Severus sits by the lake, feeling much better now, after pushing Hermione out of his mind. She had no right to make him feel guilty about being happy. He deserved to be happy. He deserved a chance at the good life. He turns his thoughts to Remus and smiles happily, using his wand to feed fish to Squiddy- a big change from his throwing rocks at him when he's mad. Squiddy approves of Happy Sev.

Remus walked down to the lake feeling a bit dizzy from the lack of sleep. He was lost in thought wondering what he was going to do about not being able to sleep...cause there was no way he was going to go back to sleep if he was going to keep having that dream.

Remus noticed Sev sitting near the lake and went and sat down next to him and smiled. "Hey Sev." Tired as he was he was not going to let Sev see how much emotional pain he was in. He didn't want this stuff to get in the way of Sev being happy so he shoved it all back into the recesses of his mind knowing that he should really just stop doing that or one day he'd really go nutters.
