But magic's fucking different. *Turns to face Snape* With magic it can be blocked, returned, what ever. But it takes a real scumbag to physically attack a girl.
Re: The Fireplace
"What'd you do to piss him off?" he asked, thinking that there must at least be some good reason for him to get that pissed... or maybe, he really was just an asshole.

Re: The Fireplace
Please! If anyone should have been pissed off it was me! That asshole had no bloody reason!
Re: The Fireplace
Severus found that more than a little difficult to believe, but didn't press it anymore. "Well, if I see this guy, I'll be sure to give him a piece of my mind," he muttered.

Severus literally jumps up and runs to the great hall, hoping there are still pancakes.

Faye walks down from her dormitory even though she forgot to post that she went up there before. She sank into one of the armchairs and flipped through the pages of today's issue of the Daily Prophet.

Re: The Fireplace
Reg walks in, looking rather bored, and spots Faye. Entertainment, at least. He sits down on the couch across from her. "Hey Denowitz, still grumpy?"

Faye folded the paper at the sound of Regulus' voice and set it down on the table. She crossed her arms and glared over at him, "I'm irritated, now, actually. Thanks to you still being annoying."

Re: The Fireplace
Regulus laughed, still thoroughly amused at how little it took to get Faye riled up. "You're annoyed far too easily. You make it too much fun to bother you," he said, still smirking.

"You need to find new sources of fun," Faye rolled her eyes and summoned one of the books from the shelves, propping it open on her lap, "I'm not here for your entertainment."

Regulus suppressed a chuckle and rolled his eyes. "Always so grumpy. Lighten up, for once, will you? You take things far too seriously," he said, toying with a strand of his own hair.

Blaise walks in sober, but still sad, and sits away from the talking people to contemplate his life and all the boring shit like that.

"Sorry that I take the situations in my life seriously," Faye sneered and continued to not read the book propped in her lap, "Fun isn't exactly the first thing on my mind right now, alright?"

Re: The Fireplace
"Still wasting your time on thinking about those boys, then?" he said, absentmindedly lifting up his shirt to see how far along his bruises were in the healing process. They were still ugly, but starting to yellow and fade. "What a shame, to choose stress over fun," he said distractedly, noticing Blaise.
