Dom comes down to a quiet area of the lake rolling her blobs. She hopes to find Nikki her, because she hasn't seen her friend in quite sometime.

"Remember how for April Fool's Day there were those prank eggs? Well, I wandered into Moaning Myrtle's Bathroom and found one. The prank was to casually tape myself to Fred." She dissolved into giggles remembering that.

"It was hilarious, we were just talking, and I kept taping myself to him. I used colorful duct tape! We ended up with both our legs taped together, but separate, so each leg was taped, and one arm taped together. It started at the Lake, but we ended up in that spot we got... tipsy at. Anyway, we ended up talking about conventionality, and then we were somehow talking about romance, and I kissed him!"

"Nikki! You kissed him?" she asks suprised. "That's awesome! Apparently it's girls that need to take the leap," she says smiling.

Nikki blushed. "Well, I took the duct tape off us, and we went to Hagrid's Garden. We had a whole discussion about how air, shadows and gravity are out to get me. I raced him there, by the way. I won, but only because I cheated and started running the minute I said go. Then we went to the Trophy Room."

"Wow Nikki! You guys seem to have really hit it off! What happened in the trophy room?" she asked curiously.

"We just danced around, and then I had to go to sleep, so we had to leave. But then we met at the Lake again, and went back to the Trophy Room, and it was really flirty and fun."

[I can't elaborate on the second time, because Fred and I are still writing it.]

"Oh Nikki! That's amazing! I'm so happy that you've found someone. He sounds like he's perfect for you!" she says smiling, then leans and gives her friend a hug.

Nikki sighed happily. "He is so fun! And he is cute! The best thing is I can be a crazy as I want, you know, talking about gravity as a mob boss, or taping myself to him, and it doesn't phase him." Nikki was positively giddy. "Well, any new developments with you?"

"That's awesome! And new developments? None since the last time I've seen you," she answered. "You know that Dean and I are going to try and go on a date, but other than that it's been relatively quiet. The children don't make things easy," she says while glancing over at them to make sure they were content.

Nikki glanced at the blobs, trying to repress the voice in her head that told her not to say what she was about to say. "If you want, I can look after them for a night." She wanted her friend to have just as much luck as she was having. "You deserve a night off!"

"Oh, that's sweet, but Luna already said she would and Lav said that she'd be able to if things don't work out for Luna. If things don't work out with Luna or Lav though, I'll be sure to ask you," she says smiling.
