"OhmyGod, like, why would your mother not like your hair? It's wild, it's awesome! Most people would totally kill to have hair that gorgeous," Molly gushes. She thinks Reed's mother must just not know a lot about fashion or something. Oh, the irony. She giggles, stretching out a little more comfortably on her towel. "Whatever, everyone is unique. I guess you just have to, like, embrace it or whatever."

"Yeah! I agree! Sure, I wouldn't mind being a little taller, but I'm still young! You never know, I may get my growth spurt soon. I feel real short walking around with Kras the Giant." He giggled. "And thanks, for complimenting my hair. Now I see why Kras speaks so highly of you all the time! You are super cool!"

Molly rolls over so that she can snatch up one of her discarded six inch heels to show Reed. "Well I, like, kind of hate being so teeny-tiny too, so this is how I get around it," she explains with a little grin. "I used to date a guy who was, like, even just a bit taller than Kras and it was insane. On the plus side, though, he was so strong that I could sort of just jump and he would totally never drop me," she giggles. Then a faint blush brightens her cheeks as Reed compliments her. "Kras is, like, one of the sweetest people of all time, you know. He's just super nice to everyone. And you seem super nice too, so that's awesome."

Reed quickly snatches the shoe to examine to. He nods, mentally thinking of all the designer shoes he could give Molly. "I like those. Although I think it may be a little odd for me to walk in six inch pumps." He laughed then blushed again when Kras was brought up. "He is the nicest, sweetest, cutest, awesomest person I've ever met." He had to stop himself before he went all gooey talking about his boyfriend.

"Hey, I actually learned how to walk in six inch stilettos from one of my brothers," Molly tells Reed, giggling a little at the memory of Fabian teaching her the arts of being a woman. Then all of a sudden she is squealing and clapping and squiggling about on her towel as if she's doing a happy dance. "OhmyGod, you're at the honeymoon 'ohmyGod my guy is the best guy ever' stage! I love love love that stage," she announces.

Reed was about to comment on Molly's brother teaching her how to wear heels, but then grew concerned as she started flailing around. He couldn't help but join in the laughter. "Uh, yeah I guess? He's my first...well first anything really. First person I was ever attracted to. First kiss. First person I ever fought with then immediately made up with, that was tough. But most importantly he's my first love." He blushed again and knew things just got real mushy.

Molly presses her hand over her heart and makes an 'awwwwwwwww' face. "That is, like, so sweet. It must be nice to have all your firsts with someone who means so much to you. I bet it would make it, like, even more amazing," she muses. Molly's firsts were all with Muggle boys (well, except for her first love, which would be Kingsley), and she liked them well enough but they certainly weren't the be all and end all like Kras seems to be for Reed.

Reed giggles some more and felt like his face was going to burst into flame at any moment. "It is very nice!" He nodded then knew he'd have to change the subject before he start gushing too much. "Are you dating anyone? I can't remember if Kras mentioned that or not."

Molly tilts her head to the side, fiddling with the ends of her red hair as she ponders how best to answer that particular question. "Well, like, I'm not 'dating anyone' right now," she says, making little air quotes with her free hand. "But I do have a date coming up," she says, and smiles because she cannot wait to see what surprises Arthur has in store for her. "With one of the boys in my year actually. He's a Gryffindor, so I don't know if you'll know him - Arthur Weasley."

Reed smiles and looks genuinely interested in Molly speaking. "Oooooh. A date! How exciting! And no, I haven't heard of him. I'm still pretty new. The only other Gryffindors I know are Dem and Parvati. Do you know what you're doing on this date? Oh! Oh! Oh! Do you know what you're going to wear?" His eyes shone brightly when clothing came up..or was rather brought up by himself...

"OhmyGod, I don't even know," Molly sighs, her hands flailing about as she launches into her tirade. "See he asked me what I wanted to do and I told him to, like, surprise me because who doesn't love surprises, right? But now I have, like, no clue what to wear because I don't know what we're doing! Except that it's, like, an afternoon date so that kind of gives me a little bit of direction I guess because at least now I know I don't need formal evening wear or whatever but ohmyGod what if I dress for something and then he takes me to, I don't even know... paintball or something!"

Reed nods in understanding, putting his mind to work. "Well, have you hinted that paintball is an activity you'd enjoy?" He giggled a little. "Well, us boys can tend to get a little generic. Maybe he's taking you on a romantic picnic! That would be sweet! Or maybe.." He thought for a moment at things that you could do in the afternoon. "I don't know, a trip to Hogsmeade? I like the picnic idea better then that though."

"I don't even know. Ooh a picnic would be nice. Whatever, I don't even care where he takes me, you know? Like... it was so sweet how he asked me out that I totally just want to spend time with him and it doesn't matter what we do. Plus he gets bonus points for, like, surviving a conversation with one of my brothers," Molly adds, giggling slightly. "I don't think I ever said anything about paintball, but whatever. If it's paintball I'll just take my shoes off!"

Now it was Reed's turn to put his hand on his heart and say 'Awwww'. "Well, I'm sure whatever it is, it will be super romantic and totally perfect. And if he survived your brother, that's a good sign! Kras is meeting my family this weekend. I'm really nervous. We're going to tell them I'm gay. Plus my mother signed me up to show at her friends art exhibit. It's going to be a stressful weekend." He sighed.

"It totally will," Molly says, smiling brightly. "Ooh, good luck with that. Let me know if you need any help, ok? Because I am, like, really super good at yelling at people and if your parents give you or Kras a hard time I could totally take care of it," she promises. Then she tilts her head to the side, face screwing up in confusion. "Show what?" she wonders, because Molly has no clue about the art world. The closest she has come to an art gallery is the Prewett's fridge, which has shown a fantastic collection of fingerpaintings from years gone by.

Reed laughed at the image of Molly going up against his mother, not sure who would win that fight. "Thanks. It should be okay. My mom works in the fashion industry so he's around a lot of other gay people. So hopefully she doesn't mind. Oh! An art show. I paint." He held up his hands which were covered in little paint splotches. "Her friend is having a show of upcoming artists and my mom booked me a spot. They're actually pretty dull, but I like showing off my work."

Molly would like Reed to know that she would win. Just trust her on that one... She greams. "Oh well that's awesome, I hope it all goes smoothly with your parents then. Ooh, cool! Can you, like, show me some of your work sometime? I don't know much about art, mostly I just go 'ooh pretty!' but I like looking at it," she chatters. "It must be kind of cool to have people, like, appreciate it and stuff. Do they buy stuff, too? Or just look at it?"

Reed smiles some more, "Thanks! I'm sure it will be fine. And yeah! I'd love to show you sometime. I obviously don't have anything on me right now, but yeah, I'd love for to see. I can even paint you something if you'd like!" His face brightens a little. "Yeah, people buy my paintings. I usually sell about five paintings each showing. Not too profitable, since I usually take around twenty, but it's better than nothing I guess." He shrugged.

"Yay," Molly squeals, happy that sometime in the future she will get to see some of Reed's work. "I, like, totally can't wait to see your stuff. But don't go to any trouble on my account or anything - I'd hate for you to put off doing something important just to paint me something," she says, because Molly never thinks she's as important as the people around her, bless her little heart. "And that's still kind of cool. I mean, you're, like, so young! There's probably people twice your age who wish they could sell five paintings every show and they can't and they'd just be like... 'well damn, I totally wish I was as awesome as Reed' and stuff!"

Reed laughed. "No, don't worry, I won't be able to start until after this weekend on making you something. And you're totally right! There seems to be a change in trends, the younger artists are selling more than some of the older ones. I don't mind though. My mom wants me to go into photography after school. She wanted to send me to an art school, but my dad insisted I learn how to use my magic first." He nodded. His future was pretty much already planned out for him.

"Well if you don't learn how to use your magic it could be, like, dangerous!" Molly says, nodding her approval at Mr. Dawson's decision. She tilts her head to the side, because Molly is pretty oblivious a lot of the time, but it has not escaped her notice that all Reed's life plans and things seem to be whatever his parents decide. "So, like, your Mum wants you to go into photography. But what do you want to do once you're done with Hogwarts?"

Reed looked genuinely confused by the question. "What do I want to do? Um, I don't know. I mean, I really love painting. I haven't really looked at and Wizarding careers, so I don't really know what there is for me in this world. I like to.." He trailed off and blushed a little. "Well, I really like to sing too. I know, it's stupid, but I like it."
