[OK FINE IF YOU'RE CONFUSED:
Peter got Tam, Voldemorts daughter, pregnant, therefore Voldy strongly dislikes him.
Voldemort was in the Hospital Wing and found out Sirius Black attacked Tam, therefore Voldemort has warranted his death.
Voldemort had no idea what Sirius Black looked like and ran into him in the library where Sirius saved his own neck by describing Snape and telling Voldy that was Sirius Black, whilst pretending to be a librarian. The real Sirius is being referred to as John the librarian by Voldy.
Voldy went chasing after Severus thinking he was Sirius.
Voldy is now trying to kill Peter and "Sirius".
AND NOW WE ARE HERE HAVING THIS RIDICULOUS CONVERSATION!]
