After shouting for a bit, he starts skipping around the room, he hugs every single person he passes.

But both Pansy and Draco have been potioned, so really everything that's happening isn't their faults, and I think Panco will be ok after Pansy has a little fun threatening Luna, George, Hermione, Sirius, and whoever else has been involved in the ball's adventures thus far.
