Lily still was uneasy. She kept making Sev angry, then Fleur probably hated her too, and Hermione was unconscious...she didn't even know who she had as a friend sometimes. She turned a smiled slightly at Viktor in response to his comment. "I suppose. "

"Yes! Usually he's much nicer! I...I don't know. " She shrugged with a sigh and met Viktor's eyes. He really was quite impressive, though bantering with Sev hadn't brought out the best of his personality, he was different from anyone else she knew.

Vicktor smiled and looked into Lily's eyes. They were green and perfect. Before he knew what he was doing he leaned in and kissed her gently on the lips. He pulled away and couldn't help but smile. "I am sorry, I should haff asked. I couldn't help myself, you are very beautiful."

Lily blushed furiously and looked down for a moment before meeting his eyes again and grinning. "It's perfectly fine, Viktor.." She moved so she was sitting a bit closer to him. "Thank you for the compliment by the way...you're quite the looker yourself, though i'm sure you know that by now. Enough fans and such. Nonetheless...I'd feel bad if I didn't return the compliment when it's true..." She was sitting right beside him now, and smiling up at him. "As long as you aren't about to tell me you ONLY kissed me because i'm beautiful."

"Thanks..I actually really needed to hear that." Lily wrapped her arms around his waist, and looked up at him questioningly. "Er...do you mind? I mean, we..we kissed but..." She wasn't quite sure how to finish that sentence, so let it sort of drift off and she looked a bit away, removing her arms from his waist, feeling a bit awkward.

Viktor smiled and took her hands to put them back around his waist and did the same to her. "Of course I do not mind."

Lily was blushing enough to turn bright pink now, but managed to grin. "Good...then I suppose you won't mind this?" She leaned forward and kissed his lips, holding him tightly, before moving away and looking at him a bit shyly. "What does that make us now, Viktor? Just friends, still, but of an interesting sort? ..Or more? I know we met haven't exactly known each other for ages...but still..."

Viktor smiled as she kissed him. Lily was sweet and he could be himself around her. "I vould like to be something more if that is ok vith you." He gave her an adorably, sweet smile.

Lily grinned, her blush faded but still there. "Well, it's true...and i'm honored to be your girlfriend!" She hugged him, enjoying the warmth of his body heat and not able to ignore just how muscular his body was. After a moment, she realized how late it was. "Ah...Viktor?" She couldn't even say his name without smiling. "It's sort of late...."

"You are right." He stood up and took her hand to help her get to her feet. "Ve should go back to the common room, yes?"
