He thinks for a few seconds. "Lets see...enough time to get ready..." he said and looked down at himself. "I'll meet you at Hogs Head in 2 hours?" he asked, blinking like it was totally normal.

Marcus blinked a few times. "Well....It takes time to look this good." He said with a small shrug. "But...I guess I could....Get ready as fast as I could."

Marcus smiled and nodded. "Yeah, Sounds perfect." he said smiling. "I will see you at the Hogs Head in an hour." he said and then walked off super fast to go get ready.

AND HE APPEARS! BOOM!

Lucian is just walking here like the cool dude he is when he spots a pretty girl sitting and reading. She's probably a nerd - Ravenclaw. Cool. Let's just say she doesn't have her robes on or something. So he walks up and sits down on the bench next to her, but not saying a word.

Demelza is just chilling, reading her book when an unfamiliar face comes over and sits down on the bench. She decides she should be friendly, so she puts down her book and turns to him, smiling. "Hi, I don't believe we have met before. I'm Demelza, or Dem for short."

Boom. She speaks. Lucian grinned and said, "Well, hey there. I guess we haven't met, eh? Well, I'm Lucian. Don't call me Luci for short, though. So what'cha readin', Dem?" He pretended to be interested in her book, but was really discreetly checking her out.

"Oh, um, just a book I borrowed from the library about Quidditch." She said as she put a bookmark in her book so she could talk without having to hold her book on its page.

"Oh, Quidditch," Lucian said, nodding. "I don't really play it, but it's really great to watch. Are you on your Quidditch team?" He avoided asking about her house; if, by some twisted circumstance, she was in Gryffindor, he didn't want to know it as long as possible. Even if she was a stupid Gryffie, it was nice to enjoy the fantasy of her not being one for a while.

[Bleck. He's a jerk. Felicia and I are already getting sick of him... >.>]

"No, unfortunatley I'm not. I'm a reserve though, so thats good, even if I'm not on the team I still get to play and have a great time." She told him. "What house are you in anyway?" She asked him curiously.

"Ah, well, I guess not every great player can be on a team," Lucian sighed, winking at her. But uh-oh... here came the house question. "Slytherin," he answered, not hesitating a bit. This was, he guessed, the time that he'd find out whether he should be jealous of her or continue to sit on the bench. Oh well.

Demelza blushed. "You're right. I mean, lots of people are great, but some are better than others." She said. "Slytherin, hey? I'm in Gryffindor." She said, wondering if he was one of those people who hated Gryffs.

"Oh." Lucian halted, wondering if he should leave. She seemed nice enough. And, plus, she hadn't jumped up and run away when he had stated his house. Hmm. Dilemma, dilemma. So, naturally, he discreetly pulled out his wand and held it loosely in the hand that was not near her. "I'm guessing you don't totally hate Slytherins, then?" He still couldn't decide if he should curse her (which would be quite a pity, because it was such a pretty face), walk up and leave (which would be him walking away from an opportunity), or continue to talk to her and act like nothing had happened (which would go against all his ideals). She seemed different, but he didn't dare admit it in his own head.

Demelza was a bit surprised. She had sort of figured that all Slytherins hated Gryffindors, but she guesses she was wrong. "No, I don't. I mean, just because people are in different houses they don't have to hate each other. I guess people just stereotype and don't get a chance to know someone from another house, they just make assumptions. I mean, I have no problem with Slytherins." She explained to him.

[I'll be back in a bit, I'm going to go and make myself some lunch.]

Well, way to make Lucian feel like a total idiot. The way she explained herself, she sounded like a Ravenclaw. Perhaps she was right. Inside his head, Lucian began to think of his family: was this what had turned his brother to his mind-set? "To be honest with you, I hate Gryffindors, but... a lot of them try to curse me once they see the color of my robes. That's gotta do something, I guess." He laughed humorously. "But seeing as you haven't tried to curse me yet, I'm still here."

"Oh, I see. That sort of gives you a reason to hate them, if they just curse you for no reason at all, apart from the fact that you are in Gryffindor." She said, seeing reason. "Don't worry, you're safe. I won't try and curse you." She told him. She was starting to enjoy his company. He didn't seem like most other Slytherins.

"Yeah, I guess now that you've talked about it, the whole thing seems stupid," Lucian says, against his will. She was pretty nice, and he was so far really liking her. And it wasn't just because of her looks, either, which was unusual. "So... yeah. And, I've got my wand, in case you try anything," he added, winking at her again. He carefully stowed his wand away in his pocket, though.

"Ok, ok. I won't. I don't want to get cursed or anything." She said smiling. She then looked at her watch and saw the time. She realised, disapointed that she had to be getting back up to the castle. "Look, I'm really sorry, but I have to get going in a minute."

"Ah, no, I won't curse you," Lucian promised. What in the world was he saying? Goodness gracious. Oh well. "Aww. Well, it's been great talking with you, Dem." He grabbed his own book bag and got up. "I'll see you again." It wasn't a request; it was a statement. Not to be stalkerish or anything. He smiled and walked away.

She also picked up her bag and stood up. "It was great to talk to you as well. See you round." She said waving and smiling as she walked back up to the castle.
