Blaine's attitude towards Kurt was weird.
I'm all concerned and worried now...because I love Darren Criss and don't want him to be the bad guy.
What if like...he's treating Kurt this way though, because he doesn't want Kurt to grow comfortable at Dalton? What if just really wants Kurt to be the bigger person and face the bullies and not run away from his problems?
I'm trying to look at his attitude in a positive light.

I mean to me Dalton is just like the school I went to and they had acapella and everything and that attitude is just how they all are. The uniform makes them one an everything is for the school and the team.

I guess Blaine is all the guys I grew up with so to me he's more real than most of them. I don't see him as a bad guy but I think he's not right for Kurt and he'll realize that and push him back to New Directions.

I'm still confused. Why did Blaine tell Kurt that the glee club was about being a team and as one and such...Yet we've only seen two Warbler performances and he sang them both, while everyone else was backup?

Well he was chosen for the solos because of his voice but it wasn't a solo solo where it was just him there, he had to have the rest with him and their voices helped his.

Just as a way of explaining his thoughts.

They also perform more than one song at sectionals, yet New Directions is the only club that we actually see do that (because they think we won't care about the other teams as much and they don't have enough time to fit it in).

I thought the same thing too....
But my guess is that the club considers that he has the strongest "singing voice"
I mean, they do all sing...just in a different way.
IDK.
It's all kind of fishy to me.
