Viktor smiled. "Great. I'll send you a note to tell you ven and vere. It'll be fun. Trust me. You and Regulus have a lot in common- oh. That came out wrong," he said, thinking about some of the stuff they had in common..."I meant you both love Quidditch and you're both seekers."

Marietta wandered down to the dock, deeply breathing in the fresh air. It'd been a while since she had any time to get away from her homework and out of the castle.

Luna skips down to the dock where she sees another girl. She walks over and smiles. "Hey. I'm Luna."

Marietta was almost at the end of the dock when she heard another girl. She turned around then looked over her shoulders as if she wasn't sure the girl was talking to her. "Um, hi. Marietta," she said, smiling tentatively.

Luna smiled and walked closer to the end of the dock, sitting down to let her feet dangle over the water. "Nice to meet you. Sit, sit."

"Mm...ok," she mumbled mostly to herself. She sat down and pulled her legs up so she was sitting criss cross applesauce. She wasn't sure if the girl- Luna was talking to her for a specific reason or just being friendly, so she decided to just keep quiet until a topic was broached. Silence wasn't something that was awkward for her; it was usually her friend.

"I'm a Ravenclaw," she said with a smile. This girl seemed nice- like she was genuinely interested in her. "I don't get out much though," she admitted. "What about you?... What house are you in, that is."

"Oh. I can't imagine how much time I'll have to spend indoors next year. I'm planning on taking quite a few NEWTs. Luckily, I'm only a 6th year for now," she said. "It's so much nicer out here," she said slightly mumbling to herself, "I never really thought about it..."

Marietta nodded silently. "I can't even imagine what it'll be like not to be here for the majority of my time every year," she said, staring at the shimmering surface of the lake.

Luna smiled sadly. "Yeah...I guess it'll just take some getting used to at first, but I'm going to miss not seeing everyone. And the castle. And the grounds."

"The face actually. And I vosn't exactly planning this. I promised Regulus that I'd stay avay from him, but I ran into him in a corridor and he said some stuff. Anyvon in my place vould have done that same thing."
