Lucius glares as he fingers at the handle of his pimp cane, wishing he could crucio the daylights out of this girl right here and now. But they were outside. The sun was shining. There were people around. Molly can say it all she wants, but Lucius is not stupid. "You're just full of witty, little remarks, aren't you? Well Molly, as wonderful as this conversation was, I really must be going. Lots of business to take care of, you know," he said, quite sarcastically mind you. And with that, I am off because Inner!Lucius is very horny right now. He doesn't feel like being an ass.

Now she is!
Hermione stopped by the kitchens for a picnic basket, let's say, but here she is now. She grins happily at her family and takes a seat next to Remus, kissing him and Kiora in greeting. That 10 minutes she took to go get the picnic basket was a long time for her to be separated from her family, y'know.

Remus smiles at Hermione's appearance and Kiora flails her arms at her mommy, babbling happily in greeting.
"Hey, love. Isn't nice out?" Kiora nods in agreement with Remus and holds her hands out to Hermione. "Mmmummm!"

Hermione's grin becomes a full-on gream when Kiora calls out and reaches for her and she's more than happy to take her for a cuddle. She kisses Remus again as she takes Kiora from his arms. "It is a nice day. This was a great idea, honey."
Kiora gurgles her agreement and pats Hermione's face with her hand. "Myyyyyyyyyyyy mummmmmmmmmmmmm!"
Hermione nuzzles her nose softly against her daughter's. "My Kiora," she whispers back. "Have you been a good girl for Daddy?"

Remus grins and nods. "She's been perfect all day. Didn't really like the hallways when they got a bit loud though, didn't you, baby girl?" Kiora shakes her head and covers her ears with her hands, looking up at Hermione with big eyes. "Ears hurt!" she repeats it again, hoping to get her point across.

Hermione shoots Remus a look that says 'I'm just a little heartbroken that my baby has to suffer, but oh my God the sound of her voice is just so beautiful it makes me want to die!' She turns back to Kiora and her heartbreakingly gorgeous big eyes. "Oh, baby," she murmurs, suddenly wanting to put Silencing Charms on the entire population of Hogwarts (two on Sirius, just to be on the safe side). "Mummy kiss it better?" She pulls Kiora's hands gently away from her ears and kisses them both quickly, smiling to hear Kiora giggle. Kiora starts nomming on Hermione's shirt collar, and Hermione turns back to Remus.
"I suppose there's nothing we can do about that, is there? She'll get used to it, right?"
She starts digging around in the picnic basket, looking at all the goodies.

"I'm not sure." Remus shrugs and reaches over to rub Kiora's back softly. "If we're lucky, her ears won't be as sensitive as mine since she isn't an actual werewolf. It'll hopefully get better as she gets older." Kiora pauses in her nomming on Hermione's shirt collar to peek in the basket as well. She leans over further and almost loses her grip on Hermione, causing her to almost fall against the basket. "OOPS!" she squeals and clings tightly to Hermione's shirt.

"Careful, baby girl," Hermione chuckles, putting the ~~sirius~~ serious conversation on the backburner because there's nothing they can do about it right now, anyway. She holds tightly to Kiora, making sure she won't almost dive head first into the picnic basket again. "Let's see what we've got in here, Kiora Rose. You hungry?" she chatters to the baby, who giggles and squeals and chatters back.
"Yora!" she exclaims proudly, nodding to show that yes, she is Kiora, and yes, she is just a little peckish, thanks.
Hermione beams at her. "Well then, darling girl, let's see what's good for you in here."
She digs around in the picnic basket for a few moments. There is some of that apple mush for Kiora, but Hermione thinks they can save that for later if she's still hungry. She gets the giggles as her hand closes around something and she pulls it out to show Remus.
Yep. The usual. Strawberries and dipping chocolate. Hermione sets them on the lid of the basket and opens up the chocolate sauce, dipping her finger in it and holding it up to Kiora's mouth.

OMG HAHAHAHAHA XD I seriously die laughing every time I either see, hear/talk about, or eat strawberries with chocolate.

Remus smiles, watching as Hermione and Kiora interact. It's one of his most favorite things to do. Hearing Kiora almost getting her name right made him smile even more. She really was just brilliant. He hears Hermione giggling and looks away from Kiora to see what was going on. Spotting the strawberries and dipping chocolate, Remus laughs as well. Yeah...fun times. Hehe. "Is this her first time trying chocolate?" Remus really hopes she likes it.

*gigglesnorts* I know! I pretty much die every time I walk through the fruit and veg section at the supermarket and spot the strawberries!

Hermione nods, still grinning because of all the memories. "Yes, unless you've been slipping it to her in secret. Well, I hope she likes it. If she doesn't, I'm going to go ahead and say that she can't be our child, despite all the genetic evidence to the contrary," she jokes.
Kiora sniffs at the chocolate on Hermione's finger, then opens her mouth obediently, curious to try the new taste. Kiora sucks the chocolate off Hermione's finger, her face screwed up in contemplation. After a couple of seconds, she squeals and claps and smiles. "More?"
"Ok, baby," Hermione laughs, dipping her finger back in the chocolate and feeding it to Kiora. "Remus, honey, if you want some, I think you'd best get in quick!"

AHHHHH *flails* Inner!Remus just died of happy. XD Sorry it took so long to reply, dog feeding time and puppy eats slow sometimes. Haha.

"I haven't given her any yet. Let's just hope she likes it." Remus watches in quiet anticipation as Kiora contemplates on the chocolate. He grins happily when it becomes apparent that she indeed loves the chocolate. "That's our girl, alright. Wait till you can bite into things, baby girl. You and Daddy can hide from Mummy and eat all the chocolate we'd like - until we feel ill that is." Hehe. Silly Remus. He dips a finger in the chocolate and lightly dabs it on Hermione's nose, chuckling. "Want some? Cause you'll want to get some before Kiora and I finish it all."

Hermione scoffs when Remus mentions himself and Kiora hiding from her and nomming chocolate until they feel ill. "Well, it's a good thing Mummy will have her own stash, isn't it baby girl? She's going to be awfully upset when her family hides from her all the time!"
She wrinkles her nose when Remus dabs chocolate on it. "Well actually, honey, I'd have preferred it in my mouth - "
She breaks off, then, because Kiora has spotted more chocolate and gone for it. Which means she's just started nomming on Hermione's nose.

Remus laughs as Kiora starts nomming on Hermione's nose. "Does the chocolate taste better off Mummy's nose, Kiora? Did you leave any for Daddy?" Kiora continues happily nomming on Hermione's nose. "I'll take that as a 'no.'" he shakes his head, still laughing, and figures he may as well lick the rest of the chocolate off his finger.

Hermione just laughs and pulls Kiora away. "Thanks, baby. Is Mummy's nose nice and clean now?" she chuckles, using Kiora's bib to wipe the drool off her nose. She dips her finger in more chocolate to give herself a taste, but Kiora grabs her hand so she lets her have it, shooting a pleading look at Remus instead. "Can I have some, too? I seem to have created a chocolate monster, over here..."

"Now you get to deal with two of us." Remus grins and dips his finger in the chocolate again, bringing it up to his mouth and shooting Hermione a teasing look. "Oh, you wanted some, didn't you? Oh alright." he laughs and holds his finger to Hermione's lips. "It's very good, really. And I'm just thrilled that Kiora seems to like chocolate as much as we do."

Hermione sucks the chocolate off Remus' finger before she responds, because she knows that if she wastes time, she'll lose. Remus can only be trusted around chocolate for so long, after all, and now she's got Kiora to watch for, too! "Thanks," she says, half-sarcastically because of his teasing. "It is very good. And I really don't know what I would've done if she didn't like chocolate. It's just an unfathomable concept, you know? But you know it tastes the best to me when it's on you," she says with a little wink.
Kiora flails for Remus' hand, having just noticed there was more chocolate in her vicinity, and frouts when she realises she's too late. "More!" she demands.

"I think I may have cried a little if she didn't like chocolate. It's too sad to even consider. And I've got to say, it tastes best when it's on you, love." he grins. Kiora's flailing hand catches his attention and he looks down at her. "Oops, baby girl, did you want some too? Here," grinning, he picks up the container holding the chocolate and holds it close to Kiora, "would you like to get some for yourself, Kiora?" Kiora's eyes light up at the sight of all the chocolate and instantly pats her hand, palm down, in it. "Yay!" she giggles and places her chocolate coated hand flat against Remus' cheek, leaving a chocolate-y tiny hand print. "Daddy messy!" Remus laughs, shaking his head. "How did I not see that coming?" he dips a finger in the chocolate and quickly dabs Kiora on the nose, just like he'd done with Hermione. Kiora squeals and tries to lick the chocolate off her own nose. She kept trying to stretch her tongue further out to get the chocolate off her nose, but she wasn't getting very far at all.

Hermione bursts out laughing. "Well, you walked right into that one!" She grins at her family, messy things that they are, and lifts Kiora to kiss the chocolate off her nose. Then she leans over and removes the tiny chocolate hand print from Remus' cheek with her mouth. She smirks. "Nope, I was right. Definitely better on you, honey."
Kiora, who is just having a ball here, flails her hand about, giving Hermione's nose and lips a chocolate hand print too, before she starts nomming on her own fingers, making little "Yum yum yum!" sounds as she goes.

Remus laughs and watches as Kiora happily flails about getting Hermione messy as well. "She's adorable, she really is." he grabs a tiny strawberry and wipes the chocolate off Hermione's nose with it before eating it. Kiora, who is still happily nomming the chocolate off her fingers, lets out a particularly loud 'yummy!' Remus laughs and nods. "Quite right, baby girl."
