[Ok... I don't think this scene will ever actually get finished, because Connor and I are lazy. We'll just say they talked a while about how much they'd love to kill Granger dead dead dead, and then Pansy wandered off to go to bed. The next morning, she woke up with a cold, spent that night in the hospital wing to get better, and then last night was the duel on the Astronomy Tower. Now we're officially caught up, and you people can use the Fireplace again.]

Pansy wandered down from the dormitories, having done her best to clean herself up from last night. Her nose, though she'd fixed it, was still a little sore to the touch, and her right eye was still itchy from Granger's curse. Apart from that she was fine, other than a few bruises and cuts on her arms from flying bits of stone. She collapsed into her chair and pulled out a book, not paying attention to anything else in the room. She hadn't slept much last night - adrenaline didn't allow that to happen. Today would be a long day. A very sleepy, long day.

Pansy is too tired and absorbed in her reading to really notice what is going on, figuring it's just a couple of whiny third years causing drama again. She ignores the obnoxious crying and pulls her book closer to her face.

Pansy is still ignoring everything else in the common room, reading in her chair. Her eye is better by now, but she's not wearing sleeves that could cover the evidence of last night's duel. She makes sure the cuts are out of sight and goes back to reading, not having the patience to talk with anyone now.

Adrian walked down from the dorm and flopped onto one of the unoccupied couches. She looked around boredly and started at the sight of the blonde girl Severus was with. She noticed a boy she didn't know and Pansy looking very aborbed in her book. She sighed loudly and stared off into space.
