Regulus hears voices and turns around, seeing Sirius with one of his friends. He almost waves before he remembers that Sirius happens to hate his guts, and that it probably wouldn't even be acknowledged. He settles for glaring at him instead and continues on his way.

Regulus was angered by the look Sirius gave him. What right does he have to be angry with me? I'm the one who cares! I'm the one who he rejected, who he decided to push away. Feeling a lot less tired than he had been a moment ago, he walked over to Sirius. "What the hell is your problem, Sirius?" he snapped, ignoring the guy beside him, who was, admittedly, quite good looking, in a cute sort of way.
