And I think it is pretty legit. I mean Ausiello is usually pretty accurate when it comes to Glee news.

Confession: That really bugged me, actually.
People were saying he had no more episodes and kicking up a fuss about him being 'fired', but that was never said in any article I read.
They all just said he wasn't becoming a series regular - which Mike, Santana and Brittany weren't for ages.

I think it was more the issue of that we didn't know if he would even be around for any episodes.
I think this whole thing was a brilliantly maneuvered publicity stunt, to be frank.
Think about it. Like, they set up some great story lines with the homelessness and Samcedes--especially keeping it a secret. And there can be a bunch of reasons for that, like the whole "Lima is an extremely conservative town and there is the whole interracial issue." But there were tons of haters on that. Bringing up this fact about the uncertainty of Chord returning brings all those viewers back, wondering what's going to happen to him.
And then there is the point I bet none of them anticipated. Fans went berserk and went and bought Billionaire like crazy.
Overall I think the air of uncertainty was great for the show, even if it was upsetting that we didn't know if Chord would be back or not.

Possibly. Obviously there is no way to know for certain, but I think he might. RIB often hides behind trolling and usually gets the cast to help them out. I think there is a good chance of him being in on it.

I have no shame in admitting this.

Glee Live trailer last night...
My sister and I screamed as it started and grabs hands.
And then the klaine skit showed and we screamed again.
And we were flailing and just kf;lgshjdkl
Freaking out!
Wanna know why?
....
Because Darren Criss...the goofy guy who sings Disney covers and writes Potter musicals...was on my big screen in 3D...right before the final Harry Potter movie.
That was epic.
