Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
[Aww. Well I'd come find you but I'm headed to the HW soon. And I can't be mad at Draco, but if you leave, I'll have to be.]
Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
[I'm bored. Pansy's coming for youuuuuuu bffDee.]
Pansy wandered out of the castle, heading toward the lake. Seeing a huge group of Gryffindors down there, including Black and Voldy, she changed course and headed toward the forest instead. She knew her arm couldn't take another fight so soon. She wasn't an idiot. Pansy noticed Dee dashing into the forest, and knew that was never a good sigh. Chasing after her, she shouted for her. "Dee!!"

Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
[Alright then. I was getting bored anyway. I expect my apology later Dragon Dung.]
Dee hears someone screaming, but she didn't change course, and continued to run through the think underbrush. A vision of rushing darkness appears, blinding her, and she tripped and fell over a root.

Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
Pansy made her way into the forest, a little nervous. The forest creeped her out in daylight. It only felt right when it was dark and shadowy in the night. "Dee?" She pulled out her wand, just in case, and tried to follow where she thought she saw her going. She heard a big crash and someone grunt like they fell, and changed direction to run toward it. She nearly tripped over Dee by the time she saw her. Pansy offered her hand to help up her friend. "You good?"
Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
"Wonderful." She stood up, brushing off her ripped jeans. She had blood on her arms from many thorn scratches.
Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
Pansy lifted one eyebrow skeptically. "No, Dee, what's up?" She used her wand to clean off some of the blood on Dee's arms.
Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
"I didn't want to be around these people anymore. I've probably lost most of my friends." She sighs and sits down on the tree's roots.
Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
"You haven't lost me," Pansy said, sitting beside her friend. "What's happened?" She tries to keep her arm away from her body since blood has begun to soak through the bandages, but it didn't matter anyway. For one reason or another, she'd still not changed out of her bloody clothes from yesterday, and only now realized how disgusting it probably was. She blamed it on hanging out with Severus too much.
Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
"Well, I was hanging out with the Weasley twins and stuff happened and then George asked me what was wrong, and Draco just saw us talking. That's all we were doing. And he acted as if I was the biggest traitor in this school. He hates me now. And nobody else talks to me anyway. They all ignore me." Her head was on her knees, and her voice was muffled. "So I ran away."
Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
Pansy instinctively narrowed her eyes at the mention of "Weasley" but made herself stop for Dee's sake. She put her arm around Dee's shoulders. "Don't run away. I don't know what I'd do without you. And don't worry about Draco either, he can be a git sometimes. Believe me... I know."
Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
"But has he ever told you he doesn't give a shit about you? Probably not." Dee jumps, hearing a rustle in the trees.
Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
"That... worse..." she mumbled, not wanting to remember those occasions before, when she was dirt on his shoes, or even lower than that. She turned around as something in the forest moved, and Dee noticed too. She blinked, searching for movement, but not seeing anything.
Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
"I've known him since I was a baby. [Pure blood families, of course.] He was never this rude to me." Dee glances around, peeling her eyes for any sort of movement in the dark woods. "What did he say to you?"
Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
"We were friends as little kids. Our families were close. Things were different at school." She kept looking around, suddenly more nervous than she should be, worried that her fighting abilities would be impaired because of her arm and hand being cut up like they were. "It's not important..."
Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
Dee hears a slight growl. Whatever it was, it was close. "Bloody hell. I don't have my wand." She pulls Pansy up. "Let's go, as neither of us can fight it at the moment." She starts to walk away. "It is important if you want to get it off your chest."
Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
"I'm fine," Pansy insisted, following Dee from the forest. It was true, now was not the time for them to be attacked. Pansy wasn't in top shape, and Dee had no wand. "Where is your wand, Dee?"
Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
"No idea. I forgot it." She glances behind her, hoping whatever was back in the clearing wasn't following behind.
Re: Edge of the Forbidden Forest
"C'mon," Pansy said, taking Dee's hand and running out of the forest, feeling a little relieved when they reached the edge. She paused as she spotted the group of Gryffindors, who were still hanging by the lake.
