Marcus broke the kiss, as much as he didn't want to he knew he should. He kissed her once more and forced himself to stop. "Penny, I think we should stop. I know you might not want to, and believe me I don't want to either but I don't want things to happen like they did last time."

He saw her glare and knew she didn't want to stop. He leaned forward again and was about to kiss her and pulled back. "Sorry, I just. Nevermind. We should stop." He sat up and pulled her up next to him.

[I am depressed for Faye and Fleur. Because Fleur believes that she wouldn't have said yes to James if she had known Sirius was asking her. Now, Sirius is going with Katie and Katie is about to tell Fleur about how he asked Katie to be his "someone special" and she's going to feel stupid and angry. Then, Faye lost her closest friend. Not to mention, I am gone all weekend and I see horses that make me think of Luna, Nev, and Pansy.]

Faye turned and saw Marcus, "Hey. How's life?"

she thought. how HAD she been? she hadn't seen cormac in days and he didn't even know she wasn't really ever pregnant. she thought about how Marcus had asked her to prom, and how she still hadn't answered him. she felt terrible for it. "things are...alright i suppose..."
