Milli snorts. "I don't think boys have the capability to be serious," she assures Molly. Inner!Stan resents that comment and just tried to be serious. He failed. "I'd love to be able to bake," Milli sighs. "It looks like fun."

Molly laughs. "I don't know about that - Gideon gets pretty serious if you mess with his hair! You know what I've been thinking lately? Like, so many people think baking is cool or whatever, and want to learn. So I've totally been considering making baking classes in the kitchens and it would be, say, 2 galleons a pop for an hour or so, including ingredients. And I could do, like, all sorts of things like cookies and cakes and flans and pies and stuff. DO you reckon people would be interested in that?" she asks, curious to get an outsiders opinion on whether or not it would really work. She has to afford gillyweed somehow, after all.

Milli giggles. "So many guys care loads about their hair! Sometimes it's worse than a girl!! Or at least tied..." she trails off. Her eyes light up at the mention of a potential baking class. "Molly! I think that's a superb idea!" she exclaims. "I bet LOADS of people would take it. It'd be tons more fun than normal classes, too."

"Oh, my brothers are totally a million times worse than I am about their hair," Molly giggles, tossing her own fabulous red locks over her shoulder. Never a strand out of place, of course, but she's just not quite as territorial about it as her brothers. In fact, she quite likes playing with her hair, or having a good-looking guy play with her hair. She greams at Milli's feedback. "OhmyGod, really? Awesome, I'll totally do it then! You'll come, right? It'll be heaps and heaps of fun!" she promises.

Having met three of the four Prewetts, Milli thinks that they should be very territorial about their hair. Prewett hair is pretty fabulous, after all. "Of course I'd come!" she exclaims. "I'm sure it would be awesome, and then I can go home and impress ma famille with my sudden ability to bake."

Oh, Molly isn't un-territorial about her fabulous hair, she'd just rather have some hot guy fawning all over it than it never ever moving. "Brilliant," she smiles. "You'll, like, totally blow your family away with your awesometastic baking skills! They'll all be, like, 'whoa, Milli, where did this come from?' and you can be all like, smug and stuff!"

Milli believes that, she's just thinking that they all have that right because some people are territorial about their hair when they totally shouldn't be. "I can see their faces!" Milli says gleefully. "I can't wait!" she squeals mini flailing. Milli happens to glance at her watch while flailing and is astonished at the time. She leaps to her feet. "Oops! I meant to start that Charms essay an hour ago! It was nice meeting you, Molly!! Let know about your baking class!" And with that, Milli runs off in the direction of the castle. And now I go to bed because it's midnight and I have to be up in six hours to go to Algebra in eight. Night!-well, morning for me, afternoon for you. Love ya! <3

Molly laughs a little, because she's done the ohmyGod I didn't realise the time thing before too. "Bye, Milli. Will do!" she calls to her new friend, then knits for a while before getting up and wandering off to run into one very rude, hot person by the name of Kingsley Shacklebolt. Caradoc walks out with his guitar, humming a happy tune under his breath at the thought of seeing Fabian tonight, in a far more private, relaxed atmosphere than in the castle, while he was on his toes, looking for professors that may or may not want to spill ink on Fabian's shoes as revenge. He kicks off his shoes and sits on the dock, letting his feet dangle in the water while he waits for Fabian to show up.

Fabian walks in, sexy and amazing as usual. And Cissa doesn't really have cool pictures to prove it, but whatever. He has oodles of bubble soap though, and has it all stored under his coat. As he approaches Caradoc, he nods and smiles. "I brought the stuff." He said, opening his jacket and showing lines of bubble jars with a devious smile. And typing with one hand is very, very jhard.

Caradoc grinned and waved him over, scooting over to make room for him on the dock beside him. "Here, join me, the water feels good," he said, dangling his feet into the water as he gazed up at the night sky for a moment, then looked over at Fabian. He couldn't help but notice the way the moonlight reflected off that beautiful hair, and let his eyes linger for a moment, before bringing himself back to reality. "And obviously, I brought the guitar," he said, lifting the guitar out of his lap to show him. "So, when was the last time you blew bubbles, Fabian?"

Fabian walked to the edge of the dock before removing his socks and shoes and rolling his pant legs up to wade in the water. He took off his jacket and set it behind them on the dock. "Well, probably more recently than I should want to admit. Summertime, maybe? Although, I warn you--I am a bubble blowing pro." He took out a few bottles and looked at Caradoc. "So, which first? Bubbles, guitar, or both?"

"How about both, yeah? And I believe you, Fabian, you're the best there is at blowing, I'm sure," he snickered, pulling out his guitar pick. "I'm not entirely sure what to play for you, honestly. I can think of a song, it's one of the first ones I ever wrote, I wrote it for my first boyfriend, some years ago. Wanna hear it?" he asked, smiling at him as he pulled out his bubbles.

He raised his eyebrows, impressed. "You write songs, too? Gosh, can you fly?" Fabian shrugged. "I'd honestly be fine with Mary Had a Little Lamb." He blew a few bubbles, each a very impressive size, before thinking over what he had just said. "Well, I don't want you to play that, certainly, but you get the point. Whatever you're up for playing is fine by me!"

Caradoc laughed, and strummed the first few notes of Mary Had a Little Lamb, purely for amusment as he smiled at Fabian's bubbles. "Those are truly marvelous bubbles, dear Fabian," he chortled. "But of course I write songs, I told you I was in a band, we did a few covers, but not many. Anyway, I think this is the first song I ever played for an audience, so it's a good place to start, I guess.

He picked up his guitar and started playing, a bright smile on his face as he finally got to play for someone other than himself in his entire stay at Hogwarts. "Hanging out behind the club on the weekend, acting stupid getting drunk with my best friends, I couldnt wait for the summer and the Warped Tour, I remember its the first time that I saw him there! He's getting kicked out of school 'cause he's failing, I'm kind of nervous 'cause I think all his friends hate me, He's the one he'll always be there, he took my hand in a minute I swear," he sang, his eyes alight as his fingers ran across the strings, looking completely happy at the moment.

Fabian kept on blowing bubbles, up until he hear Caradoc begin. He lowered his bubble wand and looked at the other man with wide, shining eyes, as if he had never seen him before. He was good. Like, really good.

Caradoc's smile widened as he saw the wondrous look on Fabian's face, and for some reason, he felt a stronger sense of pride than normal. He beamed at him as he kept playing, more excitedly than before, feeling the need to truly do his best, though he nearly always did, anyway. "Because I fell in love with the boy at the rock show, he said what and I told him that I didn't know, he's so cool when we're sneakin' through his window, everything's better when he's around, I can't wait 'till his parents go out of town, I fell in love with the boy at the rock show! When we said we were gonna move to Vegas, I remember the look his mother gave us, fourteen without a purpose or direction, we don't owe anyone a fucking explanation! 'Cause I fell in love with the boy at the rock show, he said what and I told him that I didn't know, he's so cool when we're sneakin' through his window, everything's better when he's around, I can't wait 'till his parents go out of town, I fell in love with the boy at the rock show!" he sang as he played along, his eyes fluttering closed as he let himself sink into the memories the song held for him. Fabian gave his best blank look that he could and began to stroke his chin, as if he had a goatee. "Well, that was certainly..." He dropped his hand to his lap and broke out into a grin. "Brilliant. That was really, really great, Caradoc. I mean, I'm not a professional or anything... But you're really good."

Caradoc blinked, then burst into a grin as well, and threw his arms around Fabian to hug him. "Aw, thanks, Fabian! It's been a while since I played for anyone but myself, honestly, so I'll admit it, I was almost nervous. Not quite, but almost," he laughed, laying his guitar down on the grass for now. "You really liked it?"

Fabian returned the hug. You know. A manly hug... for a manly dude. Like Fabian. Because he is ultra-manly. "It was no problem. Seriously--it was awesome. How long have you been playing, anyways?"

"My dad got me my first guitar when I was about three," he laughed, noting Fabian's utter lack of manliness, and not minding in the least, because as he was telling Nikki, or was going to, anyway, he'd totally date a guy who identified as female, it's just vaginas he doesn't like. Drag queens are sexy. "So I guess I've been playing since then. I've been in two bands back home, one I formed when I was fourteen, and when that one broke up, I formed another, when I was sixteen. I've been pretty dedicated to it, I guess, I think my dad would be proud if he knew how well I play now, he used to play professionally, when he was in his twenties," he said, smiling as he talked about his dad.

Fabian vaguely remembered Caradoc mentioning that he lived with his mom, but didn't remember what (or if, even) he had mentioned about his dad. He idly twirled the bubble wand around in the jar. "Your dad..." Fabian asked, wondering if this was a touchy subject. "Is he still... around? Or is that like a super-forbidden subject and I should just stop talking right now and let you play another song?"

Caradoc shook his head and sighed. "I don't mind. I'm over it, now, after these past few years. My dad died when I was fifteen. He was an auror. I miss him a lot, every single day, but he's really always here, so I guess in the end, it's alright. He was a good, brave man, and I still look up to him, and he's still there for me, in his own way, I guess," he said, wishing he could say more, but not really bringing himself to talk about him with Fabian; no matter how sweet he seemed, he really only had just met him, and he just wasn't comfortable enough with him yet.

Fabian felt the overwhelming urge to hug Caradoc, but refrained seeing as Fabian wasn't much of a hug initiate-er. Initiater? Is that a word? Whatever. He draped an arm around Caradoc's shoulders and figured that would be acceptable, especially as he had let Caradoc touch his hair and all. "I mean, I bet you hear the whole 'I'm sorry and I'm here for you' speech a million times, but... I mean it, okay? I'm really sorry and I bet he was an awesome guy." He had to be to have a son like you went unsaid. Fabian dropped his hand from Caradoc's shoulders and cleared his throat. "So, in exchange for your brilliant song, I shall demonstrate my equally-if-not-superior bubble blowing skills!" He smiled and blew bubbled into Caraodoc's face.

Caradoc smiled as Fabian draped an arm around his shoulders, and might've hugged him, if he hadn't pulled away. "He was awesome. He was a very strong, brave man," he said, his mind drifting away for a moment. He laughed as Fabian blew bubbles in Caradoc's face, and he popped them with his nose, unintentionally bringing their faces rather close together, and he found himself gazing into Fabian's eyes, his own bright blue orbs rather intense as they focused on Fabian's pretty face.
