"Er, yeah." Fred took the cup of water from George and dumped the powder in. It swirled, turning the water orange for a moment then becoming invisible. "Here," he said, holding the cup out to Dee.

Dee pours the drink into the gnome's mouth and backs away, not wanting to get bitten.

The potion takes effect immediately and the gnome begins to float up out of Fred's hands. "It does work, doesn't it?" He grinned. Then made sure the gnome wasn't in biting range.
