Kendra now has to make a story up on the top of her head, because Dom and Lily didn't actually talk. "Erm, well...it's kind of embarrassing," she says. "It started off when we were in the Great Hall for breakfast. There we were, sitting at the table and enjoying these awesomely awesome dinosaur shaped pancakes that the house elves made. Well. I was in a grumpy mood that morning because I was missing you, and then...my little sister went and took the last T-Rex dinosaur on the plate. I erm, kind of freaked out at her and my orange juice somehow managed to get in her hair. Victoire freaked out at me and we yelled a bit, because us part-Veelas can have nasty tempers. Then, I went to sit back down on the bench because in the heat of the fight, I somehow stood up to yell at her. I ended up missing the bench in all my anger and fell to the ground like a pathetic lamesauce. So then, I went to climb back to the bench but my hand landed in the syrup of my plate...and not on the table. I groaned and I guess complained about it...then Lily snapped. She called me immature, ridiculous, and an overall pain in the freaking arse. So yep. That's what happened."

"I didn't mean to, honest. It just kind of slipped out. I called her a mudblood," he said, putting his face in his hands. "I apologized immediately, after I stopped freaking out that I said it in the first place- but I don't think that really matters. I feel awful."

I'm sure she'll understand. She might be a bit upset now. She'll calm down though. She's a pretty forgiving person, Reg. It's not your fault. It's how you vere raised to think."

Regulus sighed and looked like a sad kitty again. "I wasn't thinking- I just didn't know she was muggleborn and it surprised me is all, because she's so intelligent and skilled at magic and stuff," he said, because he really doesn't know any better, honestly.

Regulus shook his head frantically. "No, no, that's not what I meant- I didn't say I agreed, I was just saying, that's what I was always told. I like Hermione! I don't see why she shouldn't be here, she's really nice, and smart and all, like you said. I just meant- I didn't really realize that muggleborns weren't so different, is all."
