Regulus sat there on his broom, hovering above the pitch and staring in shock as he left. For a minute there, he thought Sirius might have actually cared about him at some point. He was stupid to think so.
He leaves for the common room.

And, seeing as he just left the common room, he's back, waiting for Krum, 'cause I'm pretending our earlier practice was the day before.

Viktor walks out onto the pitch still thinking about yesterday's lesson. He looks up and sees Regulus already there and smiles happily. "You're 'ere early."

Regulus is still too upset to smile, even for Viktor. Not to mention his body hurts like hell. He didn't even want to know what color the bruises on his torso would be by morning. "Yeah. Had nowhere else to be, really," he said, standing up and grabbing his broomstick.

"Got into a fight with McLaggen," he said. "I'm fine. Really," he said, looking very unconvincing. "Let's get to flying, alright?" he said, his head swimming with thoughts about Cormac's words. He didn't want to think about it, he didn't want to hear it, but a part of him wondered about the possibility of some truth in Cormac's assumptions.

Regulus looks at him gratefully. "I don't know if flying's a good idea," he said, lifting up his shirt to show him the injuries. "That doesn't mean you have to go, though, I mean, we could just hang out, right?" he asked hopefully.

fly in his condition. He looked at Reg's bruises and tried to focus on them and not the perfect body they were on. "Of course ve can. Vat are best friends for?" Viktor smiled again...you know. The sexy smile.

Regulus can't resist that smile, not even tonight. It's dark out, and the night is growing cooler, but Reg only has his t-shirt. He takes a seat on the grass, not really wanting to stand in his condition. "Of course," he said, returning his smile. "So, how's your day been?" he asked with a shiver.
