"Okay. Thanks again." Lucius smiled, though he sort of hates whoever is going to bring Narcissa to the party. Why didn't he think to ask her? "So...Who were you going with?" he asked curiously.

Narcissa sees the look on his face and something inside of her seems to momentarily control her, as if she's some sort of character in an online RPG. "Severus. Severus Snape. Do you know him? We've been friends for a while, so it was kind of weird when he asked me, but it wasn't like I was going to turn down a chance to go to a party, you see." she smiles slightly. "Did you bring anyone?"

"I know him," he says, feeling jealous that the greasy one got a date with Narcissa rather than him. "I didn't even think to ask a date. Otherwise, I-- Well, I probably would have asked you," he said, smiling up at her as he rested his head in her lap.

Narcissa thought her heart might have just melted, right there and then. And you could tell, because her face lit up and her smile widened. "Well, if you had," she said, shyly. "I probably would have said yes."

Lucius smirked, looking pleased with her reply. "Well, that's a shame. Another time, I suppose," he said with a sigh. "You know, after going through all this trouble of helping me out, I feel it's only fair if I give you something in return...You can touch my hair if you'd like," he says softly as he smiles up at her.

Narcissa laughed, softly, and twirled it around her finger easily. She made sure not to pull on it or anything, though, so it was all good. She looked down at him and felt her heart beating heavily against her chest. "Your hair is lovely," she said, as if it were an offhanded comment.

"Isn't it?" Lucius smiled and closed his eyes as he felt Cissa's soft, gentle hands in his hair. "People think I'm crazy for spending so much time on it, but for hair like this I think it's worth every second."

She smiled and nodded. "It must take ages. I mean, with how amazing it is..." she sighed. "I'd suggest that you'd become a professional hair stylist, but that would mean that you'd have to touch other people's hair. Which might not be so bad, but some people just don't know how to take care of their hair." she said, a bit sadly.

"Oh, I know! You and your cousin, Regulus, have nice hair. It seems that all the Black's do," he comments as Narcissa runs her fingers through his soft, blonde hair. "But the Weasley's. Ugh. I don't know how they do it. Walking around with those flaming red heads of theirs. It's absurd!"

Cissa nodded. "Bellatrix, I think, has the nicest hair. She hardly spends any time on it, though, but it's such nice, tight curls that it can't help but look good. And don't get me started on the Weasleys. Red hair is so... tacky, to be blunt. And, maybe it isn't my place to say this, but their freckles make them look filthy and poor... although that might be their clothing and low financial standing, but the point stands."

Lucius blinks as Cissa rants about the Weasley's. This might just be the closest thing to love that he has ever felt. "Don't get me started on the freckles," he scoffs. "Honestly, they should just stop reproducing, that lot. And you're wrong, by the way. About Bellatrix. I think you have the nicest hair out of all the Black's," he says with his charming smile.

Narcissa blushed deeper, if possible, and managed a soft 'Thank you' before she reached over to retrieve a cold damp cloth from the kit. "I'm going to begin to wipe the cream off, now, alright?" she said calmly as she began to gently dab at his eye. "You know, I think it was very noble of you to walk away from a fight rather than engage in it. Fist fights are for Muggles."

Lucius stays still as she cleans off his eye before finally opening them again. "Do you? I thought so too," he agrees as if he didn't writhe on the floor in pain as Viktor walked away. Very noble indeed. "I mean, why bother carrying a wand if you're going to resort to hitting like a muggle. Pathetic, really," he said with slight distaste.

Narcissa nodded. "It's the coward's way out, it is. Not much of a Gryffindor, if you ask me--but then again, most Gryffindors do tend to rush into things blindly." She put all the materials away. "Well, I'm afraid the bruising will remain, but the swelling's gone down quite a bit, and it hopefully won't hurt as much. I have makeup, if you really want to cover it, or some sunglasses." she offered.

Lucius smiled and sat up to face Narcissa. "I'm not really a makeup guy, to be honest," he said with a light laugh. "Sunglasses work though. I have quite a few pairs back in my dorm," he told her as he planned out his night which would probably be spent trying on all his glasses and hats to see which worked best together to keep people from noticing his eye. "Thank you again, Narcissa. You really are an angel," he said with that charismatic smile of his.

Narcissa stood up and curtsied, being that she was in a skirt and all. "Oh, it was no trouble at all. I'll be seeing you around sometime, no doubt!" she said, her cheeks still tinted pink. She lingered a bit, as if wanting to stay in his presence a bit longer before picking her kit up and heading back upstairs.

"Night, Narcissa," he said with a smirk as she walked off to her dorm. He grabbed his pimp cane and walked up to his dorm to listen to Beyonce while drinking wine and trying on all his clothes.

Lucius walks down here and chills on the couch, looking quite relaxed and content at the moment.

Cissa isn't having a great day. She didn't quite get her eleven hours of beauty sleep, the mascara on her left bottom eyelashes is a bit clumpy, and the sleeve of her blouse is wrinkled. Of course, these may seem like minor flaws, but to Narcissa Black, they're day-ruiners. And, to top it off, on the couch is seated none other than Lucius Malfoy. The exact person she had wished to avoid. She looks at the ceiling as if to say 'Why me?' but sits on the couch as if there's nothing wrong. She bites her lip, wondering if she should begin a conversation with Lucius or lounge on the couch like she had originally planned to.

Lucius glances over, the smile wiping off his face as he sees who it is. Narcissa, and she doesn't look happy to see him either. He sighs and realizes he should probably apologize to her about the whole Regulus thing considering Regulus for some reason thought it was a good idea to her all about it. "Hello, Narcissa," he says softly as he looks over at her, not wanting to say anything else until he figures out how she feels about him and what he did behind her back.

Narcissa looked over at him with a smile that didn't quite reach her eyes. "Hello, Lucius," she replied, not quite meeting his gaze. "I've heard about... About you and Regulus," she said softly, her eyes falling to her nails. "And I'm sorry," she said, barely above a whisper.

"Yeah, he told me that he-- Wait. You're sorry? Why the hell are you sorry? You didn't do anything wrong," he said sounding really confused. "Why are you sorry?" he asked again as if asking the question would answer it for himself. "I'm not following here. Did I miss something?"

"You and Regulus had sex, did you not?" she blinked, a bit confused for herself. "I mean..." she returned her gaze back to her hands resting on her lap. "I'm just sorry that I was so... foolish. I shouldn't have thought you might like me." she looked at him with a small smile, while still looking like she was near tears. "I'm very happy for you and Regulus. He deserves the best, and I only hope you can give it to him."

Lucius' jaw just dropped. Not gonna lie. A relationship with Regulus? She must be joking. "OH! You think we're...That Regulus and I? Are...Toge-- No. No. Absolutely not. Cissa, darling, that was just sex. One time. We had too much to drink and got carried away," he explains knowing very well that he really wasn't drunk at all. "I should be the one apologizing," he says though he still hasn't actually said he's sorry yet. "You weren't being foolish. I did like you. Do like you. You're very sweet and very pretty," he said as he began turning on the Malfoy charm- as if it could be turned off. Psh. "And...And I would like to say." He paused and took a deep breath, not liking what he was about to say because it honestly was going to take a lot of effort, but it would please Regulus and Narcissa if he did it. "I'm sorry, Narcissa. I truly and sorry for er- you know. That."

Narcissa blinked. Once. Twice. Three times. ~~The Weeping Angels would have killed her by now.~~ And, then, she gets it. She smiles a bit and nods. "Well, in that case..." she takes a deep breath. "Thank you, Lucius. It means a lot--you apologizing, that is. You don't seem like the type, honestly."
