"I didn't say that," Molly snaps, then realises her mistake and plows on with a grin, not giving Viktor a moment to capitalise on it. "Oh, I'm glad he's great! That's, like, really great. Like, really. Oh, wait, what was that you said? You totally just mumbled something! You should speak up, you know. If you're gonna say something you should just, like, come out and say it," she says, nodding with conviction and totally not thinking about the fact that she's probably being just a bit hypocritical right there.

"Nope. I didn't say anything. Just vot you heard. Nothing else," he says because if she's going to deny things then so is he. "I just said he keeps me occupied. That's all."

"There was totally something you added after that!" Molly accused, but she's grinning, because she's having a lot of fun talking to Viktor. It's kind of cool how he can not only take her personality, but give a little back in return. Keeps her occupied, keeps things interesting. She grabs his discarded knitting needles and starts absently working on something without asking, pausing once to point a knitting needle accusingly at him. "I'm watching you, Viktor Krum. You, and your mumbled words followed by denials of said words."

Viktor grins because Molly is awesome and he does not mind having two knitting buddies. Not at all. "I could say the same about you, Molly Prewett," he said with a laugh. "I guess you'll never know vot I said. Or if I even said anything at all." Ooo. Mysterious Viktor is mysterious.

Molly blinks. "Oh. Well. That's, like, totally annoying. Really. I may, like, die from the aggravation. Totally heartbreaking, right? I suppose I shall have to comfort myself while I wait to die by knowing I'll have done my very best to aggravate you to death along with me." Smiling very, very brightly, Molly begins poking Viktor in the chest with the knitting needle. Repeatedly. Wow, those things might not hurt someone like Viktor Krum, but that's gotta be annoying. She grins some more. "You know, I may not look like much, but I'm a bit of an expert when it comes to annoying people who are bigger than me, because face it, everyone from Third Year up is bigger than me, but whatever. I could, like, annoy you for hours on end and not break a sweat. Might be quicker and easier for me to just tell me what you said, you know."

Viktor laughs as Molly starts poking him, but after about seven pokes it starts getting old. "I'm not really all that good at annoying people. I have other vays of getting vot I vant," he said with a devilish smirk. "Keep poking me, and I might accidentally let it slip to Fabian that you think a certain Kingsley Shacklebolt is sexy."

Molly pauses, the knitting needle driven into his chest still. Her eyebrows are raised a little, and she's assessing him, weighing up the conviction behind his words. Hmm.... nice try, Krum, but you gotta bluff a little better than that. She smirks back at him. "Hey, that's, like, a vicious rumour that I neither confirmed nor denied. And either way, go right ahead. In the end you're only hurting your good friend, and my darling brother, Fay-bee. You think he could handle hearing that about his baby sister? You'll break his poor fabulous heart, and make his fabulous head explode, showering Hogwarts in its glittery contents. And then I'll have to annoy you doubly for making my brother's head explode, and we're back to square one!"

Viktor rolls his eyes. "You know vot? I don't even remember vot I said before anyvay, so I guess that'll make it pretty hard for me to tell you," he says with a shrug. "I usually have a pretty good memory, but it's hard to think ven you have a knitting needle poking you in the chest, don't you agree?"

Molly rolls her eyes slightly, then lifts the knitting needle away. "Sorry," she grins. "That better now? Head's a bit clearer, thinking a little straighter? Remembering what you were saying? You know what - I'm such a nice person I'm, like, gonna help you out a little here. You were talking about how your lovely boyfriend Regulus keeps you so very occupied, when you trailed off into nonsensical mutterings, which you are now expected to clarify." She goes back to knitting what she's knocking up for him.

"Usually, okay? I said usually. That's it. Happy now? That's the big, important vord that you just needed to know. I hope that you can finally sleep at night now that you know exactly vot I said," he told her, trying to sound annoyed but grinning because Molly is a happy person that he could never seriously be mad at.

Molly giggles and gives his arm a quick squeeze. "Oh, good arms." She grins knowingly up at him, because his trying-to-sound-annoyed voice is one she's heard many times before.... except not in a Bulgarian accent, of course. "Ah, but you see, that one little word is kind of telling, don't you think. Like, the devil's in the details and all that. So that one little word, bound to keep me up at night in the sheer agony of just not knowing, tells me that you're not quite as occupied as you "usually" are by Regulus. What's that all about, huh?" she asks, because she was raised with two big brothers who were as subtle as bulls in a china shop, and she doesn't know that there is such a thing as tactfully broaching a subject. She doesn't seem know that there are subjects that shouldn't be broached with just anyone, too. She sort of lives in a world where you just say "what the hell is up your butt, lughead?" and a conversation ensues.

Viktor thinks about how to explain this to Molly. Hmmm. "I'm pretty sure Fabian vould not appreciate it if I answered this question, so I'll just leave it to your imagination, okay?" He smiles, happy with his answer and thinks Fabian should reward him with a ~~good snogging~~ cookie.

Molly bursts out laughing, even though she's kind of annoyed that everyone just assumes that everything about her relates somehow back to her brothers, or her sister. She resists the urge to scream 'I am not a twelve year old virgin!' at the top of her lungs, and also resists the urge to ask exactly how long it's been. "Right. Gotcha. But for future reference, I don't actually go and report, like, every conversation I have throughout the day back to my brothers, you know. If I went and censored my whole world on what Fabian would appreciate, life would be pretty bloody boring!"

Viktor chuckled. "That's true. I've told you quite enough anyvay. I don't valk around telling just anyvon about my sex life. I only trust a few people vith those stories." Yeah right. Viktor loves talking about sex almost as much as he loves talking about Quidditch.

Molly just grins. "Well I don't really talk about it myself. Because if anything ever got back to my family they would, like, have me shipped off to a convent before I knew what in the name of Merlin was going on. And that would just be no fun. Oh, here - I finished this," she says, holding out a cute little pompom. "It's to go on the hat, for your friend's daughter. I could totally show you how to sew it on if you like?"

Viktor smiles at the pompom. "Wow. It's perfect. Thanks, Molly," he says, picking up his hat. "Could you? I've never sewn a- a votever that is on a hat before."
