Polly keeps her eyes closed, feeling their warm foreheads touching. She can hear his breathing and feels him toying with the hem of her shirt. It makes her happy that this hadn't moved beyond just kissing. Not just because she wasn't ready to go that far yet, but also because it shows he has respect for her. Maybe they'd get there eventually, and her face would probably surpass any red there was, but for now she was content with this. Holding one another and kissing...yeah, he was an awesometastical kisser. That's for sure.

Polly looked so happy that Gideon couldn't help but smile. He wanted to kiss her again, so badly, but he figured that there would be plenty more time for that later, as much as he didn't want to wait.

"So, are we official?" he asked. It would be pretty stupid now if she said no, but better safe than sorry, he supposes.

She opened her eyes, practically glowing with happiness, and nodded. "Yes, I would say so!" She kissed the tip of his nose happily, hugging him tightly.

Polly smiled and ran a hand lightly through his hair. "Eet is a shame we aren't in ze same 'ouse. We'd get to see each uzzer more."

[I was going to put her in Gryffindor, but I needed someone in another House. So I put her in Ravenclaw instead.]

Gideon flinched and jumped slightly. "The hair! Don't touch the hair!" he exclaimed, quickly pulling away a little in order to fix his hair. Yes, it is that important to him.

Polly jumped, startled by his sudden outburst. Then she started laughing, she fell over on her back and tried to stop, but it was kind of hard. It amused her that a guy would be more worried about his hair than a girl would. "I'm sorry...I'll, haha, I'll keep zat in mind. You 'ave lovely 'air zoh." She finally managed to stop laughing, but she continued to grin up at him.

Gideon was not amused. His hair was very important to him, and he didn't quite get why Polly was finding this so amusing. Maybe it was a weird girl thing... "Sorry, but I have to go and fix my hair now," he said, "and yes, I am serious. I'll see you soon, okay? I'll find you somewhere." Gideon rose, and placing a kiss on the top of Polly's head, strode quickly back to the castle to find his mirror, comb and hairgel.

Polly grinned and waved bye, watching him walk off. As soon as he was gone she broke out into laughter once more. She could tell he'd been serious about it. And, unfortunately, that's what made it even funnier. Oh well, she'd just have to be understanding about it. It was too nice for her to go back in yet so she sat there for a while longer, occasionally giggling to herself again.

Scorpius walks down to the lake, then walks a ways off so that he is sitting under a tree. He takes his knitting needles and yarn out of his bag and starts to knit. While doing so, he thinks to the roller coaster of events that have occurred in the past month, with Faye, Viktor, Regulus, and Gellert.

Viktor walks over looking happy as clam and sees his knitting buddy. Regulus Black may very well be the sexiest man alive, but Viktor has never really noticed just how sexy Scorpius is as well. Which is good because it's probably a tough job to sit next to a guy like Viktor Krum and look sexy because Viktor Krum is the definition of a sexy man, but Scorpius probably looks quite attractive, even when sitting next to Viktor Fucking Krum himself. Basically, what Viktor is trying to say, is that he is glad to have a sexy friend like Scorpius to knit with. "Hey Scorpius," he says happily as he sits down.

"Oh, hey Viktor," he greets, thinking of how Viktor has very convenient timing for showing up as soon as Scorpius begins to knit. "Well, you look awfully happy," he says with a confused expression. He thinks for a moment of their last meeting when Scorpius had told Viktor about Gellert and Regulus, and how upset Viktor had been. Now, the sexy, and Scorpius can say that because he is as straight as his knitting needle shaft and is very secure with his sexuality/masculinity to notice Viktor's sexiness, Bulgarian Bon Bon looked the very opposite.

"So, err...everything is alright then?" he asks while looking at Viktor. "I...I'm sorry for not have responding to the letter. That wasn't the right thing to do. I was, furious with everything that went down... but I should have at least written you back or come to visit the hospital wing. I just...I don't think my presence would have been taken very well," he says while dropping a needle and scratching the back of his neck awkwardly.
