He sighs "I know it's rough. I will probably always think of Dom, no matter who I am with. But you have to do what's right for you. You can't always dwell on the past. It'll just take time to work through your emotions."

It was like a knife had just stabbed him in the gut. He'd felt just as sad as he did the night he slammed for door on Regulus. He sat there in silence as he thought about what Dean just said. Regulus kept the scarf and the ring. He said he still loved him. Viktor knew he did. But part of him believed what Dean said. Regulus would have stopped the drugs if he cared about Viktor more, right? "Yeah. The best," he said sadly.

The fact that a newborn can't actually take any of this in is kind of irrelevant. She spots Viktor and smiles. Then she fights the urge to ask if he's planning any more wrestling matches in the near future.*
