Luna walks down to the lake to talk to the only person who will RP with her these days. She's wearing warm winter clothes which I wanted to post a picture of, but apparently Evanna Lynch doesn't wear that kind of clothing. Biremes. She sees Ginny, who I'm assuming she sort of knows because in the books, Ginny was Luna's friend and Luna is a 5th year now. So, she at least knows her name, right? Yep. This post is going to stop being so detailed now while Luna says, "Hello," to Ginny. "Haven't seen you all year," she says, sounding rather chipper because even though she hasn't seen much of Hermione recently, she's still happy to know she can call her, her girlfriend. And she'll probably see her later, if Luna's lucky. "How've you been?" she asks as she sits down to freeze her arse off.

Dom pretty much died from that post and the amazing details. In fact, it is probably one of most detailed "So-and-so came down to the lake" posts that Dom has ever seen. Also, Dom loves RPing with her wifey and knows exactly what she means. That's okay though, with all their characters, they can think of new situations all the time when no one wants to RP with them. Ginny had been sitting and looking out at the lake or rather, the giant mass of ice. Due to the cold weather, it had frozen over. It looked more than inviting to walk and skate on, but Ginny didn't want to risk the possibility of it not being frozen over completely. Falling in would totally suck and there was no one around to save her. That whole loneliness factor quickly changed when she heard a sweet voice that she recognized immediately. "Hi Luna!" she greeted happily. "I've been great, just busy with schoolwork...nothing exciting at all. How how have you been?"

Luna loves her wifey and thinks they just come up with the sexiest, cutest, most original situations ever. It's lovely. "I've been alright," she says, not wanting to act like other people usually do when they're super happy about a significant other, because she has no idea what she'd say if people asked why she was so happy. That already happened once with Caradoc, and she has no intentions of spilling Hermione's secret to anyone else. "Nothing new, really," she said with a shrug because Luna doesn't get out much, sadly. "Just been studying and spending time with Hermione, Dean, and Rolf."

Yes, Ginny prying right now would not be a good thing at all. It's a good thing that Luna gave her a pretty noncommittal answer. "I'm not too sure who Rolf is, but I've seen Dean a few times. He's very nice," she said, a happy smile on her face as she thought about him. Could she consider him a friend? It was possible, though she wasn't sure if Dean just saw her as Ron's little sister. She really hated that. "I haven't seen Hermione in ages. How has she been?" she asked.

"Yes, he is," she says, tilting her head to the side as she wonders if maybe Ginny means something by Dean being 'very' nice. It's probably nothing, but it'd be nice to know that someone else is interested in Dean. Luna would hate for him to be hung up on her still, especially with her dating Hermione. Dean was a great guy, and Luna wanted him to be happy. She smiled happily as she thought about Hermione. "She's well. I haven't seen much of her recently, but she's been busy studying as usual," she said lightly, smiling to herself because she's sure her answer won't surprise Ginny. Hermione was always studying.

It would be very nice if Ginny was able to get Dean's mind of Luna and help the seventh year become happy once more. Luna's answer really didn't surprise Ginny in the slightest. Hermione and studying were two things that went hand in hand. It was sad that the two of them had drifted apart, though she supposed that that was what happened when you don't spend breaks with each other and are in different years at Hogwarts. "Well, that's not a surprising answer in the slightest," she grinned. "I just hope she doesn't exhaust herself with all of the studying she does."

When studying gets to be too much, Luna has a way of distracting Hermione. Though they haven't done that in a while. Maybe because the term is ending soon and they've both been busy with classes. That's what Luna will think for now, because it's a rather positive option. "She really does deserve more of a break now and then, but I guess being the brightest witch of your age probably does take a bit of hard work. I still think she would have done well in Ravenclaw." And there she goes, subtly talking about her girlfriend without even realizing it.

"I honestly don't know how she does it. I mean, everyone needs a break sometimes. I always thought that balance was important with succeeding in school, yet she seems to be just fine with focusing on the school work aspect." She could easily picture Hermione in Ravenclaw, knowing that either that or Gryffindor were the two houses in which Hermione really would only fit into. Slytherin? HAH. No. Never. Then Hermione was much more outgoing and bright to be placed in Hufflepuff. No offense Puffs. "Yeah, I can see her in Ravenclaw, though I think that she fits well in Gyffindor. I just wish I got to see her more. Studying must really be taking quite a bit of her time."

"I thought so too, but I guess Hermione is just brilliant, isn't she? Hopefully over the holidays she'll be able to relax a bit. There's not much schoolwork she'll be able to do then." Yeah, right. Hermione would probably just read 'Hogwarts, a History' again. It's not like Harry or Ron have ever opened it. "I wish I got to see her a bit more too. The last time she talked, she had to leave to go do...something. Probably an extra class," she said with a casual shrug, though it did sort of bother her that she didn't get to see Hermione as often anymore, showing her just how strong her feelings were for the other girl considering how much she missed her these past few weeks or days. AWF time confuses me.

Sirius walks by, because this is a free role play thread, and I damn well feel like it. He sees a hot blonde and a weird but still hot looking blonde, and walks up, smacks both their asses in turn, and just walks away to go be sexy somewhere else. That is all. Yup, he's gone, and he's damn smug about it too.
