Polly wonders if that could mean that he won't actually let go of her, physically, because she rather enjoys holding onto him. Haha, wishful thinking. If only she was in Gryffindor. They could see each other more often then. It does make her insides squirm happily to hear him say that either way. "I'm glad. And I don't plan on letting go of you anytime soon either." One of these days she'll learn how to control this Quaffle-face problem. Some day.

Gideon contemplates holding on to her physically, but then realised how awkward it would be when one of them is trying to eat, or sleep... or use the bathroom. Not to mention the lack of privacy. "Well, that's good to know. I shall file that thought away for later use in blackmail and bribery then." He reaches around her and gives her a tight hug... And no, he isn't trying to suffocate her.

Polly raised an eyebrow. "Blackmail and bribery huh? Guess I'm going to have to be careful from now on." She grinned and hugged him tightly back, resting her head on his shoulder. It felt so good, being held like this, she practically melted against him.

"You are, my dear. That's for sure." He smirked, holding her tight and leaning his head on the top of hers. Right now, they were pressed so tightly up against each other that he couldn't really tell where one of them ended and the other began.

Polly giggled. Well, she definitely would be more careful now. She didn't want to lose him. It was funny, being this close to someone, you could feel their heartbeat. Sort of comforting in a way. Other than knowing that they're alive at least. haha.

Very reluctantly, Gideon pulled away. "I have to go, love," he said, "See you soon." And he kissed her sweetly on the lips, before heading back up towards the castle.

Rolf walks outside, looking up at the stars for a moment because there are so many. He then trips over something, feeling really bad for doing so. "Oh shit!" he says when he realizes it's a person. "Are you alright?" he asks, he moves closer, his eyes adjusting still to the darkness, and he soon realizes that it's Luna. "Luna! Love! Are you okay? I'm so sorry!""

Luna laughs. "Trying to get even for when we first met?" she asked, smiling to let him know she didn't mind. "I'm fine," she says laughing as she sets her head on his shoulder now that he's on the ground.

"Oh really," he says slightly surprised. "Interesting how?" he asks curiously, knowing that he really shouldn't be concerned over the fact that she met a guy. That's not that big of the deal. It's more of a who he is that makes it a big deal, and the fact that Evan wants to be all BFF-y with Luna.

"Yeah," she mumbles. "And then later when I was talking to my friend, Gideon, he told me that he saw Evan at prom trying to practically rape someone...So then he got all protective of me. So yeah, it's been an interesting day."

"WAIT. THIS EVAN GUY IS A RAPIST?!" he asks with wide eyes. "You need to stay away from him Luna. Stay far, far away! And who in the world is this Gideon guy," he spits. "Getting all protective? I mean, I've never heard his name before. Is he really that good of a friend in which he can get all protective? I think that's my job, yeah?"

Luna sets her hands on Rolf's shoulders and looks him in the eyes. "Rolf. Calm down. I won't talk to Evan anymore, okay? And Gideon, he's just a guy who happens to care a lot about his friends, got it? Trust me. If I'm ever locked up in a tower, I'll want you to be the one to come rescue me."

Rolf says, realizing he's freaking out for no good reason right now. "Alright, promise?" he asks in a slightly possessive tone. He looks her in the eye, awaiting a reply, then crashes his lips to hers an instant later. His tongue thrusts into her mouth, claiming her tongue with his. He breaks away away after a moment then whispers, "I love you Luna."
