"You know, when people say they're laughing with you they're usually lying." She smiled, "If I find out you've been making fun of me..." She trailed off threateningly.

"Aww, come now. I'd never make fun of you," he says while playfully tugging on a strand of her hair. "What would there really be to make fun of you for?"

"Nothing, I guess." She smiled, suddenly feeling very self-conscience. "I'm perfect!" She shrugged, smiling.

"You definitely seem it," he says, then realizes this is extremely forward and would probably be considered flirting...which isn't good, because of Free Squared. "So, err...what have you been up to today?" he asks.

She sighed from the sudden loss of contact and sat down. "Just hanging out, really. I met two of the people I share a dorm with. They were, er, intresting."

"Interesting? How?" he asks while sitting down next to her, eager to hear about her day and just be with her.

"Well... one of them threatened me with a spork. And then I told her I had a spork and she gave me a sticker saying she approved of me. And the other one was somehow on the ceiling. It was really weird." She smiled, remembering it.

"On the ceiling?" he laughs. "Well, I guess with magic, anything is possible. Though, what in Merlin's name is a spork?" he asks.

Hannah laughed, she kept forgetting that Fred didn't grow up around muggle things. "It's half spoon, half fork. I'll show you sometime."

"Half spoon, half-fork? Oh, well that makes sense," he replies. "Actually, that's a rather useful invention. I'd definitely like to see one of those sometime. Maybe get one myself. I'd probably be weird and carry it with me at all times so that I could use it in the Great Hall."

"It's not actually that useful. The spoon get in the way of the fork and vice versa. It can get annoying." She smiles, "Maybe I'll get you one for your birthday."

"Really?" he asks feeling kind of excited. "But wait. What if my birthday just passed, and I now have wait an entire year for my own sprok?!"

"Well, there's always Christmas, Easter, and Halloween." She stops, realizing those all passed too. "And Friday the 13th! That's in August."

"Oh, well there you go," he grins. "For Friday the Thirteenth though? That's never a day I'd expect to receive any gifts," he laughs.

She laughs, "Like I said, a spork is more a nuisance than a blessing. It's a gift you won't want."

"Well," he says. "It's still something that I'd like to see. So you have interesting dorm mates?" he asks. "At least they'll keep you entertained."

"Honestly, not much," he says with a shrug. "Just doing some of my late work and working on some new pranks. The pranks though, aren't going so well."

"Oh, that sucks. I'm sure it'll work out!" She says, wondering why she is encouraging him do pranks when he could be doing something constructive. Meh.

"Yes, I'm usually quick with thinking of ways to improve a prank," he shrugs. "Though for some reason, this last one is giving me a bit of trouble. I may have to resort to asking my cousin for help. He's definitely got a bit of a mischievous side, though it's not as bad as mine," he grins.

"Ahh, now that, I cannot say," he says with a wink. "I promise though that it won't cause you any harm, and shouldn't disrupt your daily routine. At least...it shouldn't disrupt it too much."

"As long as it doesn't mess up my hair." She said with a perfectly straight face. Then she burst into giggles and stuck out her tongue.
