"Hm, alright then," Faye walked over to the broom and bit her lip nervously. Flying wasn't her favorite thing to do. She took a deep breath and mounted the broom, "If I fall off and die, I will haunt you forever."

"I'm not gonna let you fall," he says smiling as she sits on the broom. "Now be sure to hold the handle, but not too tight." He says, one hand still on the handle and another one moving to wrap around her waist. "Let me know when you feel ready, and we'll gently kick off from here."

Faye did not feel entirely reassured as her hands clung to the handle. She did as she was told, making sure not to hold on too tight, but it didn't calm her nerves. She closed her eyes and waited until she felt less woozy before replying, "Okay, I think I'm ready."

"Relax," he breathes in her ear. He gently pushes off the stands and leads them over the pitch. "We're going to go lower, okay?" he says, as he gradually lowers them to the ground so that they are only a few feet above.

Faye smiled and feebly attempted to relax as they pushed off. Her nerves went away after a few moment. Her eyes were closed tight and she slowly opened them as they flew lower. She turned her head to the side for a second to say, "Sorry if I become a buzzkill."

"You're doing great," he tells her, giving her hip where his hand rested a gentle squeeze. "Let me know when you want to stop or if you want to go higher," he says as they continue to fly along at a slow speed. "It's all up to you."

"You don't have to lie, you know," Faye laughed, uneasily, "I'm not going to be good for a long while," She was torn between going higher or staying at the same level. She shrugged, "Let's try going higher. I don't want to stay down here forever."

"Alright," he says grinning, raising the broom gradually ten more feet. "And you are doing well, not everyone likes flying."

"You're right, but most people who don't like flying attempt it later on," She shook her head, smiling, and did her best to maintain her balance, "So, tell me to distract me from how high we are, what are the fundamentals of Quidditch?"

"The fundamentals?" he asks smiling. "Well, there are seven players on a team, three chasers, two beaters, a keeper, and a seeker. The Chasers are responsible for passing and then throwing the Quaffle into one of the three hoops. If a chaster scores, the team gets ten points. The Keeper is responsible for guarding the goals. The Beaters have bats that they use to hit the bludgers. And then the Seeker is responsible for catching the golden snitch. If they catch the snitch, the team is rewarded 150 points, and most times end up winning the game."

"Alright. Sounds somewhat simple compared to everything else," Faye laughed and turned around slowly, taking her attention off flying for a moment, "And what position do you imagine me in?"

"You?" he asked giving her a look and thinking for a moment. "I could see you as a seeker. You have a lot of determination and like to get what you want. But, you also have the patience to be a seeker."
