[I can link you to a site to watch it all. It takes a few episodes to get into because they have a lot of plot line to set up... But it's worth it. I know a lot of people who stopped watching after the episode we were talking about, because of L's death, but season two is what makes this show the best show on earth]

Remus was livid and was glad that he possessed enough control to not climb up that ledge himself and throttle Severus. "Wasn't true?" He laughed. "She is none of those things you called her. And she is not a disappointment. I really don't understand why you have to take out your anger on her. It's not her you should be angry with it's me. She's not the one who ruined the relationship by thinking she was in love with someone else. That's exactly what I did and I know better now. And I've learned enough sense to know that I'm never letting her go again. She deserves better than me but the fact that she still wants to be with me after all I've put her through makes me very happy and I'm not losing that."

Severus leaned back slightly, sliding just a bit closer to the edge, not realizing it entirely. "You're a fool, Remus Lupin. You don't deserve to be hurt the way she hurts you. You deserve better. But there's nothing I can do if you want to put yourself through that," he said, staring over Remus' shoulder. Any other time, Severus might have actually cared about what Remus had to say, but right now, it just didn't seem to matter. Nothing seemed to matter anymore. He sat in silence leaning back and gazing up at the sky, watching the rain fall down onto his face. Oh, how he loved the rain, the way it washed everything away, the way the water cleansed the earth. If only it could cleanse me too...

And leave Hermione alone. She shouldn't have to deal with your crap. If you have something rude to say keep it to yourself because I do not want to see her cry like that again." He didn't want to waste any more time with this than necessary so he turned to leave. "And it would make me feel a bit more comfortable if you're not going to get off that ledge to at least move back a bit so I know you're not going to fall off."
