"What's wrong? YOU KNOW WHAT'S WRONG!" he snaps, pouting at him and sitting down on the ground, hugging his knees to his chest. "I told you I'd stop smoking, didn't I? It's not easy, okay? Especially not when I've got all this stupid SHIT to deal with!" he said grumpily, having seen Cormac recently and run down the hallway the other way to avoid him.

Regulus wraps his arms around Viktor and snuggles him close. "It's Cormac. We've been fighting for ages now, ever since he found out about us," he said, resting his head on Viktor's shoulder. "Well, I finally found out why he's been acting like this. He told me he has feelings for me," he said, burying his face in his hands.

Regulus sighed and clung to Viktor's shirt. "I didn't need to say some of the things I did. I should have just walked away," he mumbled, frowning more. "It only hurt him more."

"No, he didn't. I don't know if I should- how you would- I mean-" Regulus paused, not sure if Viktor was ready to hear it. Then again, maybe it would be the reassurance he needed to know Regulus was his, and only his. "I told him that I loved you."

Regulus turns as bright red as he did that night on the pitch, and slowly nods. "Yeah. I do. I love you, Viktor," he said, staring at him and looking terrified that Viktor might smash his face in or run away or something else horrible.

Viktor sat there feeling shocked. He's been told this by lots of girls but he'd never been able to say it back. He leaned over and kissed Regulus passionately on the lips before pulling away. "I love you too, Regulus." He smiled at how easy the words came to his lips before kissing Regulus again.
