Molly shrugs a little and twirls a strand of hair around her fingers while she starts to put all her feelings on the subject into words. "Alice is old enough to make her own choices and all, but I kinda wish she wouldn't go for an ass. I totally think that no matter what a guy looks like, if he's an ass he's completely unattractive. She totally deserves more than that and it just makes me worry sometimes that she might, like, not even realise that she is better than an asshole, and she should have the best of everything," Molly rambles on, pouring out all her hopes and dreams for her sister and letting her seldom-exposed romantic side shine through. Ugh, what a girl. There's a whole bunch of voices in my head who want to vomit right now. "Like, sure sex is awesome and stuff, but she's barely 15 and it totally shouldn't be all about that for her, it should be about exploring stuff together and being with someone who actually cares about making her feel good about herself in a whole bunch of ways, not just getting some action. Whatever, I just want her to be happy," she mumbles, sort of forgetting Rad is even there.

Caradoc listens patiently and smiles as he sits in silence, letting Molly talk, which everyone seems to do a lot of around her, just letting her talk. "Well, that makes you a really good sister, I'd say. But you've gotta remember, everyone wants and needs different things. Maybe that's what she wants and needs to be happy, and maybe it's not. As long as you know that she's aware he's an ass, and what the consequences of her potentially promiscuous behavior might lead to are, you've done your job."

Yeah, people just wait politely until she comes up for air. It's a good system. Kingsley should fucking learn it. Molly blinks, because she totally forgot she was babbling at Rad then, she was just rambling away as she does, whether she's alone or in a crowded room. "I know - s'why I say it's totally up to her. I just, like, worry though because I'm her big sister and that's my job. 'Sides, Alice totally doesn't always think stuff through, even when you try to explain it to her. Sometimes she sort of figures that since I've done something, it must be cool for her to do it too, but you never really know if she wants it for herself, or if it's just because I have it, you know? And consequences don't mean so much to her because it's like, well if you did it and you're alright, as if I'm not gonna be too. So I totally never know if I've actually done a good enough job in teaching her how to look after herself and stuff or if I'm, like, totally failing," she explains, finding it weird that she's never actually said all this out loud before. It's sort of a constant worry for her though, and she knows Gideon feels it too - that underlying sense of responsibility always on their shoulders and having to worry about failing a sibling or not being there for them. Wow, Mya should not be allowed to post on 3 hours sleep, even I don't know where the hell Molly has gone now...

Caradoc promptly hugs Molly and smiles. "And because you think about all of that, that's what makes you a great sister. You're trying so hard to be good for her, and that's what really matters, you should be proud of yourself! It's so nice, the way all of you guys look out for each other. It's really nice," he said earnestly, looking at Molly admirably, and wishing he had a little sister like her. Yes, Molly dear, Rad thinks of you like that, you poor thing.

Le sigh. Molly thinks that just sucks swollen monkey balls, but she figures unless he miraculously turns straight it couldn't possibly get any worse for her to have him giving her 'little sister' looks.
Molly fixes her slightly wide eyes on Rad's face, very much trying to ignore that he keeps being shirtless and hugging her. "We're family," she says simply, because that's all there is to it for her. There's nothing out of the ordinary in the bond between the four Prewetts to her, it's just the way it's always been and always will be until Gid and Fay get themselves killed and Ali ends up in the loony bin. "It's, like, just the way it is. I'd do anything for them and they'd do anything for me and between the four of us we're all ok. I totally don't get those siblings who don't get along," she confides with a little shrug. "Like, we all argue sometimes, but I can't ever imagine any of them doing something so terrible that I would not want to keep being there, you know?"

"That's really wonderful, that you have that kind of relationship with your family. Most people don't, but it's really nice, to see that kind of familial love still exists," he replied, smiling brightly like usual. "But I suppose, with the kind of siblings you've got, it'd be damn hard not to love 'em. They're all so great! I wish I could spend more time with the four of you, but I'll take what I can get. You and Fabian are really great friends!"

Molly tilts her head to the side and twirls her hair around her fingers, thinking, because it honestly doesn't occur to her that not every family is like hers. Of course, no family is as awesome as the Prewetts, but she's still always assumed that even lame families love each other a whole bunch. What an adorably naive little puppy. She greams, because one thing guaranteed to earn anyone points with Molly is acknowledging the awesometastic nature of Prewett-kind. "They are great. We are great. I guess it's why we're so well liked and all and clearly Kingsley is a douchebag for failing to see that and are, you know, in such high demand. Maybe we should all get, like, appointment books or something. That way we could totally fit everyone who wants to bask in the awesomeness into our busy schedules, and still make time to hang out with each other. I, like, really really miss Fabian and Alice these days," she chatters, and there was a whole range of ups and downs in that so I'm not even bothering with adjectives right now.

Molly smirks, but the very long-winded and adorably expressed monologue about how very cool and different her non-favourite siblings are sort of just dies somewhere between her brain and her mouth because Rad just kissed her cheek, which is pretty much burning right now. "Uh huh," she squeaks. "A thing. Me too. Right. Like, see you," she babbles in her confusion, grabbing up her book and scurrying off even though she actually doesn't have somewhere to be in five minutes, and now she has no idea where she's going. She probably should've thought that through before she walked into what looks from the outside to be a corridor leading indoors, but once you get there is totally just a big alcove. Oh. Well, Molly will just chill here for five minutes and wait til Rad disappears.

... And Rad is gone, taking no notice of squeaky Molly, while Eowyn decides torturing Molly might be fun to do tomorrow.

Caradoc facepalms. "Right. We're gonna be here a while. How about we at least start by peeling the bananas, it's easier to work with, that way, just saying. Besides, bananas are delicious! Not yet. I mean, the banana isn't even in Rad's mouth so he's got no reason to gape. But I'm assuming he'll gape a bit in about five seconds.
