Draco looked down at Pansy's injury, "Well. You could start with that." He laughed. He didn't have anything interesting to tell, except the fights with Loonybin Lovegood and the Weasley. Pansy seemed to have a lot more on her mind, "My stuff is stupid. Just like most of the people here." He mumbled the last part.

"Then I suppose the real question there is whether or not you're willing to push past the obstacles. Whether or not its worth it to you." He thought about a certain person in particular. "Sometimes, the obstacles are in place to seed out those who are not willing to dig a little."

Pansy smirked as she caught the end of what he said. It was true, and she was coming to realize it finally. "This? It looks worse than it is really," she said, wrinkling her nose as she noticed the one on her upper arm had started to soak through again. She hadn't changed it in a while. "Big thanks to Sirius Black for that. The fun was worth it."

Fleur felt a lump rise in her throat. She didn't know George that well and she had felt more comfortable talking about it as if it were the lake. She frowned, "I - um - I" She didn't know how to continue. She glanced down at the grass, using one hand to pick at a few blades of it. She whispered, so only George could hear, "Sirius." She looked back at up at him, "But - you mustn't - you can't say anytheeng. Please?"

"Fleur, I wouldn't dare. I'm just a little lost is all" George couldn't understand who would be in the way, but he decided to go with it. "Sirius is..a bit of a git sometimes. It can take him a while to see things."

Draco listened to her intently, not saying a word as she spoke. When she said the name - Sirius Black - he ran his hand through his hair, trying to think of who that was. No picture came to mind. He felt the anger return. Whoever it was, they would never know what would be coming for them, "Sirius Black," He said quietly, through gritted teeth, "Who is he?"

I'm not saying it's true," She frowned, "In fact, I'm probably just being ze jealous-type. I can't 'elp it, it's what I am!" She let out a small laugh before she went on, "I sometimes theenk 'e and Katie seem better zen him and me. Zey seem to 'ang out much more and zey seem to talk much more. Zey seem to care more about one another..." She sighed, "Or maybe I'm crazy."

Pansy knew what Draco was thinking, if she knew him at all. She shrugged. "Some Gryffindor git. He'd attacked Severus and Tam, and I finally got a chance to have a go at him. He and Potter both." As she thought, she realized how unevenly things had worked out. Sure, she'd beaten James into pulp, but Sirius had probably gotten her a little more roughed up than she'd gotten him in the end. After all, he'd kicked her a good deal, and her crucio's had been distracted. She wasn't through with him, not for all that he deserved for attacking her friends. "I promise it looks worse than it really is."

"I think you're just feeling what any normal girl would feel. Its alright to be a little jealous. Just remember, you can always talk to him about it." he snorted a little at the thought of getting a straight answer of Sirius. "Well, maybe not SIRIUS, but at least try and speak to him about it before you freak out about it."

She had almost given him the 'really' look. Getting a straight answer from Sirius was like getting a straight answer from a Teletubbie. She stared at the water, "'E'll deny it. I know 'e will. At least, I 'ope 'e will." She stared at George, wide-eyed, "Did I say too much?" She thought maybe she should have just kept it to herself all of a sudden. She didn't want Sirius to think she was paranoid.

She never could have talked this out with her friends, especially when they all were talking about how cute their relationships were the night before. "I'm glad zat you were willing to listen. It's reassuring, to 'ave a friend like zat."
