Oh...huh. WELL THEN. There goes that nutrition test. Votever. Rolf was slightly surprised to hear that Rad had a boyfriend, but Rad's mood definitely indicated that it was something great. Well, wasn't it just a happy time for everyone! Well, not everyone. "Congrats," he said, giving a heartfelt smile. "Viktor and I are doing real well. He's really such an amazing person. Who knew that him signing a piece of toilet paper for me would turn into a relationship."

Caradoc raised a brow and laughed, because he's really not familiar with just how famous Viktor is around here. "He signed... he signed a piece of toilet paper? I have to say, that's a new one," he chortled, grinning at Rolf. "But that's great, I'm happy for both of you. So, is he your first boyfriend? You said something earlier about being new to the whole 'gay' thing, whatever that is," he replied.

"Yeah...I went a little fan boy on him at first," he admitted, shaking his head at how the question must have seemed ridiculous to Viktor at the time. Toilet paper...really? "Yeah, he's my first," he replied with a small shrug "I mean, I thought it would feel weird or awkward or something...but it's just...normal, natural. Though, I don't think I can see myself being with another guy that isn't Viktor. He just makes me feel comfortable enough to be myself."

"Well, seeing as you sound totally happy with him, there's no need to be thinking about other dudes anyway," he replied, drawing circles in the water with his toes as he looked up at the grounds ahead, mildly wondering what Fabian was doing at the moment, and if he was feeling just as cheerful as Rad was. "I honestly didn't even know he was famous when I met him, I guess that's what I get, for not following sports," he said, shrugging. "And quidditch isn't really big in America to begin with. But I don't blame you for fanboying, I'd totally do the same for one of my celebrity crushes."

Rad had an excellent point. Honestly, he shouldn't even worry about other guys or anything. He supposed that there was just this irriational fear of what would happen when they broke up. There was always this slight feeling that he wasn't quite good enough for someone like Viktor he was amazing and perfect in many different ways. Trying to push away those thoughts, he thought of what Rad said. "You guys don't really have Quidditch?" he asked in shock. "But...Quidditch is the best there is! Do you have another popular sport that involves a broomstick or something? There's nothing greater than the feel of riding a broom."

Caradoc burst out laughing, and took a moment to recollect himself at that statement. "That, my friend, I will attest to, except, I'd much prefer to have my broomstick ridden. But as for your actual question, yeah, mostly in the states we play Quodpot," he explained, shrugging. "I always preferred Quidditch myself, though I'm not a big player-- or at least I wasn't until I got here. I'm a chaser on the Puff team, actually-- are you on the house team by any chance?"

He thought of how odd the name Quodpot sounded, but was rather pleased to hear that Rad did in fact know Quidditch. "Yeah, I'm a seeker for the Ravenclaw team," he replied. After Cedric, it's not that much of a surprise that Viktor found Rolf. Nope. From one seeker to the next. "It's a great game and the teams seem to be rather strong this year."

[Speaking of, I had the most awkward moment yesterday morning. It was like 8am, and I wasn't thinking, and the guy I was trading music with had an old iPod so it was really thick. So, in my loud, obnoxious voice, I announced to the entire cafeteria that it was so thick, and it felt strange in my hand. About everyone in hearing distance burst out laughing.]

Rolf hoped that the Ravenclaw team would be able to have a much more successful season compared to last year, though with his mind on Viktor a lot...it definitely wouldn't be helping matters. "Yeah, hopefully you won't kick Ravenclaw's arse," he said with a smile. "Oh...that's quite the accomplishment, one in which I'm not really that surprised. I definitely got the vibe from you when we first met that you enjoy err...things of a sexual nature."

Caradoc flashed a mischievous grin at Rolf, winking as he replied. "Yeah, I suppose I would give that vibe off-- let's just say that if you'd met me a few weeks ago, I would have laughed my ass off if you suggested the word 'relationship' in the same sentence as 'Caradoc.' But I guess my boyfriend's just magical, and changed everything. But yeah, before him, I guess you can say that I definitely got around, and enjoyed every minute of it," he replied, wondering if Rolf was aware of his past endeavors with Viktor, and deciding it was best NOT to mention that.

Rolf is definitely not aware and hopes that Rad will be kind and not tell him. No need to ruin this friendship or make it awkward...especially since Rolf and Rad will have to get along for quite a bit...seeing as Rad is also Luna's "older brother". Hopefully Rad will still like Rolf when that relationship begins. "Well, that's great that you found someone who changed that," he said sincerely, for he was a romantic at heart and loved when other guys adopted similar ideals. "He must really be quite the catch then. What's his name?" he asked.

"Oh, he's definitely a catch-- his name's Fabian Prewett, he's a seventh year in Gryffindor, and he's beautiful and amazing, and I am easily the luckiest dude in this school," he said with a cheesy grin. Rad likes Rolf and will continue to like Rolf as long as Rolf does not break any of his friends' hearts, or hit on Fabian. So those things aside, this shall be a lovely friendship, because Rad will just never tell Rolf about that whole you know fucking in the showers thing, or fucking anywhere else...

"Oh yes, Fabian!" Rolf said, for Rolf is a seventh year as well and therefore must know Fabian. Though, Fabian being gay was not something he expected. "Well goodness, pretty soon you're going to start writing sonnets just about his eyes," he said with a light laugh, for it definitely seemed like Rad had fallen hard. Rolf definitely would not like to hear about any Doctor fucks...just like how he's sure that Rad will not want to hear about Rolf one day liking to shag- no make love- to Luna. Yep.

Rad would like to know, because if he doesn't, he cannot threaten to remove Rolf's ballsack and shove it up his rectum if he messes up the charm, or breaks Luna's heart. But no, he would not like the gritty details, thanks. Rad laughs, and facepalms, because now Rolf's got him thinking about Fabian's lovely eyes, which seem to change colors, I swear. "Don't worry, I'm more likely to write him a song, than a sonnet, I'm terrible with iambic pentameter," he replied jokingly. "But yeah, it's terrible, I'm turning into one of those awful cheesy romantics, the kind I usually want to vomit on, it's horrible and also wonderful."

Um. Rolf just gulped. He'll tell Rad about being in a relationship with Luna. That...is the extent of stuff. After all, things with Luna won't happen for a longgg time until she's ready. "A song?" he asked slightly surprised. That pretty much implied that Rad had some musical talents then. "Well, apparently you do much more than giving broom rides. Though, I suppose you'll only be giving one person a ride now. Do you just sit there and write, or do you play some sort of instrument?"

"I play guitar, actually, I'm rhythm guitar and lead singer in my band-- it's made up of me, Luna Lovegood, Nikki Orwell, and Tristan Raksha, and we're kind of awesome. But I've been in a band before, and I love guitar-- been playing since I was a kid," he explained, smiling. "But I like to write songs on my own a lot, just to play on my acoustic, it's nice, stress relieving and all, and I just refuse to ever be stressed out. Life must always be chill and awesome."

Rolf was rather surprised to hear the name Luna Lovegood in there, for he definitely remembered who she was from the couple of times they had met. She was rather unforgettable. The second name sounded like a girl who was also in Ravenclaw, though he hadn't really talked to her much. "That's neat that you've got that kind of way in which you're able to express how you're feeling. You definitely seem like the kind of guy who's rather relaxed and just goes with the flow of things."

"But yeah, it's great, as I am clearly not the kind of dude who likes to discuss such things as 'feelings', which of course I would never admit to having, because I did not know I was capable of having feelings, until Fabian, but now everything is just full of feeling and-- I'll stop now," he laughed, while Eowyn kicks him in the bum for starting to get mushy again.

"I'm pretty good at reading people," he replied with a grin, for it was something that he had always had the capability of doing. Slight shifts in mood, expressions, or character, and he was able to pick up on them. Rolf listened as Rad went on about Fabian for a bit then said, "Damn, you've fallen real hard. For someone who had never done the whole 'feelings' thing, you've really turned around."
