Draco smiled at her when she opened her eyes and chuckled at what she thought he should say to her mother, "But for her to find us up here she would actually have to come into the library. The worse option is your father, he would most likely kill first and then question you later." He shifted slightly but found he was completely trapped beneath her, "And at least you're wearing pants now. That has to count for something right?" He smirked at her when she looked up at him, "I don't even remember the last time you had flowers in your hair, oh wait! Wasn't it Mrs Zabini's fourth wedding? The one that we had in the Manor gardens?" He tried to shift again but she was not going to let him up. "Pans, come on. We have to get up and back to school." He smoothed his hand over her hair, knowing exactly how she felt. He didn't want to go back to school, he wanted to stay here in the Parkinson's library forever, in a little time bubble. He relaxed back into the sofa again. He knew they had to leave but lying here with her was exactly how he wanted to spend the morning. No classes, no other people, just them.

"Very true. She doesn't come in here. It'd be dad who would find us if anyone did, and then you'd be strangled for sure. But yes, that was the last time mum managed to get flowers in my hair." She stayed stubbornly where she was as he tried to get up, her head resolutely on his shoulder and her arm still across his chest. But when he mentioned them getting back for school, she turned her head, hiding her face in his shoulder with a somewhat childish groan. Though she knew he was right and they had to get back before they were either discovered still here or discovered missing at school, it didn't mean she wanted to get up. Finally she moved away from him and sat up, running a hand across her face before she readjusted her shirt and tried to smooth her hair a little. She turned around to look over her shoulder at Draco to see if he was getting up as well.

When Pansy sat up Draco slowly shifted to sit next to her. Straightening his own shirt he ran his hand through his hair, certain it was a complete mess. Looking at her he tucked some hair behind her ear, it was still lose from where she'd undone the braid at dinner. "You need to do something with your hair, it's sort of exploded." He tugged his own shirt again, straightening it over his shoulders properly and tugging it out of his jeans where it had gotten trapped. Stretching he threw her a grin, she looked so pretty and rumpled, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. Reaching over he tucked a finger under her chin and gave her another kiss, "Morning."

Pansy sighed and gathered her hair together, twisting it all together over her shoulder to try and tame it a little. She smiled back at him with her heavy-lidded sleepy eyes. She closed her eyes when his fingers touched her chin and he leaned forward to kiss her, finding it quite difficult to open them again afterward. When he pulled away, her head followed him for a second before she realized it, and she finally managed to open her eyes again and tell him good morning in return. "I guess we'd better go. The portkey dad set up for us last night will have left without us, so we'll have to make our own this morning. Well, you'll have to. I still can't do magic outside of school." She got up and crossed the room to a small trunk where they kept a collection of rather small junk items to be used for portkeys. She placed an old crystal doorknob in Draco's hand. "Back to the real world I guess." She knew she couldn't put it off any longer. They had to go back to Hogwarts, back to the place that had this strange effect on their relationship, where things had turned sour and they couldn't talk without fighting. Why was it so much easier at home? Why was it so casual for him to kiss her now? They never used to do that, not before this school year. Sure they sat together and held hands and hugged and slept in the same bed, but kissing was never something that they'd done. Not that Pansy was complaining. It was really quite nice to be kissed like that, almost randomly. She looked away from the shimmery doorknob and up at Draco's face, laughing softly at his hair and reaching up to push her fingers through it to arrange it a little more like he usually kept it. "Yours sort of exploded too."

He pulled back from her with a smile. When she mentioned him making a portkey he chuckled, “Of course I have to make it.” As she fetched the doorknob he stood up and fixed his jeans on his hips where they had started to shift weirdly in his sleep. He stretched again and smiled at her as she walked back towards him, this had been the best weekend in a while. He didn’t like the change in their relationships here and at Hogwarts but he knew what it was. They were different people here, here they could be who they wanted to be, relaxed and happy. At Hogwarts they had to be what was expected on them and no matter how many times he thought it through he knew that nothing could change. He couldn’t be seen with a weakness at Hogwarts and no matter how much he liked her he couldn’t chance anyone using her against him. When she handed him the doorknob he pulled out his wand from the bag next to the table and put their pile of books into it. As she started to fix his hair he smirked at her, “Thanks Pans, can’t go back looking like I just rolled out of bed.” He cast the spell on the doorknob and held it out to her. “Ready to go?” Picking up the back he looked at her with a sad expression, wishing the weekend never had to end.

"Of course you can't, even if I sort of do like your hair when it's messy." For a moment, she couldn't believe she'd actually said that out loud. She never made comments like that to him, about what she particularly liked or anything like that. She recovered in an instant though, and gave him a sort of crooked smile, but it faded as she placed her hand on the knob with his when he asked if she was ready to go. "No... Sometimes I wish we could just run away, you know? One of these days..." She was quiet. She'd never told him about this either, not really. She'd mentioned it before and he'd told her he was going to come with her, but she hadn't expanded beyond that. It had only seemed like those plans you always talked about but never went through with. But she was serious about it. It would happen. "One day I will." They still had probably about two minutes before the portkey would take them back to school, and Pansy desperately wished that it wouldn't work, that they'd end up stranded far away somewhere else and wouldn't have to be back at school. But she knew Draco was better at his charms than that, and the portkey would work flawlessly and land them right back in Hogsmeade to walk back to Hogwarts castle and their common room, right back to the way things had been last week.

Draco smiled at the comment about his hair, “I know. You mess it up enough.” As she spoke of running away his heart sank, he could never do that. He had too much at stake but hopefully she could, she could escape this life one day and live free for both of them. “One day. Well hopefully that day isn’t too far away.” As Draco finished his sentence he felt that tug behind his navel and after some epic squeezing and twisting action they arrived in Hogsmeade, the sun barely cresting over the mountains. As they landed Draco instinctively reached for Pansy’s elbow to make sure she stayed on her feet. It wasn’t as though she’d ever fallen over but it was something that he had been told was polite and it was now just something he did. “Well, here we are.” He took her hand again and adjusted his bag on his shoulder. As they walked through Hogsmeade he was silent, thinking about the weekend and their dicussion about the Death Eaters. He knew he would have to talk to a few people now to find out some more things before Christmas and he would have to read those books and possibly request a few more from home and Mr Parkinson. When they reached the gates he let go of her hand and pushed them open. Following her inside they headed for the common room, he kept a respectful distance between them so as not to raise any suspicions.

Scene continued and finished at the Slytherin common room fireplace.

Pansy is staying here, in bed, cuddling Max for the rest of her Christmas break until her parents make her go back to school. I mean, with Draco gone, what else is she going to do? So here she is, lying in bed, cuddling Max for like tenish more days.

Draco wants to snuggle with them.
Instead he's very unhappy in my head because of all my ideas for different death eater things lately.

Draco tries to break through the front of my skull when he sees a Pansy post.

They really miss each other when we separate them, huh?
They just... fall to shit on their own.

It's pretty sad.
And they miss each other like mad.
I think it doesn't help that we aren't even emailing a scene.

And we can't ever have them stop being friends. They'll end up dead within a week.

Oh I know I thought about that this morning. I was like, woah, we don't even have a scene we could email. And yeah if they ever fought enough that they stop talking to each other and stop dating and don't see each other for longer than like three days, they'll be dead before the fourth day. Like when a dog dies the day after it's owner just for missing them so much. Damn panco really can't live without each other.

Draco just needs to get his head out his ass. And away from Oldemort.

Draco and Pansy landed with the portkey, his arm around her to make sure she didn't fall over. Not that she normally did but better safe than sorry. As soon as they were stable his arm slid from around her waist and turned around to see Leo walking up. He put on a charming smile, "Hello Mr. Parkinson."

Pansy pocketed the portkey as they arrived in the entryway to her home, laughing slightly at Draco's arm around her as if he were worried she'd fall over. She had taken enough portkeys before to be able to keep her balance just fine, but the gesture was welcomed anyway. She turned down the hall as she heard footsteps, seeing her father approach from down the hall. "Hi, Daddy." Stepping away from Draco, she went to hug him.

Leo had been down in his study when he heard the familiar arrival of someone with a portkey. Knowing it would be his Pansy and young Mr. Malfoy, he headed out to greet them. "Hello, Flower." Wrapping his little Pansy in one huge arm, he kissed the top of her head before looking up at Draco again. "Draco." He gave him a nod and a sort of smile, but it hadn't passed his notice that the blonde boy had had his arm around his little girl upon their arrival. Leo noticed everything, absolutely everything.

Pansy's Daddy scares the shit out of Draco. Draco nodded back, "Thanks for inviting us. Do we have time to unpack before dinner?" He picked up Pansy's bag and when Leo nodded he gave Pansy a look asking if she was going to come up too or if she wanted to spend time with her father.

Leo nodded again. "Yes, there is still time to unpack and prepare for dinner." He turned his gaze to Pansy again. "Luckily your mother is still out." Laughing, he glanced back at Draco again, reading the look that he was giving his little girl, but otherwise staying silent and waiting on Pansy to speak up.

Pansy looked at Draco as he picked up her bag. She was still wrapped in her father's arm, and she hadn't seen him since Christmas. Upon the news that her mother wasn't home, she smiled, and that decided for her that she would spend a little time with her dad before heading upstairs to catch up with Draco in a bit. "Off spending money again? At least it keeps her out of your hair. Have you gotten rid of Jingles yet?" Pansy laughed, her father turning a little on the spot and leading her down the hall back toward his study so they could catch up, and discuss his newest tactics for cat elimination.

Draco walked upstairs and dropped Pansy's bag in her room before walking over to his own. He pulled open the drawer that he left empty and unloaded his stuff into it before pulling off his robes and hanging them in the wardrobe. With a happy sigh he unbuttoned the shirt and headed into the bathroom to wash his face. After double checking all his stuff was still there he walked back into his room and lay down on his bed.

After a nice chat with her daddy by the fireplace in his nice warm study, Pansy headed back upstairs to her room. She unpacked her bag quickly before wandering down the hall to his room. She pushed the door open and crossed to his bed, flopping down on it perpendicular to him and resting her head on his stomach. "Hi." She turned to look at him and reached up toward his face, poking him lightly on the nose.
