"Only child." he shrugged and looked around. "Do you need to get back anytime...." he could stay out here all night, but he wanted to make sure she was comforatble.

"Me too," Dom replies looking out at everything. "This whole thing, is absolutely beautiful. Thank you," she says smiling at him.

She leans forward and kisses him softly. "Well thank you," she whispers after pulling away.

He closes his eyes and kisses her back. He smiles when she pulls away. He stares into her eyes, thoroughly enjoying his night. "So, what do you want to do now?"

"Either the eyes or smile. You?" she asks moving on the bench so that she tucks her legs underneath her and turns to face him.

"The same actually. Usually the eyes, you can tell so much from the eyes..." he notices her curl up. "Are you cold?" He scoots closer and wraps his arms around, thrilled he's able to touch her.

"Mmm, not too bad," she says smiling and then shifting slightly so that she is resting on him, her head on his shoulder. "What do you want to do when you get out of school," she asks.

"I don't know really. Auror would be cool. Department of Magical Beasts sounds interesting too..You?"

[GAH! He's a 7th year and doesn't know what he wants to do!??!?!?]

"I'm not sure either. I've always liked visiting my uncle at the dragon reserve, but I can't imagine being that far away from my family. I'll probably just end up working at the ministry."

He unconsciously pulled her closer when she mention being far away. "I can't picture you being around dragons." He laughed lightly and played with her hair. "So, you grew up with wizards then? What was it like." He always felt different, being raised by a muggle. He constantly wondered what it would have been like growing up in the wizarding world.

"I like dragons!" she laughed. "There's something about them that makes them almost peaceful. But I think that that's difficult for a lot of people to understand. I'm not really sure how to explain what it was like growing up. I mean, my mum always prepared meals the muggle way, because she said it gave her time to be away from us kids. But my parents always did chores with household spells. Though most of the time, they'd make us do things like fold the laundry, make the beds, and straighten the rooms. Even after coming to Hogwarts, things pretty much remained the same. I mean, the transition must have been loads different for you. What was that like after you got your letter and wand and came to school?"

"Bit of a shock really. My dad left us when I was a baby, and my mum had no idea that he was a wizard. I admit, I was relieved when I found out what I was. Odd things always happened to me when I was a child." he laughed "Like this one time, my mom wouldn't buy my a video game that I wanted. I got mad and then her favorite vase exploded." he chuckled again " That first trip to Diagon Alley was purely amazing. I can't even descibe how I felt. I finally fit in somewhere.."

"That's brilliant Dean," she says smiling. "I can't even imagine the shock you must have been during your first trip to Diagon Alley. Especially as the first wizarding place you go to, it's always so crazy and busy there. What was your mum's reaction to the whole thing?" she asked curiously.
