"Yes!" Parvati said with a wide grin, not even breaking a sweat from the run. "Seriously though, that was a short run so don't even complain." She said before reaching into her bag. "I got this for my birthday." She said, her hand pulling a cigar out of her bag as she twirled it in her fingers. "And I want to try it but I don't want to try it alone."

Al's eyes lowered to the bag as he waited for Parvati to show him what she had. His eyes widened as he recognized it immediately. Parvati. Cigars. He never would have guessed. "Wait, you got that for your birthday? Who the hell thought it'd be a good idea to give you a cigar?" he asked, before sitting down on the grass and tugging Parv down with him.

"Yeah! I did." She said, sitting down next to him in the grass and crossing her legs so she was sitting criss cross apple sauce. "My crazy uncle bought it for me since I am of age and everything he thought it would be a good gift." She told him. "He said every single person should experience smoking a cigar once in their life. So here I am, wanting to share it with you. My cigar smoking virginity."

Al delicately took the cigar from her hands, bringing it close to his face as he examined it. "This is a Cuban," he murmured under his breath, knowing that it was the best cigar a person could get. Not that he had ever smoked, but his uncle George liked to enjoy a cigar every now and then. "Oh, your cigar virginity, huh?" he repeated, grinning up at her as he quirked an eyebrow. He was of age. He could do whatever he pleased, though he had to admit he was a bit worried about how Scorpius would feel about this. Then again, Scorp didn't have to know.

Parvati blinked at him a few times. "Al it's a cigar." She told him when he said it was a cuban. She didn't know anything about cigars or that there were different types. "Yes! You, my cigar smoking virginity. That's a big deal. Are you ready to help me lose it?" She asked, raising an eyebrow at him. "Please please please, Al!"

"I know that, but it's a Cuban cigar. They're supposed to be really good, as far as cigars go." He bit his bottom lip as he handed the cigar back to Parvati. "I...guess if I shared part of it with you it wouldn't hurt anyone." He looked up to meet her eyes. "You do know what you're doing, right? My uncle used to smoke these on occasion, and they're really specific."

Parvati shrugged. "Huh, well I guess he thought I was worth it to get a really good one then." She said with a small smile. "Right! Exactly! It wouldn't really hurt anyone if we shared it I mean, it's just one cigar, right?" She said, a huge smile spread across her face as he asked her what she was doing. "Yeah yeah, I read the directions on the little box he sent me."

Al nodded hesitantly then handed the cigar back to Parvati. He wasn't exactly against smoking, but he certainly wasn't for it either. Though, cigars were supposed to be this grand experience. Might as well try it once in his life. Besides, it'd be better than letting Parvati get herself sick by enjoying the entire thing alone. "Alright. Well, I'm cool with it. It'll be...new. Do you have a knife or something to cut it with?"

Parvati grinned widely as he said that he was cool with it, glad to know that she would not have to lose her cigar smoking virginity all by herself. Sharing that with Al would make it much more fun. "Um, no." She said as she looked over at him. "Don't you have your wand? We can cut it with that!" She said, holding the cigar out in front of her so he could use his wand to cut it for them.

Al nodded and took the cigar back from Parvati as he removed his wand from his robes. He set the cigar down on a flat rock, and slowly used a slicing charm to slice a straight cut along the cigar, right where the curve of the tip ended. "Okaaay, so...I'm guessing now we light it?"

Parvati nodded and took the cigar from Al and placed the end of it in her mouth. She grabbed his wand from him and lit it just like you would a lighter and held it up towards to cigar, letting the cigar light before dropping his wand again. She let a small amount of the smoke go into her mouth, making sure not to inhale it so it wouldn't go down into her lungs. She kept the smoke in her mouth before pulling the cigar out of her mouth, holding it between her index finger and her thumb as she blew the smoke out of her mouth. "Wow." She said quietly before holding the cigar out to him. "Try it,"

Al cautiously took the cigar between his fingers, admired the smoke coming out of its end before raising it to his mouth and placing it in his parted lips. What Scorpius didn't know wouldn't kill him. He lowered his hand and kept the cigar in his mouth, puffing a bit and watching the smoke come out of the other end. It had a funny taste to it. Not bad, just something he wasn't used to. He took his time before he finally raised his hand and delicately removed the cigar from his mouth, barely parting his lips as he breathed out the smoke that had filled his cheeks. "Not bad." He had to admit, it was sort of calming. "Aren't you supposed to like, drink something when you smoke a cigar?" he asked as he handed it back to her.

Parvati took the cigar from him between her fingers and was about to raise it to her lips as he asked his question. "Oh yeah! I knew that!" She told him. "I have some scotch in my bag if you want to get it out. We can just drink it from the bottle, right? Are you cool with that?" She asked before raising the cigar to her lips as she gently took a puff of the cigar, taking a few small puffs in before she lowered the cigar again, making her mouth into an "oh" shape to make the smoke come out in more of a circle. "I like it." She told him with a small smile.

"Oh, sure I'm fine with that," he shrugged. He smiled as she puffed out the smoke in a circle shape. "Do you?" He grinned and shrugged his own shoulders. "I don't know. It's alright. Definitely a new experience." He reached over and took the cigar from her hand, then brought it up to his lips as he let it rest in his mouth again. "It's not bad," he mumbled with the cigar still in his mouth. When he removed it, he breathed the smoke out through his mouth again before handing the cigar back to her. He picked up the bottle of scotch, and hesitated before opening it. He knew the numb feeling alcohol gave him. He knew how much he craved it once he got that first sip. Without drinking any, he set the bottle back down in front of Parv. They were having fun, and he didn't want to mess it up.

"Yeah, it's fun." She said with a small smile as she watched him take a puff of the cigar. "There's just something so relaxing about it." She said with a small shrug as she took the cigar from him and placed it in her mouth, taking a puff as she let it rest in her mouth for a moment before breathing out the smoke once again through her mouth and holding the cigar out for Al. She watched as he set the bottle back down and then picked it up and took a sip. "Do you not want any?" She asked curiously as she set the bottle down between them and stretched her legs out so they were next to him and she was still facing him.

Al shrugged and shook his head. "Nah, I'm fine with just this," he answered as he took the cigar back. It was pretty relaxing. He placed the cigar between his lips. He felt weird for thinking it, but there was something slightly erotic about smoking a cigar. "So, your uncle bought you a cigar. Very classy for a lady," he teased, winking as he brought the cigar up to his lips and repeated the same steps, being sure not to inhale. He didn't know much about cigars, but he knew enough to realize how much it would hurt if he inhaled a cigar and burned his throat.

Parvati shrugged and kept the bottle of scotch to herself, she would just drink the whole thing and get wasted and then go wander around the castle. She shook her head slightly and laughed. "Well it was for my seventeenth birthday! I guess he just wanted to get me something new to experience." She said with another shrug. She watched him as he took a puff from the cigar and then made a comment she had been thinking about since they had started smoking. "Wow, smoking cigars is really sexual looking." She commented.

Al laughed as she commented on exactly what he was thinking. He removed the cigar from his lips and breathed out the smoke before replying, "Right?" He chuckled as he handed the cigar back to her. "I was just thinking the same thing," he commented as he breathed the rest of the smoke out of the corner of his mouth. "Hey, how do you do that thing where you make the smoke look like a ring?"

Parvati chuckled lightly as he took the cigar back from Al and placed it in her mouth, watching him as he asked his question. "Hm? This thing?" She murmured, keeping the cigar in her lips for a few moments longer before she removed the cigar and placed her lips in that "Oh" shape once again to let the smoke come out of her mouth in the shape of a ring.

Al grinned like an amused child as he watched her. "Yes! That! How'd you learn how to do it?" he asked curiously, wondering if Parvati was this floozy who smoked cigars in bed with the guys she slept with. Except not really, he knew she wasn't that type of girl.

Parvati laughed lightly and held the cigar out to him. "My uncle who gave me the cigar and his wife used to always smoke cigars around me when I was little." She said with a slight shrug. "I guess I just kind of picked it up from watching them, it's really easy." She told him. "You just put your face into like, an oh shape before you exhale the smoke." She said nodding.

"Huh." He took the cigar back from Parvati, and leaned back against a tree as he brought it back to his lips. It really was sort of calming and relaxing. When he removed the cigar, he made an 'O' shape with his mouth but the smoke sort of just came out the same way it did before. "Uhh, I'll leave the fun shapes to you."

Parvati laughed lightly and look another small sip of the scotch before moving so she wasn't facing Al anymore and so that she was sitting next to him, her upper body leaning against his before she take the cigar from him and let out a light laugh. "I guess that just makes me more talented than you." She said, looking over at him and giving him a small smile before she rested her head on his shoulder kind of like this as she put the cigar in her mouth and took another puff before pulling it away from her mouth and blowing it out in the "O" shape again.

Al smiled and leaned his head against the top of Parvati's, watching as she continued to puff out the 'O' shapes. "I guess so. Or maybe you're just this girl who spends all her free time smoking cigar out in the forest so you have more practice than I do," he teased back. He glanced down at the scotch, hating himself for how tempting he found the bottled drink. He brought his gaze back up, looking at Parvati's face and smiling at how much she seemed to be enjoying her uncle's birthday gift.

Parvati laughed lightly as she held the cigar out towards him, glad that Al was enjoying this cigar with her so she didn't have to smoke it alone. "You caught me." She said with a small grin. "I am that girl who always hides away in the forest smoking. I do it ever night actually, how did you know? Was it the talent?" She asked with a small shrug. "I need to work on not letting it show as much, I really do." She said as she picked up the bottle and took a sip before she set it back down between them.
