Rose backed into the shadows as James passed her, then poked her head around the corner again. Should she help Louis? He had attacked James... But a mean person Rose was not. She walked a little into the hallway, pointed her wand at Louis, and whispered "Finite!" Then she immediately turned around and ran down the hallway, heading back to the common room.

Louis loved regaining his movement. He stared at Rose as she sprinted off down the hallway, trying to decide whether or not he should follow her. He scratched the back of his head and stood up, leaning against the wall. He needed to give his legs some time before he continued any movement. After a couple of minutes, Louis walked down the hallway to the common room.
