"This is fun. I'm glad ve did this too." Viktor liked sharing a dorm with Remus too. It was feeling like a spare that made him feel...well, like a spare. But Remus is welcome for slumber parties in Viktor's new dorm. As long as Kingsley doesn't mind. "I miss hanging out vith you in the dorm," he admits with a sad smile. "But my dorm isn't far. You're velcome to visit venever you'd like."

Kingsley won't mind...as long as nothing weird goes on. Though he says he'll be glad to leave if Viktor asks him to...if something does go on. *blinks* "Great! I'll definitely come visit you. ~~SLUMBER PARTY...NOT THAT WE'LL GET MUCH SLEEPING DONE...I MEAN WHAT?~~ You can still come back to our dorm to visit if you'd like."

Viktor's bed is big and comfy. Just saying. "Thanks! I'd love to come back and visit you and Peter," he says happily, doubting that Sirius or James would want to visit with Viktor because they sort of got off on the wrong foot.

"Yeah, I miss Peter too. He's a really sweet guy," he says with a small smile. "And I'll miss our talks...about...socks...and other things," he says, looking away as he thinks about the day he 'helped' Peter.

Luckily Remus is too busy watching the hippogriff to notice and ask why Viktor looks away. Yeah...imagine if Viktor had to explain all that to Remus. Rem would die. "Peter's a great guy." Likes to talk about weird things though...like socks? Yeah.

Amethyst would raise her hand to Viktor's avatar..except that's almost as creepy as Edward sitting outside Bella's window watching her sleep....or at least she'd still feel just as awkward for either of those. So yeah...she wouldn't mind talking to him though....not that much talking would be done. *blinks* I MEAN...

"Yeah..." Remus smiles, thinking about his nice yet awkward friend. Remus can be rather awkward himself, so he understands. "Well, I think I may head back soon. There's some stuff I need to study for." he didn't really want to leave yet though, cause he likes hanging out with Viktor.

Viktor smiles and nods because he should probably get going as well. "Alright, Rem. I'll valk you back to the castle. I'm heading in that direction anyvay," he says with a grin, giving the hippogriff one last pat goodbye and bowing again, before walking back to the common room with his buddy ~~holding hands~~ .

Hermione is here, wandering along the edge of the Hippogriff Pen, glancing in at the majestic creatures every now and then but mostly just taking a stroll.

Luna is walking along and spots Hermione by the Hippogriffs, she smiles brightly and walks over to greet her girlfriend, allowing their hands to brush against each other as she finally catches up to Hermione. "Hello," she greets calmly, happy to see her girlfriend again.

Hermione smiles at the brush of Luna's hand against her own and glances around. There's nobody else on the grounds it seems, so she allows her fingers to grip the other girl's and leans in to kiss her, quick but affectionate. "Hello," she murmurs. "How're you?"

Luna smiles at the kiss, deciding that if she's going to tell her girlfriend what's been on her mind recently then she should probably do it soon. Soon meaning now. "I've been alright," she answers softly before looking up at Hermione. "Just been doing a lot of thinking...About you and us and, well..." She takes a deep breath, not really sure of how people normally go about saying this but then again, when has she ever done things normally? "I think...I'm falling in love with you, Hermione," she murmurs softly, her face turning pink at the words that have been on her mind for quite a while now.

Hermione doesn't register what Luna's really said for a few moments, the smile she always associates with being in her girlfriend's presence still clinging stupidly to her face. Luna is in love with her. Love. With her, Hermione. Hermione's seen enough movies, read more than enough books, to know that when someone says they're falling in love with you, the only response that works in response is 'I love you, too'. Her mouth opens, but the words don't come. Instead, Hermione feels her face crumple, and her carefully crafted and hidden and protected secret little world crumbles along with it. Hermione loves Luna, she knows that much - she's loved her pretty, young Ravenclaw friend for years. But she's not in love with her. Her head shakes with horror and she scrunches up her face against the flood of emotion threatening to break through. "I... I can't," she chokes.

Luna watches as Hermione's face changes, her own face falling at the Gryffindor's words. She probably should have expected that, but after everything she'd felt throughout their relationship she had sort of just assumed Hermione had been feeling the same things. "You...can't," she repeats dumbly, not sure of another way to respond to that. "Well, that's fine," she mumbles quickly, trying to fake a smile and hide her disappointment, though she can't help but wonder if this is why Hermione had kept everything a secret. Because this wasn't a real relationship with real emotions that people normally felt. It's not like Luna had anything to compare it to with Hermione being her first girlfriend and all. "I don't want you to say then...it if it's not true. Just...Whenever--I'll wait." She stops herself as she feels her eyes burning, not wanting to cry in front of someone she just told that she's falling in love with them. "You're worth waiting for, Hermione."

She can't hold the tears back anymore, they streak defiantly down her face. "I-I want to say I just need time," she whispers brokenly, "That I j-just need to wait for the r-right moment. But I can't," she says, her brown eyes, brightened by the tears, fixed imploringly on Luna's face. She looks like a beautiful flower that's been crushed under someone's careless boot, and Hermione feels a hot swoop of sickness in her stomach to realise that she is the careless boot in question. "I care about you so much. So, so much. And I'm so sorry, the last thing I ever wanted was to hurt you." She takes a breath and steels herself, knowing she'll never quite be able to forgive herself once she's spoken these next words. "But I'm not in love with you, Luna. I think I never will be," she says, and wants to die.

Luna has never wished that she could take back three little words more than she does right now. She looks away from Hermione, quickly wiping away a fallen tear as she thinks about what to say next because for once in her life she really has no clue. "Never," she mumbles, trying to absorb everything Hermione's just told her. She finally told Hermione just how she was feeling, doing what her father had always encouraged her to do by speaking her mind, and now she was being punished for it by learning that Hermione was never going to return her feelings no matter what Luna did. She had never really been one for just dating around for fun. Honestly, she wasn't really into relationships at all if she didn't think that she'd be with that person forever. But isn't that was a lot of people want for the most part? It's not like anyone can want their relationships to end like this. Not if it makes your heart get that burning, breaking feeling and your stomach twist into knots like Luna's is right now. "It's not like I can force you to love me," she manages, trying to keep her voice from cracking. She wasn't exactly the type of girl who dreamed about her wedding or having a family or anything, but it's still not a nice feeling to know that the person you fell hard for can't return those feelings. In fact, it's an awful feeling that Luna feels terrible about because Dean probably felt the same way when Luna told him she didn't like him back. "Maybe...Maybe I should just go," she mumbles, taking a few steps back from Hermione without looking into the other girl's face.
