Remus does not totally let out a tiny squeak as Kiora takes the bread from his hand. Okay, so maybe he did. *blinks* "Well...she really is sweet, isn't she?" he doesn't know what to make of the fact that the duck is now just watching him. So he watches back. Hehe. Staring contest.

[Viktor Krum - Inactive]

Viktor thinks that squeak was adorable. Yep. Well, Kiora takes that as an invitation and reluctantly hops out of Viktor's lap and walks over to Remus. 'Quack!' Viktor chuckles and watches as she pokes Remus' leg. "Yeah, she definitely likes you. Not that I'm surprised at all. I figured she vould."

[Remus Lupin]

Remus freezes slightly as Kiora starts poking at his leg. "Um...hi?" he's not used to animals, other than other canines, acting alright around him. So he doesn't really know how to handle this, sort of. "Well, I like you too, Kiora. Even if I'm slightly terrified that you'll randomly decide to attack me. Which Viktor said you wouldn't because you're too nice, which you are really nice, but, you see, I'm not used to animals liking me besides canines so..er, yeah."

Viktor grins as he watches Remus talk to Kiora which he finds rather cute. Kiora quacks again and pokes his leg one more time before waddling off to go swim around with her other duck friends. One of them is a sexy, manly duck. Not Viktor. Like, a legit real duck. Just clearing that up. "See? That vosn't so bad, vos it?" he asked with a grin, wondering if Remus thought he was crazy yet for taking him on a date...to feed ducks.

Remus is good at being cute without realizing it. Hehe. He's oblivious to his occasional cuteness. Watching Kiora waddle off to join her other duck friends, Remus smiles and nods. "It wasn't. I was...just being me, you know? Always worrying constantly. I'm really glad you came up with this idea. It's a lot of fun." Remus totally means it too. He slightly looks around, kind of checking to see if anyone else is nearby, then, seeing no one else around, places his hand on Viktor's. He hoped that was okay and it made his stomach feel sort of fluttery.

Viktor smiled as he felt Remus' hand on his own, and since no one's around, he let their fingers intertwine as they sit there by the lake. "I'm glad you're having fun. I vosn't sure if you'd think it vos sort of odd. I mean, most people don't really like ducks, though I don't know how you couldn't like them. But you had fun and you don't think I'm crazy, if you do you're doing a great job of keeping it to yourself," he teased playfully.

[Remus Lupin]

"No, I don't think you're crazy." replied Remus, shaking his head. "I do like ducks - I like a lot of animals...except cats, I can't stand cats. But," he sighed and his voice grew kind of quiet, "I wasn't kidding when I told you animals don't normally like me. It's like they can sense that I'm a werewolf, and that part of me scares them." "I EAT DUCKS LIKE THOSE FOR DINNER." OMG WOLFY STFU.

[Viktor Krum - Inactive]

"YOU WHAT!? OH MY GOD NOT COOL." AND THEN VIKTOR STORMED OFF, TAKING KIORA WITH HIM. Viktor nodded in agreement. "Cats...Never liked them. At all." He frowned slightly. "Oh. I'm sorry about that, Remus. It looks like Kiora likes you though. She's not usually scared of much. Sh's a pretty brave duck," he said with a small smile as he glanced over at his little ducky friend.

[Remus Lupin]

"NUUUUUUU!! COME BACK! IT WASN'T ME! IT WAS WOLFY!" REMUS SOBS AND GOES TO LIVE IN THE EMO CORNER FOREVER WHILE WOLFY LAUGHS AT HIM. Remus looks over at Viktor's little ducky friend and nods. "I like her. She's sweet and brave." A breeze blew by which felt really good, except for it blew a lot of his hair around which sort of sucked. Ah well.

[Viktor Krum - Inactive]

"OKAY FIIIINE!" THEN VIKTOR CAME BACK AND SNOGGED REMUS BUT NOT WOLFY. "Yes, she is." Viktor smiled as he noticed Remus' hair getting all over and gently reached over to push it out of his face, being careful not to touch any of the scars as he did so. "So, I'm assuming you don't have any pets?"

[Snuffles]

A big black shaggy dog bounds up, sees a duck in the far off distance, runs up to it, barks, snaps at its tail feathers, and chases it down. It then proceeds to kill and eat it. THIS DOG IS IN NO WAY CONNECTED TO A CERTAIN DUDE NAMED SIRIUS BLACK IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. NOPE. IT MOST CERTAINLY ISN'T. And now the dog walks off to go terrorize a village of squirrels.

Remus is getting slightly annoyed by the stupid jittery feeling he gets in his stomach every time Viktor does something like that. He enjoyed it at first, but now it's just getting annoying. That doesn't mean he wants Viktor to stop doing stuff like brushing his hair out of his eyes though...JS. Hehe. "No..well, Dean has a cat...but I don't really go near it much. Maybe I can persuade mum and dad to get a dog at some point." Remus would love to have a dog. Yep. It could sleep at the bottom of the bed and keep his feet warm.

"Oh yeah. I think he mentioned something about a cat the last time ve talked," he says with a shrug even though I don't remember if Dean actually told him or not. "Maybe I'll get a dog after school. I have my own place in Bulgaria, and it's big enough to have a large dog if I'd like. I've alvays vanted a big dog...Like a German Shepherd," he said with a grin as he thought of his future puppy.
