something like that might have happened, which was why he tried to be as quiet as possible. "Sorry!" he said instantly as Al moved closer. "I just...I woke up and saw the window open. Then I heard you singing and...I really like listening to you sing," he said quietly, fingers toying with the hem of his shirt. "I didn't mean to scare you," he said, pushing himself off the window frame and then stepping back into the room so that Al could reenter.

"Hmm," Al hummed in reply as he held his guitar in his hand. He watched Scorpius take a step back, but Al stayed outside. He hadn't known that Scorpius was listening to him sing, but he was still a bit sore about how Scorpius was always so closed off. He hated the wall that Scorpius always put up. He sighed and rested his arms on the windowsill, then rested his chin on top of his hands. "I hate when we fight."

James couldn't help but smile when she held out a piece of chocolate for him and he decided to use his mouth to take it from her. Dom is really tempted to write him taking it in a slightly pornographic manner, but she'll control James and just saw that he took it from her fingers. "Thanks," he said, smiling as he chewed the chocolate. "Favourite holiday?"

"I wasn't aware we were fighting," Scorpius replied shortly, moving back to the bed and sitting on the edge and facing the window when he realized Al wasn't going to enter the room. He let out a small sigh before saying, "I hate going to bed when you're obviously annoyed with me. It's just...I want to talk to you about some things, I do, it's just easier for me to keep things to myself. It's not that I don't trust or love you, I've just been trying to cope with things myself and figure out the best way to handle it all," he said quietly.

Al glanced up into the room, his face full of disappointment as he realized Scorp had moved farther away from him, rather than moving closer like Al had hoped. "Okay," he began hesitantly. "We're not fighting, but...things obviously aren't okay. Why can't you just talk to me, Scorp? I tell you everything, why don't you get that I'm here for you and that you don't need to deal with everything on your own?"

Scorpius was quiet for a moment, mulling over what Al asked and feeling slightly guilty. "I hate disappointing you," he finally said. "I feel like everything that I've done in the past has just been a disappointment. The way I acted with girls...the way I flaunted what I had done with them. I was awful," he said quietly, fingers twisting into the comforter on Al's bed. "I don't want to disappoint you at all. I still don't like how I look, but I'm working on it. I'm trying," he said softly, his gaze on the carpet for a moment before lifting to look at his boyfriend.

Al blinked back the tears as Scorpius' eyes met with his own green ones. "I don't see you as a disappointment. I never think about what you've done in the past. The only time you disappoint me is when you keep secrets from me, and don't trust me enough to let me help you," he whispered, loud enough for Scorpius to hear him from across the room. "I just wish you could see yourself the way I do," he admitted with a sad sigh. "You're so beautiful and you have so many amazing qualities, and you don't even notice."

Scorpius knew that keeping things from Al only strained their relationship, but he hadn't wanted to worry Al with his stupid problems. Even though it was rather dark, the moonlight was reflecting off of Al's face and Scorpius could tell how much the whole thing bothered Al. This is why Scorp hated bringing it up, for he hated ruining the mood between the two of them. He hated being the buzzkill because of how he felt about himself. Seeing the sadness on Al's face, Scorpius shrugged. "I...I don't know," he replied, not sure how to reply. "I am trying," he said, wiping away a tear that he hadn't even been aware of falling. "I do trust you. I just...I feel bad because it's all...it's just stupid and I don't want you to worry or fuss over it."

Parvati smiled at him as he thanked her and shifted slightly to rest her cheek on his chest like a pillow. "Hmmm," She said, thinking for a moment. "It would have to be Christmas." She said with a small nod. "Because I get to see my whole family every year for it no matter what and that rarely happens since I usually stay at Hogwarts for all the other holiday's that are just three day weekends and stuff like that. So yeah, definitely Christmas." She said quietly.

"Because not telling me is so much better," Al replied, failing to keep the cynicism out of his voice. "It's so much better to have you just keep things from me every time I try to talk to you. Don't you see that what you're doing obviously isn't working? I ask what's wrong, you lie and say nothing, I know you're lying, we get all cold and annoyed with each other...and then we make up. And a week later we're fighting over the same exact thing. So if you think you're making me feel better by keeping it to yourself then you must be crazy, Scorpius. I don't know what I'm supposed to do when I tell you everything, while all you do is keep secrets from me."

James couldn't help but smile, glad that family time was important to her. Growing up with the Weasley/Potter clan, family was something that James really did value. "I agree. Christmas is my favourite. Though, my Christmas is anything but quiet. My family always goes over to my Grandma and Grandpa's house and there are plenty of Weasleys to make it quite exciting," he grinned. He the chocolate and broke off two pieces for him and Parv.

Scorpius wasn't sure what to say. He knew that Al was right, but that didn't mean he wanted to talk about what was often on his mind and plaguing his thoughts. "Wait, I don't keep secrets from you," he countered, lifting his gaze to look at Al. "Just because I don't tell you every little thought that runs through my mind about myself...that doesn't make it a secret," he said. "Do you really want to know the things I think? Do you really want me to tell you that I still hate looking in the mirror and try my damn best to avoid it?" he asked, his tone rising slightly. "Or...or how scared I am that one day I'll lose you and you're the best thing that's ever happened to me. I don't know what I would do if I lost you...and that dependency scares the shit out of me."
