I was just bringing him some pineapple...and there they were talking. It sort of came up how I've never been snogged before. Guess that's all changed now!"

"No, you can tell him if you want." he shrugged. "Just be careful cause he told me that he snogged Molly too...but that he can't remember it at all. He was totally bummed about that. He'll probably bombard you with questions...or something." Then again...Peter would probably enjoy the attention.

"What!" Peter cried, his face falling. "Sirius...Sirius has snogged her! Why is it that when I get to snog a girl, it had to be someone that Sirius already has been with." He frowned then let out a slow sigh. "I guess I'm not that surprised about it."

James wandered into the library and sat at a study table, perhaps hoping Lily would find him doing something smart, or he would find Lily and propose marriage for the eleventh time that year.

Lily walks through the Library, looking for a place to study. Well, it sure is crowded today. Oh, there's a spare seat at that table, the one occupied by the guy with the messy ha- ohcrap. Lily closes her eyes and counts to ten in her head, breathing deeply. This is just not her week. Then, as if she hasn't noticed his existence, she calmly takes the place across from Potter and begins to unpack her books. Nobody here but me. Nobody here but me. Nobody here but me.

James, fully engrossed in looking as though he was fully engrossed in a book (How To Impress Girls, no doubt), took almost a full minute to realize Lily was sitting across from him. "Evans! Wanna get married? Er - wait, hand on." He consulted his book, then carefully placed it under some papers that he had spread about himself to look studious. "Your eyes look nice today - Well, they look nice every day - why would it tell me to - That's a stupid - Can we get married now?" His wand poised to do something damaging and irreparable to that poor book, James still managed to look completely innocent while giving Lily puppy dog eyes.

"No," Lily says, her eyes barely flickering up from her task. She casually pulls her wand out and sets it on the table by her hand, a warning that if his wand causes the slightest bit of damage to anything in the Library, Lily's wand is going to cause some damage to him. Permanent, if she can manage it.

James looked shocked, just like he does every time Lily turns him down. "Well then what did I bother reading for?" He grabbed the useless book and started to throw it over his shoulder when he saw Lily's wand on the table. Grumbling, he set the book back on the table and looked around nervously for the librarian who may or may not be Madam Pince. "Fine. Whatever. I don't even care. See? This is me not caring." He sort of looked like he might cry. But in a manly way, of course.
